Description

Goods shelf
Technical Field
The invention relates to a goods placing device for retail industry, in particular to a goods shelf.
Background
A goods shelves for supermarket or convenience store, in order to save space, generally put back to back, the front end opening of each field on the goods shelves is outwards, and the staff can only put and take away the goods from goods shelves the place ahead. Generally, consumers are used to take goods at the front end of the column, if the worker places the goods at the front end of the column every time of replenishment, the goods at the rear end of the column are likely to be unsold for a long time, and the goods with short shelf life, such as food, are likely to be placed off the shelf due to overdue failure, so that economic loss and waste of the operator are caused. Because goods can only get in and out of the goods shelf from the front end of the column, if the width of the column is small, when workers put the goods at every time, the remaining goods in the column need to be taken out from the goods shelf one by one, then new goods are put at the rear end of the column, and the goods taken out before are put at the front end of the column, so that the operation is inconvenient, and the goods replenishment efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a goods shelf, which can solve the technical problem that in the prior art, the convenience store can only replenish goods from the rear end of a tray, and the operation is troublesome.
In order to solve the technical problem, the applicant proposes that the tray of the goods shelf is designed into a drawer type structure, the tray is firstly pulled out of the goods shelf when goods are replenished, and then the tray is returned into the goods shelf after goods are placed. Although the replenishment of workers is convenient, new technical problems are generated.
In consideration of the light weight design, the tray is generally made of thin metal or hard plastic, and after the tray is pulled out from the shelf, the tray is liable to shake up and down or back and forth due to the heavy weight of the tray on which the goods are placed and the large size of the tray. In addition, the tray of the drawer type structure is generally installed on the shelf by a sliding type connector (not a fastener), and the stability is poor, and even if the tray is located in the shelf, the tray is easily shaken back and forth when goods are placed on the tray. In a general convenience store, the sliding type connecting piece is easily damaged due to the shaking of the shelf, thereby affecting the service life of the tray. In unmanned convenience store, be provided with weight sensor in the tray of goods shelves for the change of response each column department goods quantity, no matter the tray is in goods shelves or outside the goods shelves, at the in-process of putting the column department with commodity, if the tray takes place to rock, must seriously influence weight sensor's measurement accuracy.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a shelf that can solve the problem that a drawer-type tray structure is likely to shake and has poor stability in a shelf of a convenience store.
In the intelligent goods shelf of the unmanned convenience store, a plurality of weight sensors are arranged in each tray and connected to data processing equipment such as a computer through a lead, and the data processing equipment monitors the quantity change of goods on each column in real time according to the real-time data change of each weight sensor. Generally, these wires are fixed to the shelf or the tray, but if the shelf is designed to be a drawer type structure, the fixed wires will limit the sliding of the tray. Therefore, the wire cannot be fixed to the shelf and must be movable. Therefore, new technical problems can be caused, and in the process of drawing the tray, a plurality of movable wires are easy to form a wound wire coil to occupy the space of the tray in the goods shelf, so that the tray cannot be pushed into the goods shelf; alternatively, the movable wires tend to snap into the sliding structure, causing the tray to become jammed and not slide smoothly into the shelf.
A third object of the present invention is to provide a shelf capable of solving the problems that in an intelligent shelf of an unmanned convenience store, wires of drawer-type trays are scattered, a twisted wire group is easily formed, and a sliding structure is easily caught.

As shown in fig. 5, each tray 3 further includes a plurality of weight sensors 33 and a plurality of storage boxes 34, two or more weight sensors 33 are installed in the tray box 31 side by side, and each weight sensor 33 is provided with one storage box 34 for placing goods.
More than two storage boxes 34 are arranged on the plurality of weight sensors 33 side by side, and a gap exists between every two adjacent storage boxes 34, so that the two storage boxes cannot be in contact with each other in any form, and the detection precision of the weight sensors 33 is not influenced. In order to improve the measurement accuracy, it is preferable that each weight sensor 33 is installed such that a top portion of one end thereof is connected to a bottom portion of a storage box 34 and a bottom portion of the other end thereof is fixed to a bottom surface of an inner side of the tray box 31.
As shown in fig. 10, each storage box 34 is detachable, and the storage box of the present embodiment is a combined structure, and the width thereof can be adjusted. The smallest storage box includes a carrying plate 341 and four flaps 342, and the bottom of each flap 342 is detachably connected to the edge of the carrying plate 341, which is a column. The baffle 342 may be four small baffles attached to each other, front to back, left to right. Specifically, at least one bayonet 343 is disposed at the edge of each carrier plate 341; at least one locking block 344 is disposed at the bottom of each blocking plate 342, and each locking block 344 is detachably locked into a locking hole 343 of a loading plate 341. Preferably, the left and right side edges of each baffle can be provided with a bayonet and a clamping block, and two adjacent baffles can be detachably connected with each other through the bayonet and the clamping block, so as to improve the structural stability of the storage box 34.
The plurality of object carrying plates 341 are located on the same plane, and each baffle 341 is a detachable structure, so that the object carrying plates 341 and the baffles 341 with more than two can enclose a larger-sized object placing box, and the object placing box is suitable for placing various goods with different sizes. The staff of convenience store only need manage the same size carry thing board and baffle can, need not to deposit a large amount of boxes of putting of multiple size, can effectively reduce administrative cost.
