本发明涉及风机叶片技术领域,尤其涉及一种贴附有耐腐蚀型涂层风机叶片及其制备工艺。提出如下技术方案:包括叶片本体,所述叶片本体的一侧面为弧形结构,且所述叶片本体的外表面喷涂有防腐蚀层,所述叶片本体包括以下重量份原料:聚苯乙烯树脂60‑90份,聚丙乙烯树脂40‑70份,相容剂5‑15份,固化剂4‑8份,炭黑10‑15份,碳纤维5‑10份。本发明通过在叶片本体的外表面喷涂防腐蚀层,防腐蚀层的制备原料包括碳化钨、镁粉、氧化铝以及聚氨酯胶粘剂,喷涂的稳定性好,使的叶片具有很好的防腐蚀性,在潮湿的环境下工作,其外表面也不会被俯视,延长了叶片的使用寿命;且具有抗静电的效果,提高了叶片运行的安全度;主要应用于风机。

风机叶片是风力发电机的核心部件,叶片的好坏直接影响风机的性能以及效益,中国专利网公开了专利号为:CN201210578677.4一种用于风机的叶片,对叶片的厚度、迎风部和背风部以及叶片本体的扭转角、叶型弯角以及几何进口角作出改进,这样可对传统叶片的气动状态进行改造,通过对叶片结构的改进能够不但能够降低叶片涡流的产生,从而减小鼓风机整体噪音,还能有效提升同尺寸规格下的鼓风机风量,提升风机效率,使新型风机节能率提高10~20%,并且成本较低;我们知道风机叶片在使用的时候需要适应不同的环境,在潮湿的环境下会直接影响叶片的耐腐蚀性能,环境潮湿会使叶片的外表面容易被腐蚀,从而会影响叶片的使用寿命;且风机叶片在运行的时候因为速度不同会与空气中的灰尘造成摩擦,容易产生静电的现象,这样会存在一定的安全隐患,上述专利中不能解决上述提出的缺陷,因此急需提出一种贴附有耐腐蚀型涂层风机叶片及其制备工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对背景技术中存在的问题,提出一种贴附有耐腐蚀型涂层风机叶片及其制备工艺。
本发明的技术方案:一种贴附有耐腐蚀型涂层风机叶片,包括叶片本体,所述叶片本体的一侧面为弧形结构,且所述叶片本体的外表面喷涂有防腐蚀层,所述叶片本体包括以下重量份原料:
聚苯乙烯树脂60-90份,聚丙乙烯树脂40-70份,相容剂5-15份,固化剂4-8份,炭黑10-15份,碳纤维5-10份;
所述防腐蚀层包括以下重量份原料:
环氧树脂60-80份,碳化钨5-10份,镁粉4-10份,氧化铝4-12份,固化剂2-6份,聚氨酯胶粘剂4-8份,稀释剂2-5份。
优选的,叶片本体包括以下重量份原料:
聚苯乙烯树脂70-80份,聚丙乙烯树脂50-60份,相容剂10-12份,固化剂5-6份,炭黑12-13份、碳纤维6-8份;
所述防腐蚀层包括以下重量份原料:
环氧树脂65-75份,碳化钨6-8份,镁粉6-9份,氧化铝6-10份,固化剂3-5份,聚氨酯胶粘剂5.5-7.5份,稀释剂2.5-4.5份。
优选的,叶片本体包括以下重量份原料:
聚苯乙烯树脂75份,聚丙乙烯树脂55份,相容剂11份,固化剂5.5份,炭黑12.5份、碳纤维7份;
所述防腐蚀层包括以下重量份原料:
环氧树脂68份,碳化钨7份,镁粉5份,氧化铝8份,固化剂4份,聚氨酯胶粘剂6份,稀释剂3份。
优选的,还包括喷涂在防腐蚀层外表面的耐磨层,所述耐磨层包括以下重量份原料:
聚乙烯树脂50-80份,丁基橡胶12-20份,氧化锌2-3份,氧化镁2-3份,炭黑3-8份,固化剂3-5份。
优选的,所述耐磨层包括以下重量份原料:
聚乙烯树脂60-70份,丁基橡胶15-18份,氧化锌2.3-2.8份,氧化镁2.3-2.8份,炭黑5-7份,固化剂3.5-4.8份。
优选的,所述耐磨层包括以下重量份原料:
聚乙烯树脂65份,丁基橡胶17份,氧化锌2.5份,氧化镁2.5份,炭黑6份,固化剂4.2份。
