resume management unit: the resume information is used for receiving, creating and managing the resume information of a plurality of job seekers; when a first instruction is initiated for one resume information, the resume information is moved into a people and post matching unit;
the human-sentry matching unit: the resume information matching device is used for matching at least one position information for the received resume information or matching at least one resume information for the position information and generating a matching record according to the matched resume information and the position information; and when a second instruction is initiated for one matching record, carrying out elimination operation or passing operation on the matching record.
3. The post matching recruitment system of claim 2 wherein,
the people's post matching unit is specifically used for: analyzing the resume information to obtain job hunting information of the job hunter, wherein the job hunting information comprises historical work experience, expected work places or expected posts; reading the post information in the post management unit, respectively calculating the similarity between the job hunting information and all the post information, and matching the resume information to at least one post information with the highest similarity, or matching the post information to at least one resume information with the highest similarity.
4. The post matching recruitment system of claim 2 wherein,
the people's post matching unit is specifically used for: analyzing the resume information to obtain the historical post information of the job seeker after the operation, reading the post information in the post management unit, respectively calculating the similarity between the historical post information and all the post information, and matching the resume information to at least one post information with the highest similarity.
5. The post matching recruitment system of claim 2 wherein,
the people's post matching unit is specifically used for:
when the matching records are eliminated, returning the resume information corresponding to the matching records to the resume management unit; when the matching record is subjected to pass operation, the matching record is moved into an interview management unit;
the broker management interface further comprises:
interview management unit: for receiving the matching record; and when a third instruction is initiated for one matching record, setting an interview state or an interview result of the matching record.
6. The post matching recruitment system of claim 5 wherein,
the interview management unit is further configured to:
when the interview result of the matching record is set to be an interview passing result, the matching record is moved into the job entry management unit; when the interview result of the matching record is set to be that the interview is not passed, returning the resume information corresponding to the matching record to the resume management unit;
the broker management interface further comprises:
an enrollment management unit: for receiving the matching record; when a fourth instruction is initiated for one matching record, setting the job entering state of the job seeker in the matching record; and when the job seeker is in the job leaving state, returning the resume information of the job seeker to the resume management unit.
7. The post matching recruitment system of claim 6 wherein,
and the job seeker management interface is used for allowing the job seeker to check the interview state or the interview result of the resume information.
8. A method for post matching recruitment is characterized by comprising the following steps:
after logging in a client of the broker, the broker manages post information and resume information subordinate to the broker, and automatically matches the post information for the resume information or matches the resume information for the post information;
and after the job seeker logs in the job seeker client, inputting the resume information and transmitting the resume information to the broker client.
9. The method for post matching recruitment according to claim 8, wherein the managing of the post information and the resume information subordinate thereto and the automatically matching the post information for the resume information specifically comprises:
creating and managing basic information of a plurality of enterprises;
creating and managing the post information for a plurality of the enterprises;
receiving, creating and managing the resume information of a plurality of job seekers; when a first instruction is initiated for one resume information, matching at least one post information for the resume information, or matching at least one resume information for the post information, and generating a matching record according to the matched resume information and the post information; and when a second instruction is initiated for one matching record, carrying out elimination operation or passing operation on the matching record.
10. The post matching recruitment method of claim 8, wherein the matching of the resume information with at least one of the post information specifically comprises:
analyzing the resume information to obtain job hunting information of the job seeker, wherein the job hunting information comprises historical work experience, expected work places or expected posts; reading the post information in the post management unit, respectively calculating the similarity between the job hunting information and all the post information, and matching the resume information to at least one post information with the highest similarity, or matching the post information to at least one resume information with the highest similarity.
