A height adjusting structure of a shower chair comprises a shower chair, a fixing frame, a sliding assembly and a positioning assembly, wherein the sliding assembly is fixedly connected with the shower chair, the sliding assembly is arranged on the fixing frame in a vertical sliding manner, a plurality of positioning parts arranged at intervals are arranged on the fixing frame along the sliding direction, the positioning assembly is movably arranged on the sliding assembly and comprises a positioning part movably arranged on the sliding assembly and an elastic part arranged between the sliding assembly and the positioning part and used for applying elastic force to the positioning part, the positioning part is provided with a first position in spacing fit with the positioning part and a second position out of spacing fit with the positioning part, and the height adjusting structure is characterized in that a limiting part used for limiting the positioning part is arranged on the sliding assembly or the shower chair, and when the elastic part applies the elastic force moving towards the first position to the positioning part, the limiting part is used for limiting the positioning part at the second position; when the elastic member exerts the elastic force on the positioning member moving towards the direction of the second position, the limiting part is used for limiting the positioning member at the first position.

The height adjusting structure of a shower chair according to claim 1, further comprising a driving member for driving the positioning member against an elastic force of the elastic member, wherein the driving member is in spacing fit with or separated from the spacing portion, the spacing portion achieves spacing of the positioning member by spacing the driving member, the driving member moves to the spacing portion to maintain the positioning member at the first position or the second position when in spacing fit with the spacing portion, and the positioning member is reset to the second position or the first position by the elastic member when the spacing portion is separated from the spacing fit with the driving member.

The height adjusting structure of a shower chair according to claim 1, wherein the sliding assembly comprises a sliding sleeve and a sliding block fixedly sleeved in the sliding sleeve, the sliding sleeve is fixedly connected with the shower chair and sleeved outside the fixing frame, the sliding block is in sliding fit with the fixing frame, and the positioning element and the elastic element are arranged on the sliding block.

The height adjusting structure of a shower chair according to claim 3, wherein the sliding sleeve has openings at both ends, the sliding sleeve includes a side plate and bent portions disposed at both sides of the side plate, the front side of the side plate is fixedly connected to the shower chair, a U-shaped receiving cavity is formed between the bent portions and the rear side of the side plate, the two sliders are disposed in the U-shaped receiving cavities at both sides of the sliding sleeve, both sides of the fixing frame are disposed in the U-shaped receiving cavity, and a avoiding opening is formed between the two bent portions for the fixing frame to pass through the sliding sleeve in the front-back direction.

The height adjusting structure of a shower chair according to claim 4, wherein a slide groove with an inward opening is formed in the slide block, the fixing frame comprises a frame body and guide plates arranged on two sides of the frame body and matched with the slide groove, the positioning portion is arranged on the rear side of the guide plates, and after the guide plates are embedded into the slide groove, the positioning member is positioned behind the guide plates.

The height adjusting structure of a shower chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the positioning member is a top post, the positioning assembly further comprises a rotating shaft rotatably disposed on the sliding assembly, one end of the top post is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft, the other end of the top post is engaged with the positioning portion, and one end of the elastic member is connected to the rotating shaft to apply an elastic force to the positioning member through the rotating shaft.

The height adjusting structure of a shower chair as claimed in claim 8, wherein the positioning portion is a plurality of positioning round holes engaged with the top post, and the positioning round holes are through holes penetrating the fixing frame or slot holes not penetrating the fixing frame.