优选的,所述相容剂的成分包括马来酸铵,所述稀释剂的成分包括甲苯。
一种贴附有耐腐蚀型涂层风机叶片的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将聚苯乙烯树脂与聚丙乙烯树脂加入容器内,再加入相容剂加热至完全熔融,通过容器内的搅拌杆将其充分搅拌均匀;
步骤二:再向容器内加入固化剂,炭黑、碳纤维,再次对其充分搅拌均匀;
步骤三:将模具清理干净,然后将备好的原料匀速倒入模具内,然后通过水冷降温使其定型,定型后脱模得到叶片本体;
步骤四:将备好的环氧树脂,碳化钨,镁粉,氧化铝,固化剂,聚氨酯胶粘剂,稀释剂加入容器内,升温至所有的原料完全熔融,然后将容器内的熔融的原料充分混合均匀,即得到防腐蚀涂料;
步骤五:将制备好的防腐蚀涂料均匀的喷涂在叶片本体的外表面;即形成防腐蚀层;
步骤六:将聚乙烯树脂、丁基橡胶、氧化锌、氧化镁、炭黑、固化剂加入指定的容器内加热至完全熔融,然后充分搅拌均匀得到耐磨涂料;
步骤七:将制备好的耐磨涂料均匀的喷涂在防腐蚀层的外表面,即形成了耐磨层。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益的技术效果:
1、通过在叶片本体制作原料中加入炭黑与碳纤维,制得的叶片与现有的叶片相比,具有抗静电的效果,使叶片运行起来安全性能更高;且叶片质轻,其一侧为弧形边,在运行的时候能够降低与空气之间的阻力,使叶片运行更轻松;
2、通过在叶片本体的外表面喷涂防腐蚀层,防腐蚀层的制备原料包括碳化钨、镁粉、氧化铝以及聚氨酯胶粘剂,喷涂的稳定性好,使的叶片具有很好的防腐蚀性,在潮湿的环境下工作,其外表面也不会被俯视,延长了叶片的使用寿命;
3、在防腐蚀层的外表面喷涂有耐磨层,因为叶片在运行的时候会与空气产生一定的阻力,且使用一端时间需要对其外表面进行清洗,传统的叶片多次操作后会有磨损的情况,而本发明的耐磨层中添加有丁基橡胶、氧化锌、氧化镁,具有非常好的耐磨性能。

下文结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步说明。
实施例一
如图1-2所示,本发明提出的一种贴附有耐腐蚀型涂层风机叶片,包括叶片本体,所述叶片本体的一侧面为弧形结构,且所述叶片本体的外表面喷涂有防腐蚀层,所述叶片本体包括以下重量份原料:聚苯乙烯树脂60份,聚丙乙烯树脂40,相容剂5,固化剂4,炭黑10,碳纤维5;所述防腐蚀层包括以下重量份原料:环氧树脂60,碳化钨5,镁粉4,氧化铝4,固化剂2,聚氨酯胶粘剂4,稀释剂2,所述相容剂的成分包括马来酸铵,所述稀释剂的成分包括甲苯,通过以上重量份原料制得喷涂料喷涂在叶片本体的外表面能够使叶片本体具有较好的防腐蚀性能,在潮湿的环境下使用一年叶片的外表面不会出现腐蚀的情况,能够保持叶片原有的完整性;还包括喷涂在防腐蚀层外表面的耐磨层,所述耐磨层包括以下重量份原料:聚乙烯树脂50份,丁基橡胶12份,氧化锌2份,氧化镁2份,炭黑3份,固化剂3份,通过以上重量份原料制得的耐磨性涂料具有比较好的耐磨性能,在叶片使用一年拆卸下来清理其外表面,外表面保持光滑平整,基本没有磨损的情况。
上述制备工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将聚苯乙烯树脂与聚丙乙烯树脂加入容器内,再加入相容剂加热至完全熔融,通过容器内的搅拌杆将其充分搅拌均匀;
步骤二:再向容器内加入固化剂,炭黑、碳纤维,再次对其充分搅拌均匀;
步骤三:将模具清理干净,然后将备好的原料匀速倒入模具内,然后通过水冷降温使其定型,定型后脱模得到叶片本体;
