Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to the field of IPC A61K8, and more particularly relates to a composition for improving high-temperature suspension stability of oil-based cosmetics and application thereof.
Background
Most of thickening agents of oily matrixes in the market at present are divided into a crystalline oil wax base thickening agent and an oil gelling agent thickening agent, wherein the thickening capacity of the crystalline oil wax base depends on the melting point of the oil wax base, the crystalline oil wax base has higher hardness at normal temperature and is mostly used for lipstick products, and the oil gelling agent is mostly used for smearing oily soft matrix products. There are oil gelling agents such as polyol condensed esters, dextrin palmitate, fumed silica, montmorillonite and the like on the market, but when these oil gelling agents are applied to the abrasive particle products of an oil matrix, the stability of the products is poor, delamination is easy to occur at high temperature, and the phenomenon of deposition of abrasive particles occurs.
In the prior art, patent document with publication number CN107890431B discloses an oil gelling agent formulation and a scrub cream composition, wherein the oil gelling agent is prepared by selecting an amino acid type surfactant, an oligoester and a dextrin palmitate, and can inhibit the oily matrix from leaching out of the surface of the gelled substance, but the stability of the oily matrix at high temperature for a long time is not obviously improved.
Patent document CN107625660B discloses a transparent suntan oil gel and a preparation method thereof, which prepares the suntan oil gel with good transparent appearance and good skin feel by selecting an organic suntan agent, grease, a humectant and a surfactant, but has limited improvement on stability of the oil gel at high temperature.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides, in a first aspect, a composition for improving high-temperature suspension stability of oil-based cosmetics, comprising, in weight percent: 0.1-10% of thickening stabilizer, 40-60% of oil base and the balance of abrasive particles to 100%.
Preferably, the oil base is one or more of coconut oil, butter fruit oil, macadamia nut oil, arnebia oil, tocopherol, caprylic/capric triglyceride; further preferred are coconut oil and shea resins.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the coconut oil to the shea butter is (1-2): (1-2).
In some preferred versions, the coconut oil is purchased from IMEX EVCO manufactured by intelmed waters sdn.
In some preferred embodiments, the Shea butter resin is purchased from Lipex Shea manufactured by a company of a Hu Sika mole oil (zhangjiu harbor).
The applicant proves through a large number of experiments that the weight ratio is (1-2): the coconut oil and the shea butter resin in the (1-2) are used as oil matrixes and matched with specific abrasive particles, so that the prepared composition has high cleanliness and good moisturizing ability, and is very suitable for being applied to cosmetics such as abrasive cream, exfoliating milk and the like. However, since the abrasive particles are inorganic, most of them are insoluble in the oil matrix, and at high temperatures, the composition may delaminate and deposit the abrasive particles, affecting the appearance and use of the product.
Preferably, the thickening stabilizer is one or more of dextrin palmitate, glyceryl behenate/eicosadioate, a nonionic surfactant, caprylic/capric triglyceride (and) hydrogenated C6-20 polyolefin (and) HDI/trimethylol hexyl lactone cross-linked polymer, silica, PPG-12/SMDI copolymer, isohexadecane (and) distearyl dimethylammonium hectorite (and) propylene carbonate; further preferred are nonionic surfactants.
Preferably, the nonionic surfactant is one or more of polyvinyl alcohol nonionic surfactant, polyol nonionic surfactant and polyether nonionic surfactant; further preferred are polyol type nonionic surfactants.
Preferably, the polyhydric alcohol type nonionic surfactant is one or more of glycerin fatty acid ester, aliphatic amide nonionic surfactant, sorbitan ester, alkyl glycoside and sucrose ester; further preferred is an aliphatic amide nonionic surfactant.
Preferably, the aliphatic amide nonionic surfactant is one or more of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, dibutyl ethyl hexanoyl glutamine and dibutyl lauroyl glutamine; further preferred are dibutyl ethyl hexanoyl glutamine and dibutyl lauroyl glutamine.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the dibutyl ethyl hexanoyl glutamine to the dibutyl lauroyl glutamine is (1-10): (1-2); further preferably, (6-9): 1.
in some preferred embodiments, the dibutyl ethyl hexanoyl glutamine is purchased from EB-21 produced by japan taste hormone.
