技术领域
本发明属于无纺布制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于水净化的无纺布的制备方法。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成,因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布;无纺布具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。
现有的无纺布制备方法清洁效果差,无纺布上容易残留热轧处理时产生的气味的问题。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种用于水净化的无纺布的制备方法,其方便对无纺布清洁能够避免热轧时产生的异味长时间残留。
其一种用于水净化的无纺布的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:准备原料,将聚酯纤维10-15份、茶叶酶解液5-10份、涤纶纤维32-35份、竹炭纤维10-15份和丙纶纤维25-30份作为原料备用;
步骤二:对原料进行初步处理;
第一步:对茶叶酶解液加热处理,对茶叶酶解液加热,使其产生蒸汽;
第二步:将茶叶酶解液蒸汽喷向纤维材料,利用茶叶酶解液产生的蒸汽对将聚酯纤维、涤纶纤维、竹炭纤维和丙纶纤维上喷射,形成改性聚酯纤维、改性涤纶纤维、改性竹炭纤维和改性丙纶纤维;
第三步:对纤维材料热轧处理,将聚酯纤维、涤纶纤维、竹炭纤维和丙纶纤维经过铺网机铺网、双辊热轧机热轧纺粘,得到无纺布;
步骤三:对初步处理后的材料水净化处理;
第一步:对半成品无纺布输送,将纺粘后经过输送辊向清洗池内输送;
第二步:对无纺布冲洗处理,利用喷头对无纺布的上下两侧进行反复冲洗3至5次;
第三步:对无纺布上的水液去除,利用两个橡胶压辊对无纺布上的水分挤压去除;
步骤四:对无纺布最终处理;
第一步:对无纺布进行烘干处理,利用热风机在90-100℃内吹风烘干1-3分钟;
第二步:对无纺布进行收卷缠绕,利用收卷辊对无纺布进行收卷;
第三步:对无纺布打包处理,将收卷后的无纺布放置在打包袋内储存。
优选的,在步骤一中,所述的原料还可设置为聚酯纤维13份、茶叶酶解液8份、涤纶纤维33份、竹炭纤维13份和丙纶纤维28份。
优选的,在步骤三中,所述的第二步内多无纺布的冲洗次数为3次。
优选的,在步骤四中,所述的第一步内热风机烘干温度设置为95℃。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:由于本发明的一种用于水净化的无纺布的制备方法广泛应用于无纺布制备领域。本发明在对无纺布加工时可对无纺布起到良好的冲洗作用,降低无纺布上的残留热轧时的气味,以及能够对吸附在无纺布上的灰尘进行清洁。