步骤四:将备好的环氧树脂,碳化钨,镁粉,氧化铝,固化剂,聚氨酯胶粘剂,稀释剂加入容器内,升温至所有的原料完全熔融,然后将容器内的熔融的原料充分混合均匀,即得到防腐蚀涂料;
步骤五:将制备好的防腐蚀涂料均匀的喷涂在叶片本体的外表面;即形成防腐蚀层;
步骤六:将聚乙烯树脂、丁基橡胶、氧化锌、氧化镁、炭黑、固化剂加入指定的容器内加热至完全熔融,然后充分搅拌均匀得到耐磨涂料;
步骤七:将制备好的耐磨涂料均匀的喷涂在防腐蚀层的外表面,即形成了耐磨层。
实施例二
如图1与图2所示,本发明提出的一种贴附有耐腐蚀型涂层风机叶片,本实施例包括:叶片本体,所述叶片本体的一侧面为弧形结构,且所述叶片本体的外表面喷涂有防腐蚀层,所述叶片本体包括以下重量份原料:聚苯乙烯树脂90份,聚丙乙烯树脂70,相容剂15,固化剂8,炭黑15,碳纤维10;所述防腐蚀层包括以下重量份原料:环氧树脂80,碳化钨10,镁粉10,氧化铝12,固化剂6,聚氨酯胶粘剂8,稀释剂5,所述相容剂的成分包括马来酸铵,所述稀释剂的成分包括甲苯,通过以上重量份原料制得喷涂料喷涂在叶片本体的外表面能够使叶片本体具有很好的防腐蚀性能,在潮湿的环境下使用四年叶片的外表面不会出现腐蚀的情况,能够保持叶片原有的完整性,保证了叶片持续性工作的有效性能;还包括喷涂在防腐蚀层外表面的耐磨层,所述耐磨层包括以下重量份原料:聚乙烯树脂80份,丁基橡胶20份,氧化锌3份,氧化镁3份,炭黑8份,固化剂5份,通过以上重量份原料制得的耐磨性涂料具有很好的耐磨性能,在叶片使用四年拆卸下来清理其外表面,外表面保持光滑平整,没有一点磨损的情况,提高了叶片的使用寿命。
上述制备工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将聚苯乙烯树脂与聚丙乙烯树脂加入容器内,再加入相容剂加热至完全熔融,通过容器内的搅拌杆将其充分搅拌均匀;
步骤二:再向容器内加入固化剂,炭黑、碳纤维,再次对其充分搅拌均匀;
步骤三:将模具清理干净,然后将备好的原料匀速倒入模具内,然后通过水冷降温使其定型,定型后脱模得到叶片本体;
步骤四:将备好的环氧树脂,碳化钨,镁粉,氧化铝,固化剂,聚氨酯胶粘剂,稀释剂加入容器内,升温至所有的原料完全熔融,然后将容器内的熔融的原料充分混合均匀,即得到防腐蚀涂料;
步骤五:将制备好的防腐蚀涂料均匀的喷涂在叶片本体的外表面;即形成防腐蚀层;
步骤六:将聚乙烯树脂、丁基橡胶、氧化锌、氧化镁、炭黑、固化剂加入指定的容器内加热至完全熔融,然后充分搅拌均匀得到耐磨涂料;
步骤七:将制备好的耐磨涂料均匀的喷涂在防腐蚀层的外表面,即形成了耐磨层。
实施例三
如图1和图2所示,本发明提出的一种贴附有耐腐蚀型涂层风机叶片,本实施例包括:叶片本体,所述叶片本体的一侧面为弧形结构,且所述叶片本体的外表面喷涂有防腐蚀层,所述叶片本体包括以下重量份原料:聚苯乙烯树脂70-80份,聚丙乙烯树脂50-60,相容剂10-12,固化剂5-6份,炭黑12-13份、碳纤维6-8份;所述防腐蚀层包括以下重量份原料:环氧树脂65-75份,碳化钨6-8份,镁粉6-9份,氧化铝6-10份,固化剂3-5份,聚氨酯胶粘剂5.5-7.5份,稀释剂2.5-4.5份,所述相容剂的成分包括马来酸铵,所述稀释剂的成分包括甲苯,通过以上重量份原料制得喷涂料喷涂在叶片本体的外表面能够使叶片本体具有较好的防腐蚀性能,在潮湿的环境下使用两到三年叶片的外表面不会出现腐蚀的情况,能够保持叶片原有的完整性;还包括喷涂在防腐蚀层外表面的耐磨层,所述耐磨层包括以下重量份原料:聚乙烯树脂60-70份,丁基橡胶15-18份,氧化锌2.3-2.8份,氧化镁2.3-2.8份,炭黑5-7份,固化剂3.5-4.8份,通过以上重量份原料制得的耐磨性涂料具有比较好的耐磨性能,在叶片使用两到三年拆卸下来清理其外表面,外表面保持光滑平整,基本没有磨损。
