When the file box is registered, the related information of the file is written into the RFID label file box, the electronic label information of the file box on the laminate is read in a short-distance passive mode through the file access library scanning identifier, the file is enabled to have a perception force, and the overall requirements of real-time perception, real-time investigation, automatic checking and in-place monitoring on file management are achieved.
