Description

Feeding method for co-breeding of young silkworms with artificial feed for silkworms
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of silkworm breeding, in particular to a breeding method for co-breeding of artificial feed for silkworms.
Background
The artificial feed for silkworm and young silkworm co-breeding is characterized in that the first-instar and second-instar silkworms are bred together by using artificial feed in villages or groups, and after the silkworms are bred to the third instar, the silkworms are bred to mulberry leaves by each family until the silkworms are clustered and used as cocoons.
For example, chinese patent No. 103828766B discloses a method for collecting ants in artificial feed for silkworm breeding, which comprises putting an ant collecting bag with the silkworm faces upward in a breeding box, uniformly spreading artificial feed on the ant collecting bag, spreading the artificial feed 1000-1200 g for 30-60 min, then drawing out the ant collecting bag, arranging the artificial feed into a rectangular area with the length of 66-68 cm and the width of 56-58 cm, and covering the breeding box with a cover or plastic cloth. However, in patent CN103828766B, the artificial feed is arranged in a rectangular area, which facilitates the plastic cloth covering the feed to prevent the feed from drying, but the plastic cloth can affect the air permeability of the rearing box. In addition, the feed consumption is more, which causes feed waste and increases the feeding cost.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the rearing method of the silkworm with the artificial feed for the co-rearing of young silkworms, the mass ratio of the artificial feed to water in the wet granulated feed for the first year is 1.4, so that the viscosity of the feed is reduced, hands and other silkworm tools are not stuck in the operation process, the labor efficiency is greatly improved, and the silkworm rearing performance is not influenced.
2. According to the rearing method for co-rearing of young silkworms with the artificial feed for the silkworms, the wet white cloth is flatly laid at the bottom of the rearing box, the feed is scattered on the wet cloth, the feed can absorb moisture on the wet cloth to increase the water content, the air permeability in the rearing box is ensured, and meanwhile, the feed in the rearing box is not easy to dry, so that the problem that the feed amount needs to be increased quickly to prevent the feed from drying in a conventional rearing method is solved, only one rearing box needs 1000 grams of silkworms of one year, but the feed for the silkworms of one year only needs 600 grams of feed, so that the feed consumption is greatly reduced, and the cost is saved.
Furthermore, the white cloth of the invention is sprayed with 0.18-0.22wt% potassium sorbate water solution, which can effectively prevent the mildew of the feed.

The artificial feed in all the above examples and comparative examples is a powdered feed comprising mulberry leaf powder, soybean powder, cellulose, starch, B vitamins, vitamin C, citric acid, inorganic salts and the like; the drying soil is prepared by drying and sterilizing argil at high temperature, and pulverizing into 80-mesh powder; the potassium sorbate water solution is formed by mixing sterilized water (namely sterilized water) and potassium sorbate.
Test examples
First, the changes of the first-instar wet granulated feeds and the second-instar wet granulated feeds in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 during rearing of young silkworms were examined.
1. And (3) testing the moisture content: adding the wet granulated feed of the first age into a feeding box, weighing the wet granulated feed of the first age at 12h, 24h, 36h, 48h and 60h, weighing the original weight of the feed, drying the feed at 60 ℃ for 2h, weighing the weight of the dried wet granulated feed of the first age, and calculating the water content of the wet granulated feed of the first age in different time periods.
The calculation method of the moisture content comprises the following steps: moisture content = (wet feed weight-dry powdered feed weight)/wet feed weight × 100%
Second, testing the mildew of feed
Using a 5cm petri dish, the wet granulated feeds of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 of the present invention of one year were placed in the petri dish, the wet granulated feed of one year was flattened to eliminate gaps, and 100. Mu.L of Aspergillus was inoculated with a pipette, having a spore concentration of 5.6X 10 5 Sealing with a sealing film, placing in a climatic chamber at 30 deg.C and air humidity of 90%, and observing the mildew on the surface of wet granulated feed after 60 hr.
The test results are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003864862750000141
Figure BDA0003864862750000151
The comparative example 1 of the invention is that on the basis of the example 3, the white cloth paved at the bottom of the rearing box is removed, and other conditions are unchanged; comparative example 2 on the basis of example 3, 0.18 to 0.22wt% potassium sorbate aqueous solution was changed to the same amount of sterilized water, and other conditions were not changed. As is clear from the test results of table 1, the moisture content of the one-year-old wet granulated feed of comparative example 1 of the present invention decreased much with time, and thus it can be shown that the white cloth laid on the bottom of the rearing box can prevent the loss of moisture; it is understood from comparative example 2 that the aqueous potassium sorbate solution is effective in inhibiting the growth of mold.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