上述制备工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将聚苯乙烯树脂与聚丙乙烯树脂加入容器内,再加入相容剂加热至完全熔融,通过容器内的搅拌杆将其充分搅拌均匀;
步骤二:再向容器内加入固化剂,炭黑、碳纤维,再次对其充分搅拌均匀;
步骤三:将模具清理干净,然后将备好的原料匀速倒入模具内,然后通过水冷降温使其定型,定型后脱模得到叶片本体;
步骤四:将备好的环氧树脂,碳化钨,镁粉,氧化铝,固化剂,聚氨酯胶粘剂,稀释剂加入容器内,升温至所有的原料完全熔融,然后将容器内的熔融的原料充分混合均匀,即得到防腐蚀涂料;
步骤五:将制备好的防腐蚀涂料均匀的喷涂在叶片本体的外表面;即形成防腐蚀层;
步骤六:将聚乙烯树脂、丁基橡胶、氧化锌、氧化镁、炭黑、固化剂加入指定的容器内加热至完全熔融,然后充分搅拌均匀得到耐磨涂料;
步骤七:将制备好的耐磨涂料均匀的喷涂在防腐蚀层的外表面,即形成了耐磨层。
实施例四
如图1-2所示,本发明提出的一种贴附有耐腐蚀型涂层风机叶片,本实施例包括:叶片本体,所述叶片本体的一侧面为弧形结构,且所述叶片本体的外表面喷涂有防腐蚀层,所述叶片本体包括以下重量份原料:聚苯乙烯树脂75份,聚丙乙烯树脂55份,相容剂11份,固化剂5.5份,炭黑12.5份、碳纤维7份;所述防腐蚀层包括以下重量份原料:环氧树脂68份,碳化钨7份,镁粉5份,氧化铝8份,固化剂4份,聚氨酯胶粘剂6份,稀释剂3份,所述相容剂的成分包括马来酸铵,所述稀释剂的成分包括甲苯,通过以上重量份原料制得喷涂料喷涂在叶片本体的外表面能够使叶片本体具有较好的防腐蚀性能,在潮湿的环境下使用十八个月叶片的外表面不会出现腐蚀的情况,能够保持叶片原有的完整性;还包括喷涂在防腐蚀层外表面的耐磨层;还包括喷涂在防腐蚀层外表面的耐磨层,所述耐磨层包括以下重量份原料:聚乙烯树脂65份,丁基橡胶17份,氧化锌2.5份,氧化镁2.5份,炭黑6份,固化剂4.2份,通过以上重量份原料制得的耐磨性涂料具有比较好的耐磨性能,在叶片使用十八个月拆卸下来清理其外表面,外表面保持光滑平整,清理完之后没有磨损的现象。
上述制备工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将聚苯乙烯树脂与聚丙乙烯树脂加入容器内,再加入相容剂加热至完全熔融,通过容器内的搅拌杆将其充分搅拌均匀;
步骤二:再向容器内加入固化剂,炭黑、碳纤维,再次对其充分搅拌均匀;
步骤三:将模具清理干净,然后将备好的原料匀速倒入模具内,然后通过水冷降温使其定型,定型后脱模得到叶片本体;
步骤四:将备好的环氧树脂,碳化钨,镁粉,氧化铝,固化剂,聚氨酯胶粘剂,稀释剂加入容器内,升温至所有的原料完全熔融,然后将容器内的熔融的原料充分混合均匀,即得到防腐蚀涂料;
步骤五:将制备好的防腐蚀涂料均匀的喷涂在叶片本体的外表面;即形成防腐蚀层;
步骤六:将聚乙烯树脂、丁基橡胶、氧化锌、氧化镁、炭黑、固化剂加入指定的容器内加热至完全熔融,然后充分搅拌均匀得到耐磨涂料;
步骤七:将制备好的耐磨涂料均匀的喷涂在防腐蚀层的外表面,即形成了耐磨层。

1.一种贴附有耐腐蚀型涂层风机叶片,包括叶片本体(1),所述叶片本体(1)的一侧面为弧形结构,且所述叶片本体(1)的外表面喷涂有防腐蚀层(2),其特征在于,所述叶片本体(1)包括以下重量份原料:
聚苯乙烯树脂60-90份,聚丙乙烯树脂40-70份,相容剂5-15份,固化剂4-8份,炭黑10-15份,碳纤维5-10份;
所述防腐蚀层(2)包括以下重量份原料:
