现有技术未能提供一种对实时数据进行分析以提供对力的自动实时调节的模块化动态运动阻力模块。本发明提高了诸如锻炼的身体活动的效率,较为准确,并且减少了使用者的受伤和劳损。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种用于提高身体活动效率的系统和方法。
动态运动阻力模块(“DMRM”)以及产生变化力的方法是对现有技术的改进,这是因为DMRM使用被转换为线性力并且由微处理器进行控制的可变扭矩力(例如DC马达、涡电流、摩擦离合器或扭转传感器),并且DMRM接收基于各种传感器和计算出的优化力的调节。这允许使用者能够基于他或她的独特能力进行身体活动、比如锻炼,使用者的独特能力基于使用者能够施加的力的大小产生了变化力。如果使用者施加力的能力在活动中波动,则该力可以在单次重复中或在一组锻炼中变化。DMRM对从受伤中恢复以及意识到不要使肌肉过度疲劳的使用者特别有帮助。
本文中所公开的示例性实施方式描述了一种提供动态力控制的模块,该模块在闭环设备(机械、电气、软件)中进行机电控制,该闭环设备可以在诸如训练或治疗环节的身体活动期间基于各种输入变量来对使用者所体验的并且适应于个体的相对力进行改变。输入变量包括重复率、恢复期、当前身体活动配置、每日目标、历史指导和AI调节。可以从使用者装置上相关联的移动应用程序或者从力模块接收输入变量。DMRM与其他身体活动器械、比如静态奥林匹克配重板不同,这是因为DMRM是使用可变扭矩力以为使用者实时产生动态力的模块化系统。因此,DMRM可以用作静态配重板的代替性模块。
DMRM基于来自各种一个或更多个传感器的输入和计算出的调节来优化每个身体活动和力的效率,从而通过对力进行适应和调节来改善使用者的身体活动。传感器可以包括用于定位的霍尔效应、用于力的应变计(例如,力敏电阻、压电传感器、光学传感器或扭转传感器)、用于安全联锁件或马达控制器的触点闭合或接近检测。
DMRM可以附接至许多奥林匹克杠铃或标准杠铃和哑铃部件或其他锻炼器械,以向其他静态质量添加动态力。
DMRM可以以独特的方式安装。DMRM可以被配置并用于具有可编程力和保持时间的静态力例程,以适应日常身体活动或将相同的闭环力调节元件添加到其他体力消耗应用和治疗中。
一种用于在身体活动期间对标准和动态的扭矩至线性力进行实时调节的模块化和动态力的设备,该设备包括力模块、使用者装置和设备追踪处理单元。力模块包括:敞开式毂的附接点,其中,敞开式毂将该设备附接至外部源;一个或更多个传感器,该传感器对关于身体活动效率的数据进行测量;内部处理器、无线电与力传感器模块;可变长度线缆;力产生部件;以及马达控制器。内部处理器、无线电与力传感器模块包括:适于对数据进行测量的设备追踪测量单元(“ATMU”);用于将所测量的数据传输至设备追踪处理单元(“ATPU”)的第一电子通信通道;以及用于传输一个或更多个设备状况数据以对动态力进行调节的第二电子通信通道。使用者装置通过第二电子通信通道接收一个或更多个设备状况数据,以实时向使用者发出通知和/或进行调节。使用者接口包括提供反馈的显示器和设备追踪处理单元(“ATPU”)。ATPU包括用于从ATMU接收测量数据的第一电子通信通道、微处理器、存储器存储区、存储在存储器存储区中的数据库、以及位于存储器存储区中的追踪处理模块。数据库对第一组评估规则和第二组评估规则进行存储,第一组评估规则对应于一个或更多个追踪参数,并且第二组评估规则对应于一个或更多个设备状况。追踪处理包括程序指令,该程序指令在被微处理器执行时使得微处理器:使用测量数据和第一组评估规则来确定一个或更多个追踪参数,并且使用一个或更多个追踪参数和第二组评估规则来确定一个或更多个设备状况数据。

具体实施方式
DMRM独特的模块化功能允许该DMRM附接至各种传统上使用的力器械(例如杠铃、架、长凳)以及用于其他身体活动中。DMRM包括基于使用者对在执行的力的动态或剖析反应来实时调节和完善的全封闭/反馈回路的马达控制器。这允许使用者在几乎无限数量的身体活动力和运动范围中同时利用多个肌肉群。变化力基于所施加的使用者力,并且限制了受伤的可能性。此外,本发明具有比传统的静态配重板当量小的质量,因此,不小心把设备掉落在脚趾或手指上可能对使用者造成较小的伤害。模块化、与复制变化力的新颖装置相结合、以及较轻的质量,使得DMRM不同于其他任何力器械。
