Then, in the forward rotation process of the lumbar support 2, the sliding adjusting piece 7 correspondingly moves upwards and enables the inverted teeth 16 to be in tooth joint with inverted tooth grooves 17 with different heights in sequence; the sliding adjuster 7 can then stay in a plurality of positions, so that the lumbar support 2 has a plurality of forward and backward adjustment gears. Correspondingly, a telescopic lug 24 and a connecting spring 27 enabling the telescopic lug 24 to elastically stretch and retract longitudinally are arranged at the upper end of each rotating tooth 14 of the sliding adjusting piece 7; a positioning tooth 25 protruding downwards is arranged at the bottom end of the telescopic lug 24; an arc convex part 14a which protrudes upwards is arranged at the upper end of each rotating tooth part 14 close to the central position of the sliding adjusting part 7, and a positioning notch 26 which can be in toothed fit with the positioning tooth 25 is arranged on the arc convex part 14 a. During the process that the sliding adjusting piece 7 moves upwards continuously, as shown in fig. 10, the inner convex teeth 23 act on the rotating tooth piece 14 to deflect towards the inner side, so that the positioning teeth 25 are in press fit with the arc convex parts 14a, and the telescopic lugs 24 rise elastically and have the tendency of moving downwards again; when the rotating tooth part 14 is deflected inward until the end of the pawl 16 is located inside the side end of the sliding adjuster 7, as shown in fig. 11, the positioning teeth 25 will be engaged with the positioning notches 26, so that the rotating tooth part 14 can be locked; at the moment, the rotating tooth piece 14 is in a reset state, and the inverted teeth 16 and the inner convex teeth 23 are staggered left and right; so that the slide adjusting piece 7 can be reset by being moved downward. The positioning teeth 25 and the positioning notches 26 are matched to lock the rotation locking member 14 in a reset state, and the telescopic lugs 24 can longitudinally stretch, so that the rotation locking member 14 can deflect under the action of external force to separate the positioning teeth 25 from the positioning notches 26.
As shown in fig. 6, 7, 11-13, in the reset state, the lower ends of the left and right rotating teeth 14 abut against each other, and a notch 28 in a shape of a concave upward is formed between the lower ends of the two rotating teeth 14; a reset top tooth 29 is arranged in the middle of the lower portion of the fixed seat 11, a longitudinal avoidance groove 30 for avoiding the reset top tooth 29 is arranged at the back end of the sliding adjusting piece 7, and the upper end of the avoidance groove 30 penetrates through the sliding adjusting piece 7 from front to back, so that in a reset state, the joint of the bottoms of the two rotating tooth pieces 14 can just expose out of the upper end of the avoidance groove 30; then, after the sliding adjusting member 7 moves downwards to be reset to the bottom end of the fixed seat 11, the reset top tooth 29 can be just propped up in the notches 28 at the lower ends of the two rotating tooth members 14, and the reset top tooth 29 can be upwards extruded to act on the two rotating tooth members 14, so that each rotating tooth member 14 deflects outwards, and the positioning tooth 25 is separated from the positioning notch 26; subsequently, the rotating tooth 14 is deflected outward by the elastic member 15, so that the inverted tooth 16 is restored to the bottom end of the tooth 1101 again.
As shown in fig. 3, a cover plate 31 is further connected to the front end of the fixing base 11, and the cover plate 31 can limit the sliding adjuster 7 from being detached from the fixing base 11, and can hide the connecting trace, so that the structure is beautiful. The lower rotating base 8 protrudes forwards from the front end of the cover plate 31, so that the connection is convenient; the cover plate 31 is correspondingly provided with a vertical slot 32 which moves up and down to avoid the lower rotating base 8.

the gear circulating assembly is arranged between the sliding adjusting piece and the sliding matching part; the gear circulating mechanism comprises a rotating gear piece, an elastic piece and longitudinal tooth connection parts, wherein the left mirror image and the right mirror image of the rotating gear piece are arranged on the sliding adjusting piece; each rotating tooth part is provided with inverted teeth extending towards the outer side, and the tooth connection part comprises at least two inverted tooth grooves which are longitudinally spaced; in the process that the sliding adjusting piece moves upwards, the rotating tooth piece deflects towards the inner side and moves upwards to be separated from the inverted tooth groove, and the rotating tooth piece deflects towards the outer side again under the action of the elastic piece and is in tooth joint with the inverted tooth groove at the corresponding position;
the rotating gear piece is also provided with a reset state which enables the sliding adjusting piece to move downwards for resetting; a telescopic lug which can elastically stretch and retract longitudinally is arranged at the upper end of each rotating tooth part of the sliding adjusting part, one of the telescopic lug and the rotating tooth part is provided with a positioning tooth, and the other of the telescopic lug and the rotating tooth part is provided with a positioning notch; the upper end of the tooth connecting part on each side is provided with an inner convex tooth protruding towards the rotating tooth part; in a reset state, the sliding adjusting piece moves upwards to the inner convex teeth to act on the rotating tooth pieces to deflect towards the inner side so that the positioning teeth are clamped with the positioning notches, and the lower ends of the two rotating tooth pieces are attached together; and the inverted tooth of each rotating tooth piece is staggered with the inner convex tooth on the corresponding side left and right; a reset top tooth is also arranged at the middle position of the lower part of the sliding fit part; when the sliding adjusting piece moves downwards for resetting, the resetting top tooth can extrude upwards to act on the two rotating tooth pieces to generate deviating motion, and each rotating tooth piece deflects towards the outer side to enable the positioning tooth to be separated from the positioning notch; the elastic piece extrudes and acts on the rotating tooth piece to enable the inverted tooth to reset to the bottom end of the tooth connection part.
