一种细胞分析方法、细胞分析仪及计算机可读存储介质，所述方法包括：获取待测样本液中的各个待测细胞的第一原始光学信息和第二原始光学信息；以第一原始光学信息作为参考光学信息以获取各个待测细胞的第一组有效检测数据；以第二原始光学信息作为参考光学信息以获取各个待测细胞的第二组有效检测数据；根据预设规则，由第一组有效检测数据和第二组有效检测数据确定各个待测细胞的最终有效检测数据，用于识别待测样本液中的目标细胞。根据所述细胞分析方法、细胞分析仪及计算机可读存储介质，充分利用不同的光信号所反映的细胞特征信息，提高了细胞分类、散点图形态和细胞计数的准确性。