DMRM可以用于各种类型的身体活动。这包括锻炼、边界约束、安全模块和两人互动活动。
图1示出了模块化、独立的动态运动阻力模块1的示例。尽管本文中所描述的示例性实施方式中的一些示例性实施方式是为独立模块定制的,但当前公开的设备和方法并不限于该构型,并且可以用于使用类似的应用和方法的其他装置环境中。一个或更多个模块可以被安装或锚固至所使用的器械。
如图1所示,该设备包括敞开式毂13,该敞开式毂13定尺寸成配装在不同类型的器械、比如奥林匹克杠铃或标准杠铃以及哑铃部件上。外部壳体10对动态力部件进行容置,该动态力部件包括诸如DC马达的马达、电源、智能控制器/无线通信、传感器、嵌入式处理器以及线缆或带卷轴4。该模块还可以包括显示器。DMRM 1的线缆或带卷轴4提供了连接点5以附接手抓持件、杆或固定点,以供使用者使用所附接的模块。传感器可以包括:扭转传感器,比如霍尔效应、应变计、安全联锁件;以及外部生理传感器,比如心率、力、定时、训练形式、卡路里消耗、训练重复速度和训练历史。传感器位于力模块内,但具体位置可能有所不同。传感器可以被定位成与内部处理器与无线电模块一起,或者可以单独被定位在力模块内。传感器反馈可以是听觉的、触觉的和/或触感的。DMRM 1被配装到内部旋转部分13上,该内部旋转部分13在线性方向2上向带或线缆4提供变化力,使得使用者体验到基于传感器控制和计算出的输入的变化力,以优化身体活动环节。DMRM 1还容置有标语牌和品牌空间16。
图2示出了DMRM 1内部和内部力功能的示例性图示,展示了传递动态力时所应用的主要部件,包括由内部旋转力3所产生的线性力矢量2和向模块发送变化力的命令的典型的通信设备9。扭矩至线性力是通过由电源7供电的马达、齿轮、滑轮或涡动力部件6产生的,该电源例如为电池或线路电源。力和通信是由内部处理器、无线电与力传感器模块8处理的,该内部处理器、无线电与力传感器模块8用作交替地从市场上可购得的外部装置9接收控制命令的设备追踪测量单元(“ATMU”)和自容式集成DMRM(离线/手动模式)两者,该外部装置9用作设备追踪处理单元(“ATPU”)。ATMU对设备/模块的数据进行测量,并且使用电子通信通道将所测量的数据传输至ATPU。ATMU使用第二电子通信通道将设备状况数据中的一者或更多者传输至使用者接口,以对动态力进行调节。装置或相关应用程序上的本地使用者接口用于对所有的力和身体活动配置进行调节。ATPU包括微处理器和存储器存储区。存储器存储区包括数据库和追踪处理模块。追踪处理模块包括程序指令,该程序指令在被微处理器执行时使用所测量的数据和成组的评估规则来确定一个或更多个追踪参数,并且使用追踪参数中的一者或更多者以及另一组评估规则来确定由ATMU所测量的设备和/或模块状况。数据库对各组评估规则进行存储。至少一组规则对应于个人追踪参数中一者或更多者,所述个人追踪参数比如是每分钟重复次数、总重复次数、消耗的卡路里和达到的目标,另一组评估规则对应于设备和/或模块的一个或更多个状况。
模块1的嵌入式处理器对电子马达控制回路、传感器管理、以及诸如低功耗蓝牙(BLE)、Wi-Fi或蜂窝的无线通信进行监测。嵌入式处理器提供本地控制和计算以及变量,比如主电源、定时器、马达控制配置、启动/停止、有效力和安全联锁件状态。嵌入式处理器还可以向ATPU提供经计算的数据或原始数据,从而可以在架构的任一边界处执行更高级别的计算。ATPU是可以在物理上位于DMRM内或使用者接口中的逻辑元件。ATPU传输设备状况,比如电池充电状态、安全状态和系统健康。优化的线性力被引导至线缆或带4。线缆或带4包括附接点5,该附接点5比如是夹具、眼钩、或者其他常见或定制的附接点,以允许至线缆或带4的各种附件和附接选项。当模块处于“离线”状态时,该模块可以处于低功率睡眠模式或被关闭电源。
