Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of biological pesticides, in particular to wettable powder containing verticillium dahliae activator protein and application thereof.
Background
The pesticide plays an important role in guaranteeing the grain safety in modern agriculture. The pesticide can protect crops and reduce the harm of plant diseases and insect pests, but a large amount of application causes huge pressure on the ecological environment, and adverse effects on the quality safety of agricultural products can be caused due to the overproof pesticide residues: for example, traditional chemical pesticides can cause acute, chronic and "three-cause" harm to humans; pesticide residue in non-target animals and plants will cause changes in animal and plant habits and life rules; pesticides also cause damage to air, water, soil and biodiversity after entering the environment.
Compared with the traditional chemical pesticide, the biological pesticide has the advantages of strong selectivity, difficult generation of drug resistance and small pollution, is mostly low-toxic or slightly-toxic and is safe to people and livestock; the fertilizer is easy to decompose and not easy to pollute agricultural products, and is more beneficial to the quality safety of the agricultural products; safe to natural enemies, does not damage bees, birds, fishes and frogs and has little environmental pollution. Based on the advantages, the biological pesticide is an important way for protecting the ecological environment and guaranteeing the quality and safety of agricultural products.
In recent years, various types of protein elicitors are continuously discovered, molecular targets and molecular mechanisms of the action of the elicitors are continuously and deeply researched, and the elicitors mainly focus on elicitor receptors and signal paths for inducing immune response.
The Verticillium dahliae activator protein VdAL is derived from Verticillium dahliae (Verticillium dahliae) of Verticillium dahliae, belongs to an Aspf 2-like protein and has no protease activity. The protein can improve the verticillium wilt resistance of plants, reduce the influence of verticillium wilt on cotton yield, improve the vitamin C, soluble sugar and/or protein, palatability and the like of plant products, promote the germination of seeds, the growth of plants and the growth of fruits of various plants, improve the fruit setting number, and delay the senescence of the plants. VDAL has development potential in the aspect of biostimulant, and can enhance the disease resistance of rice and promote the growth of rice.
Proteins are basic organic substances constituting cells as the basis of living materials and are the main contributors to life activities, but many proteins are easily modified or inactivated by various factors such as temperature, PH, metal ions, salt concentration, and light, and lose their functions. The wettable powder is a pesticide preparation with a certain fineness prepared by mixing and crushing original pesticide, an auxiliary agent and a filler, can be quickly wetted by water and dispersed into a uniform suspension in use due to the addition of the auxiliary agents such as a wetting agent, a dispersing agent and the like, is convenient to use, and is expected to account for relatively stable share in the pesticide preparation in a long period of time.
