The securing portion 134 includes a first panel segment 1341 and a second panel segment 1342. The first plate segment 1341 is formed by extending upward from both lateral sides of the air outlet portion. an air inlet cavity is defined in the air inlet module, and a fresh air inlet pipe connected with the air inlet cavity is arranged in the air inlet module and is communicated with the outside;
the fan module comprises a centrifugal fan and a volute arranged outside the centrifugal fan, a volute air inlet of the volute is communicated with the air inlet cavity, and the first fan air outlet and the second fan air outlet are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the volute.
3. The wall-mounted fresh air conditioner indoor unit of claim 1, wherein the fresh air supply member further comprises:
the blowing-out part is arranged below the shell, and the air inlet of the air supply part is arranged in the transverse middle of the blowing-out part;
and the fixing part is formed by extending the two transverse sides of the blowing-out part upwards and then extending the middle part of the blowing-out part, and is used for fixedly connecting the fresh air supply part with the shell.
4. The wall-mounted fresh air conditioner indoor unit according to claim 3, wherein the fresh air supply opening is provided in front of the blowout part, and the fresh air supply opening is an elongated opening extending in a lateral direction of the casing.
5. The wall-mounted fresh air conditioner indoor unit according to claim 3, wherein the fixing portion comprises:
the first plate section is formed by upwards extending the two transverse sides of the air outlet part;
and the second plate section is formed by extending the upper end of the first plate section inwards along the direction vertical to the first plate section.

8. The wall-mounted fresh air conditioning indoor unit of claim 1, wherein the fresh air device further comprises:
and the first fresh air door is arranged at the first fan air outlet and used for opening and closing the first fan air outlet.
9. The wall-mounted fresh air conditioner indoor unit of claim 1, wherein the fresh air supply opening is provided with a plurality of spacers for preventing foreign matters from entering the fresh air supply member from the fresh air supply opening.
10. An air conditioner comprising a wall-mounted fresh air conditioning indoor unit according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