图3a和图3b示出了DMRM 1在实践中应用力和内部力功能时的实施方式。产生的力矢量2可以通过内部行业标准/通用杠铃或哑铃杆30或者用于该模块连接/安装的其他通用毂适配器来容置。带或线缆4和附接点5在线性方向上,使得使用者体验到基于传感器和经计算的输入的变化力,以优化身体活动环节。DMRM 1包括多种安全机构,比如线缆安全止动件(切断开关)、锚固点(图3a中的足部锚固件18或图3b中的地面锚固件17)以及/或者用于实时闭环控制和动态力施加的硬件/软件控制回路和反馈回路(传感器、电子器件、软件)。足部锚固件18抵消了所施加的力,以获得动态的自由配重体验。
图4a、图4b和图4c示出了与推举长凳40一起使用的DMRM 1。DMRM 1被安装在杆30上。使用者能够以不同范围的力矢量2进行各种锻炼。图5示出了DMRM 1在划船机50上的用途。使用者接口9可以是划船机的一部分,或者可以是单独的使用者接口、比如智能手机。两个DMRM 1被附接至划船机50,然而附接至器械的模块数量可以是一个或更多个。使用者在划船机50上划船时拉动线缆4,并且对实时反馈和实际在水中划船的触觉感觉进行接收。
图6、图7、图8和图9示出了DMRM 1的其他用途的示例性例示。除了将DMRM安装至传统的锻炼器械外,还可以添加静态配重板14,如图6中可见。DMRM 1可以以其他方式来安装,例如,DMRM 1可以安装至载荷支承结构上的一个或更多个锚固点70,然后将DMRM 1附接至游泳者的安全带15,以在游泳时调节或测量动态身体活动力(图7)。如图8中可见,DMRM 1还可以用于两人互动锻炼或治疗活动。例如,一个使用者握住安装有两个模块的杠铃80,而另一使用者将杠铃(或其他形式的器械)85经由附接点5而附接至带或线缆4上。例如,如图9所示,另一示例将DMRM 1通过安全带或皮带12附接至动物或宠物。DMRM 1为动物提供自由运动,除非动物到达使用者设定的边界。当达到设定的边界92时;动态施加的力开始施加阻力,从而导致在受控的长度和遏制下完全停止(例如保持或锁定模式)。
图10、图11和图12提供了DMRM 1的其他替代性用途。图10示出了在附接点102处将DMRM 1附接至跑步机100,并且通过安全带或其他连接点104将线缆或带4附接至使用者的腰部,从而使跑步者在跑步机100上保持完全居中。比如在图11中,DMRM 1还可以用作安全制动模块,该安全制动模块在诸如安全带的附接点110处附接至使用者,从而为使用者(人或动物)提供自由运动。如果杂散力被检测到或者当杂散力被检测到时、比如跌倒或绊倒时,则该设备就会保持或锁定,从而将使用者固定。图12示出了短跑运动员或滑冰运动员的使用,其中,在训练期间DMRM 1通过安全带或其他连接点19而附接至使用者。该设备对向使用者施加的力进行感测和控制。此外,该模块还可以被配置并用于具有可编程力和保持时间的静态力例程,以适于日常的身体活动或者将相同的闭环力调节元件添加到其他体力消耗应用和治疗。
在上述说明书中,已参照本发明的特定实施方式描述了本发明。然而,明显的是,在不脱离本发明的更广泛的精神和范围的情况下,可以对本发明进行各种修改和改变。因此,本说明书和附图应当以例示性而非限制性的意义来看待。

Claims (18)

1.一种模块化和动态力的设备,所述设备用于在身体活动期间对标准和动态的扭矩至线性力进行实时调节,所述设备包括:
力模块,所述力模块包括:
敞开式毂的附接点,其中,所述敞开式毂将所述设备附接至外部源;
一个或更多个传感器,所述传感器对关于身体活动效率的数据进行测量;
内部处理器、无线电与力传感器模块,其中,所述内部处理器、无线电与力传感器模块包括:
适于对数据进行测量的设备追踪测量单元(“ATMU”);
第一电子通信通道,所述第一电子通信通道用于将测量数据传输至设备追踪处理单元(“ATPU”);以及
第二电子通信通道,所述第二电子通信通道用于对一个或更多个设备状况数据进行传输以调节动态力;
可变长度线缆;
力产生部件;以及
马达控制器;
使用者装置,所述使用者装置通过所述第二电子通信通道接收所述一个或更多个设备状况数据,以实时向使用者发出通知和/或进行调节,使用者接口包括显示器并提供反馈;以及
所述设备追踪处理单元(“ATPU”),其中,所述ATPU包括:
所述第一电子通信通道,所述第一电子通信通道用于接收来自所述ATMU的所述测量数据;
微处理器;
存储器存储区;
