As shown in fig. 6, the filter element 18 is composed of a filter element frame top plate 43, a filter element frame bottom plate 44 and a filter element frame support 45, a filter element body 46 installed inside the frame and a filter element fixing plate 47 fixed above the frame through a screw 48, wherein the filter element frame support 45 is uniformly welded around the lower part of the filter element frame top plate 43, a plurality of groups of filter element frame supports 45 are welded on the filter element frame bottom plate 44, a steel wire mesh plate is arranged around the outer side of the frame, the filter element body 46 is inserted into the frame, the filter element fixing plate 47 is fixed, the lower end of the screw 48 is screwed into a corresponding screw hole on the filter element frame top plate 43, the filter element body 46 can be placed inside the frame, then the filter element fixing plate 47 is screwed on the upper end of the filter element frame top plate 43 through the screw 48, when the filter element body 46 needs to be cleaned, the screw 48 is directly loosened, and then the filter element fixing plate 47 is disassembled and the filter element body 46 is taken out.
When the agricultural microbial inoculum production equipment is used, the steam furnace 5 is in circulation with the steam cavity in the heat preservation shell 22 through the steam input pipe 7 and the steam output pipe 9, the temperature in the filter tank shell 6 is guaranteed, the material conveying stop valve 13 is opened, the waste stop valve 33 is closed, bacterial liquid materials in the filter tank shell 6 are input into the filter tank shell 19 through the conveying pipe 23, the material conveying pump 12 arranged on the conveying pipe 23 plays a material conveying effect, materials entering the filter tank shell 19 are filtered, equipment is discharged through the discharging pipe 42, when cleaning is carried out, cleaning agent is input into the filter tank shell 19 through the backwashing pipe 17, waste water is discharged into the waste water tank 2 through the waste water pipe 15 after centrifugal treatment, the waste water stop valve 36 is closed, the circulation stop valve 14 is opened, concentrated solution formed in the filter tank shell 19 is returned into the filter tank shell 6 for secondary culture, part of bacterial liquid in the cleaned waste water can flow into the filter tank shell 6 for secondary utilization, the waste water stop valve 33 is opened after fermentation is finished, the material conveying stop valve 13 is closed, the cleaning agent is input into the filter tank shell 19 through the filter tank shell 27, and the whole production equipment is emptied through the waste water tank 11 after the whole process of cleaning is finished, and the waste water is discharged through the filter tank 11.