环氧树脂60-80份,碳化钨5-10份,镁粉4-10份,氧化铝4-12份,固化剂2-6份,聚氨酯胶粘剂4-8份,稀释剂2-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种贴附有耐腐蚀型涂层风机叶片,其特征在于,叶片本体(1)包括以下重量份原料:
聚苯乙烯树脂70-80份,聚丙乙烯树脂50-60份,相容剂10-12份,固化剂5-6份,炭黑12-13份、碳纤维6-8份;
所述防腐蚀层(2)包括以下重量份原料:
环氧树脂65-75份,碳化钨6-8份,镁粉6-9份,氧化铝6-10份,固化剂3-5份,聚氨酯胶粘剂5.5-7.5份,稀释剂2.5-4.5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种贴附有耐腐蚀型涂层风机叶片,其特征在于,叶片本体(1)包括以下重量份原料:
聚苯乙烯树脂75份,聚丙乙烯树脂55份,相容剂11份,固化剂5.5份,炭黑12.5份、碳纤维7份;
所述防腐蚀层(2)包括以下重量份原料:
环氧树脂68份,碳化钨7份,镁粉5份,氧化铝8份,固化剂4份,聚氨酯胶粘剂6份,稀释剂3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种贴附有耐腐蚀型涂层风机叶片,其特征在于,还包括喷涂在防腐蚀层(2)外表面的耐磨层(3),所述耐磨层(3)包括以下重量份原料:
聚乙烯树脂50-80份,丁基橡胶12-20份,氧化锌2-3份,氧化镁2-3份,炭黑3-8份,固化剂3-5份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种贴附有耐腐蚀型涂层风机叶片,其特征在于,所述耐磨层(3)包括以下重量份原料:
聚乙烯树脂60-70份,丁基橡胶15-18份,氧化锌2.3-2.8份,氧化镁2.3-2.8份,炭黑5-7份,固化剂3.5-4.8份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种贴附有耐腐蚀型涂层风机叶片,其特征在于,所述耐磨层(3)包括以下重量份原料:
聚乙烯树脂65份,丁基橡胶17份,氧化锌2.5份,氧化镁2.5份,炭黑6份,固化剂4.2份。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种贴附有耐腐蚀型涂层风机叶片,其特征在于,所述相容剂的成分包括马来酸铵,所述稀释剂的成分包括甲苯。
8.根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述的一种贴附有耐腐蚀型涂层风机叶片的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将聚苯乙烯树脂与聚丙乙烯树脂加入容器内,再加入相容剂加热至完全熔融,通过容器内的搅拌杆将其充分搅拌均匀;
步骤二:再向容器内加入固化剂,炭黑、碳纤维,再次对其充分搅拌均匀;
步骤三:将模具清理干净,然后将备好的原料匀速倒入模具内,然后通过水冷降温使其定型,定型后脱模得到叶片本体(1);
步骤四:将备好的环氧树脂,碳化钨,镁粉,氧化铝,固化剂,聚氨酯胶粘剂,稀释剂加入容器内,升温至所有的原料完全熔融,然后将容器内的熔融的原料充分混合均匀,即得到防腐蚀涂料;
步骤五:将制备好的防腐蚀涂料均匀的喷涂在叶片本体(1)的外表面;即形成防腐蚀层(2);
步骤六:将聚乙烯树脂、丁基橡胶、氧化锌、氧化镁、炭黑、固化剂加入指定的容器内加热至完全熔融,然后充分搅拌均匀得到耐磨涂料;
步骤七:将制备好的耐磨涂料均匀的喷涂在防腐蚀层(2)的外表面,即形成了耐磨层(3)。