In some preferred embodiments, the dibutyl lauroyl glutamine is purchased from GP-1 manufactured by japan taste prime.
The applicant has found unexpectedly that the weight ratio is chosen to be (1-10): the dibutyl ethyl caproyl glutamine and dibutyl lauroyl glutamine of (1-2) are used as the surfactant in the composition of the system, so that the high-temperature stability of the product can be greatly improved while the moisturizing and cleaning effects of the product are ensured. This is probably due to the fact that these two specific surfactants are able to act synergistically in the system, on the one hand their hydrogen bonds are able to form a fibrous network and form a hard oleogel in the oil matrix of the system, adjusting the viscosity of the system, so that the oil matrix and the abrasive particles are able to exist stably in the system while avoiding the situation of poor feel of use due to harder or softer textures; on the other hand, the mixing of the two aliphatic amide nonionic surfactants can promote the skin moisturizing effect of the composition, so that the suspension particles are stabilized, and meanwhile, better skin feel can be achieved.
Preferably, the frosted particles are one or more of sodium chloride, white sugar, brown sugar, walnut shells, corn shells, lemon shells, sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate; further preferred is sodium chloride.
In some preferred embodiments, the sodium chloride is purchased from medium salt gold altar salination, inc. as a non-iodine refined salt.
Preferably, the preparation method of the composition for improving the high-temperature suspension stability of the oil-based cosmetic comprises the following steps:
mixing all the raw materials until the texture is uniform.
Further preferred, the preparation method of the composition for improving the high-temperature suspension stability of the oil-based cosmetic comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing coconut oil and a thickening stabilizer, heating and stirring at 120-160 ℃ for 20-50min to obtain a substance I;
s2, cooling the first substance obtained in the step S1 to 70-90 ℃, adding the butter tree resin, and continuously stirring for 20-50min to obtain a second substance;
s3, cooling the second substance obtained in the step S2 to 40-50 ℃, adding the frosted particles, and stirring until the solution is uniform, thus obtaining the product.
In order to avoid the situation of recrystallization and layering in the preparation process, in the preparation process of the composition, dibutyl ethyl hexanoyl glutamine and dibutyl lauroyl glutamine are dissolved in coconut oil, then butter tree fruit fat and frosted particles are respectively added through cooling twice, on one hand, the solubility of two surfactants is accelerated by taking high-temperature-resistant coconut oil as a solvent, and on the other hand, the solubility of the two surfactants is accelerated by cooling twice to a specified temperature and respectively adding residual raw materials, so that the phenomenon that the frosted particles are uniformly distributed in a system and deposited due to particle size change caused by recrystallization at high temperature is avoided, and the preparation method can be used for efficiently and rapidly enabling the raw materials of all components to be uniformly distributed in the system and the prepared composition is high in stability.
The second aspect of the invention provides application of the composition for improving the high-temperature suspension stability of oil-based cosmetics, which can be applied to scrub, exfoliating milk and bath cream.
The beneficial effects are that:
1. the weight ratio of the components is (1-2): the coconut oil and the shea butter tree resin in the (1-2) are used as oil matrixes and matched with specific sand particles, so that the prepared composition is high in cleanliness and good in moisturizing ability.
2. The weight ratio of the components is (1-10): the dibutyl ethyl caproyl glutamine and dibutyl lauroyl glutamine of (1-2) are used as thickening stabilizers in the composition of the system, so that the high-temperature stability of the product can be greatly improved while the moisturizing and cleaning effects of the product are ensured.
3. By the specific preparation method, the raw materials of all components can be uniformly distributed in the system efficiently and quickly, and the prepared composition is high in stability.
4. The composition is prepared from the specific thickening stabilizer, the oil matrix and the abrasive particles, can improve the high-temperature suspension stability of oil-based cosmetics, is strong in flushability and not greasy, has more moist skin feel after washing, is more pleasant in natural coconut oil fragrance, and is very suitable for being applied to cosmetics such as abrasive cream, exfoliating milk and the like.
