when the transfer is judged to be not carried out by the user according to the comparison result of the current face characteristic image and the reserved face characteristic image, whether the current transfer password is consistent with a first password reserved by the user when the user opens an account in a bank is determined, if so, the transfer fails, and the account of the user is frozen; the first password is a password with the user use frequency being greater than a preset value.

A process for performing secure transfers based on blockchains as recited in claim 1 further comprising: when the transfer is judged to be not carried out by the user according to the comparison result of the current face characteristic image and the reserved face characteristic image, whether the current transfer password is consistent with a second password reserved by the user when the user opens an account in a bank is determined, if not, the transfer fails, and the account of the user is frozen; the second password is a password with the use frequency of the user being less than a preset value.

A process for performing secure transfers based on blockchains as recited in claim 2 further comprising: and transferring the transfer amount to a collection account when the current transfer password is determined to be consistent with a second password reserved by the user during bank account opening.

A process for performing secure transfers based on blockchains as recited in claim 1 further comprising: when the user himself is judged to transfer money according to the comparison result of the current face feature image and the reserved face feature image, whether the current transfer password is consistent with a first password reserved by the user when the user opens an account in a bank or not is determined, and if the current transfer password is consistent with the first password reserved by the user when the user opens the account in the bank, the transfer amount is transferred to a collection account.