存储在所述存储器存储区中的数据库,其中,所述数据库对第一组评估规则和第二组评估规则进行存储,所述第一组评估规则对应于一个或更多个追踪参数,并且所述第二组评估规则对应于所述一个或更多个设备状况;
位于所述存储器存储区中的追踪处理模块,所述追踪处理模块包括程序指令,所述程序指令在被所述微处理器执行时使得所述微处理器:
使用所述测量数据和所述第一组评估规则来确定所述一个或更多个追踪参数,以及
使用所述一个或更多个追踪参数和所述第二组评估规则来确定所述一个或更多个设备状况数据。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,施加至所述可变长度线缆的力、所述马达控制器和输送的力是基于传感器数据和通过所述ATMU计算的输入变量来进行动态调节的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述敞开式毂的附接点被用于进行安装,其中,所述敞开式毂的附接点的内径被定尺寸成适配标准杠铃杆或标准哑铃杆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,经调节的动态力是由内部且自容式电源供电的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述传感器提供反馈。
6.根据权利要求5所述的设备,其中,所述传感器是:用于追踪和定位的霍尔效应/编码器;用于进行力计算的力敏电阻、测力传感器、扭转传感器或设备电流消耗;以及机械和电气的安全止动件,其中,传感器反馈被用于向所述ATMU发送驱动/阻力命令以对身体活动进行完善或者将信息成熟数据发送至所述ATPU以另外进行处理和分析。
7.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,由所述力模块施加的经调节的动态力是从所述使用者装置接收到的信息获得的,其中,所述使用者装置是智能手机应用程序或个人局域网络装置。
8.根据权利要求1所述的设备,还包括一个或更多个外部传感器,其中,所述外部传感器对心率、力、定时、训练形式、卡路里消耗、训练重复速度、或训练历史进行感测,并且所述外部传感器被所述ATPU所使用以进行计算。
9.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述敞开式毂的附接点被用于进行安装,其中,所述敞开式毂的附接点的内径或轮廓被定尺寸成适配附接锚固件。
10.根据权利要求4所述的设备,其中,所述电源是可再充电的。
11.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述ATPU位于所述力模块中。
12.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述ATPU位于所述使用者装置中。
13.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述敞开式毂的附接点安装有锚固点以对所述力模块进行固定,其中,所述力模块还在连接点处连接至人。
14.根据权利要求13所述的设备,其中,所述人是跑步者,所述设备对向所述跑步者施加的动态力进行感测和控制。
15.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述敞开式毂的附接点安装有锚固点以对所述力模块进行固定,其中,所述力模块还经由连接点而连接至动物,当所述动物到达使用者设定的边界时,所述设备施加动态力和阻力。
16.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述设备是安全模块,所述安全模块允许动物或人的自由运动,直到杂散力被检测到为止,其中,当所述杂散力被检测到时,所述设备变为锁定。
17.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述设备适于两人互动活动,其中,第一人经由所述敞开式毂的附接点而连接至所述力模块,并且第二人经由附接点而连接至所述可变长度线缆。
18.根据权利要求9所述的设备,其中,所述附接锚固点将所述力模块附接至锻炼器械件。
