Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of plate processing, and particularly relates to a grinding and dust removing device for plate processing, which comprises a grinding hopper, a dust box, a grinding device and a dust removing device, wherein the grinding hopper comprises three surrounding baffles and a processing platform, the processing platform is arranged at the opening side of the grinding hopper, and a plurality of small air holes are formed in the upper surface and the rear side surface of the processing platform of the grinding hopper; the dust box is arranged at the rear side of the processing platform; the processing platform is externally connected with a dust removing device; the polishing device is erected above the processing platform; compared with the prior art, the grinding and dust removing device for plate processing (1) is provided with a plurality of small air holes on a processing platform, so that the pulse dust removing device is used for absorbing and fixing the light plates under negative pressure, (2) the output end of the pulse dust removing device is connected with a toxic gas purifying device, the environment is prevented from being polluted by gas, and (3) the pulse dust removing device is connected with a suction fan, and dust and gas generated by grinding are prevented from harming the body health of operators.

Background
