In hospitals, there are inpatients and different medical devices depending on the condition of the patient. For example, in an intensive care unit, physiological data of a patient needs to be acquired in real time, and in a general ward, physiological data of a patient needs to be acquired at regular time. A medical device that is monitoring a patient is determined to be a monitoring device. The monitoring device can monitor the patient in real time and upload the monitoring data to the central monitoring system. Such as a bedside monitor. The medical devices to be used in the care of patients may be ward rounds as well as medical devices for care.
In addition, the patients who are not in the hospital can be nursed on time, such as atomization, injection and transfusion, and the patients can also be nursed at home by using portable monitoring equipment.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a first embodiment of a care management method of a central monitoring system according to the present application. The method comprises the following steps:
step 11: acquiring monitoring data obtained by performing bedside monitoring on a plurality of target patients by a plurality of monitoring devices respectively; and acquiring care data relating to the ward-round monitor, the hospital information management system and/or the plurality of target patients created locally.
The monitoring device may be a monitor that monitors a target patient, such as a vital signs monitor, which may be used for an intensive care patient. The monitoring device may also be a stationary monitor, such as a bedside monitor. Is arranged at one side of the bed of the target patient to monitor the target patient. In step 11, monitoring data obtained by performing bedside monitoring on the target patient by the fixed monitor is obtained.
Among them, the care data in the hospital information management system may be acquired by a doctor using a corresponding device in diagnosing a target patient. If the blood pressure detection device is used for collecting blood pressure, a stethoscope is used for collecting heart rate.
Step 12: and generating a nursing record sheet corresponding to each target patient according to the monitoring data and the nursing data.
In some embodiments, the care record sheet may perform template setting in advance, such as displaying a plurality of monitored data to be selected and/or a plurality of care data to be selected on the care management interface; receiving a selection instruction, and determining target monitoring data and target nursing data from a plurality of pieces of monitoring data to be selected and/or a plurality of pieces of nursing data to be selected, wherein the plurality of pieces of monitoring data to be selected and/or the plurality of pieces of nursing data to be selected comprise physiological data of vital signs, output/input quantity data, score recording data, catheter intubation data and treatment item data; a care record template is created based on the target care data and/or the target care data. For example, referring to fig. 2, the setup of the care record sheet template is explained: the recording items of the physiological data representing vital signs include body temperature, NIBP (automated non-invasive blood pressure measurement) diastolic pressure, NIBP systolic pressure, NIBP mean pressure, pulse rate, heart rate, art (artery) mean pressure, art diastolic pressure, art systolic pressure, PA (Pulmonary artery) mean pressure, ICP (intracranial pressure) mean pressure, LAP (Left atrial pressure ) mean pressure, RAP (Right atrial pressure), blood oxygen, blood glucose, left pupil size, right pupil size, left side light reflex, and Right side light reflex. The record items indicating the intake amount include the amount of food consumed, the amount of water consumed, the amount of medicine consumed, the amount of fluid to be infused, and the amount of blood to be infused. The records indicating the amount of output include urine volume, stool volume, and drainage volume. The records representing the scoring records are pain score, GCS (Glasgow coma scale) score, sedation score, pressure sore score, EWS (early warning score), MEWS (modified early warning score), and unplanned extubation risk assessment. The entries representing catheter intubation are central venous tube, gastric tube, tracheal tube and nasointestinal tube. The record items representing treatment items are blood sugar measurement, aerosol treatment, enema, tube care and oral care.
Wherein body temperature, NIBP diastolic pressure, NIBP systolic pressure, NIBP mean pressure, pulse rate, blood oxygen, blood glucose, drug use, urine volume, stool, pain score, pressure sore score, blood glucose measurement, and nebulization therapy are selected in FIG. 2 according to the actual condition of the target patient. After confirming the record items, clicking the confirmation to save the record items selected in fig. 2, and then creating a nursing record form template based on the target monitoring data and/or the target nursing data. Wherein, the body temperature, the NIBP diastolic pressure, the NIBP systolic pressure, the NIBP average pressure, the pulse rate, the blood oxygen and the blood sugar can be monitored data obtained by monitoring by using a monitoring device, and the dosage, the urine volume, the stool, the pain score, the pressure sore score, the blood sugar measurement and the atomization treatment are nursing data obtained by nursing by using a ward-round monitor.
After the setting of the nursing note template of the current target patient is finished, the newly-created record item can be clicked, and a nursing note template is set for another target patient.
In the subsequent step 12, the monitoring data and the nursing data are correspondingly added to the corresponding record items in the nursing record sheet template to generate a nursing record sheet.
In some embodiments, corresponding care can be performed according to the condition of the monitored data, and the care can be recorded on a care record sheet. If the body temperature of the target patient is overhigh, the monitoring device can perform abnormal reminding, and the target patient can be physically cooled. If the target patient is wiped with alcohol, the target patient is cooled by utilizing the volatility of the alcohol. The ward-round monitor or the local establishment mode can be used for synchronously recording on the nursing record sheet, and the nursing can be performed when the body temperature is too high.

For example, any one of the areas of patient a, patient B, patient C, patient D, patient E, patient F, patient G, and patient H may be clicked, and the care notes of the selected patient may be displayed in the care notes area. The nursing note area supports the zooming-in and zooming-out operations.
In an application scenario, the area of the care record sheet may also display a patient list, see FIG. 4, which is divided into hospitalized patients and discharged patients, and 10 patients shown in FIG. 4 are all 2021-x-xx hospitalized patients. The list can show the bed number, name, case number, patient type, sex, blood type, height, weight, date of birth, date of admission, diagnosis result, department, supervisor doctor, supervisor nurse and state of the patient, and the statistical information of the total number and state of the current patient is arranged above the patient list. There are four sources of data in the patient list: the first source is: a patient being monitored by the central monitoring system; the second source is: patients in the hospital information management system can synchronize the patient data of the hospital information management system through the refreshing button; the third source is: the patient manually created in the central monitoring system can be newly created by adding a admission button; the fourth source is: patient information uploaded by the ward rounding monitor.
If the case number of the patient of the hospital information management system is consistent with the case numbers of the patients from other three sources, the patient information of the hospital information management system is taken as the standard to perfect the patient information from other sources.
In the embodiment, the monitoring data obtained by respectively carrying out bedside monitoring on a plurality of target patients by a plurality of monitoring devices is obtained; acquiring nursing data related to a plurality of target patients, which are created locally and/or a ward round monitor and a hospital information management system; generating a nursing record sheet corresponding to each target patient according to the monitoring data and the nursing data; and displaying the monitoring data and the nursing record list on a nursing management interface of the central monitoring system. In this way, central monitoring system can integrate guardianship data and nursing data automatically, form a record list, on the one hand, medical personnel's operation can be reduced, nursing record list's generation efficiency is improved, and then promote the management level to patient information, on the other hand through the nursing management interface at central monitoring system show this nursing record list and guardianship data, make the data that central monitoring system shows more comprehensive, can conveniently provide medical personnel more information, and need not additionally to set up nursing management system, reduce the cost.
