Description

Baking method for improving quality of NC102 tobacco leaves
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco curing, in particular to a curing method for improving the quality of NC102 tobacco leaves.
Background
Flue-cured tobacco variety NC102 is a F1 hybrid registered by f.w.rickard seed company, usa, and recommended by north american officials in 2004. In 2006, tobacco industry company in Yunnan introduced test seeds from America, which has better fertilizer resistance, high resistance to black shank, anti-virus disease, low resistance to bacterial wilt, better aroma quality, sweet aftertaste, lighter miscellaneous gas and moderate strength. Therefore, the variety is suitable for being used as a high-grade high-end cigarette raw material. The variety is used as a newly introduced variety, the baking technical guidance and method of the variety are lacked at present, and if the variety is baked according to the conventional baking method, the problems of variegated colors, ash-coated tobacco, high proportion of green muscle and yellow piece and the like still exist.
The difficulty in baking the NC102 is that the baking moisture control of the NC102 varieties is difficult, the tobacco leaves are possibly baked to be yellow in the yellowing period, but the water loss degree of the tobacco leaves is not achieved, and the tobacco leaves are grayed if the NC102 varieties directly enter the color fixing period; if the tobacco leaves are subjected to hard yellowing or excessive yellowing in order to achieve the water loss degree, the tobacco leaves are also easy to be subjected to ash hanging in the color fixing stage. At present, in the process of baking the NC102, the accurate control of the temperature, the humidity, the baking time and the like in each period is lacked, particularly, the coordination of the yellowing degree and the water loss degree in the yellowing period has problems, particularly, the control of the temperature, the humidity and the baking time in the color fixing period and the tendon drying period is unreasonable, and the NC102 is easily baked into ash-hanging smoke. Due to the lack of a baking process matched with the variety, the popularization difficulty of the variety is increased, so that the enthusiasm of tobacco growers for planting and baking the variety is low, the quality deviation of the variety after baking is caused, such as the characteristics of less fresh and sweet note, scorched aroma, weaker aroma, lower concentration, fine and smooth quality, slightly scorched and bitter taste and the like after baking are not given out, the excellent smoking characteristics of obvious fresh and sweet note, good baking aroma, fruity note, sufficient quantity, higher concentration, fine and soft cotton quality, clean oral cavity and the like are not given out, and the rating effect and the industrial usability of the variety cannot be expected.

Techniques, methods, and apparatus known to those of ordinary skill in the relevant art may not be discussed in detail but are intended to be part of the specification where appropriate. In addition, the technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
The invention provides a baking method for improving the quality of NC102 tobacco leaves, which comprises the steps of weaving rods of fresh collected NC102 tobacco leaves, putting the tobacco rods into a baking room for baking according to a mode of dense top and sparse bottom and staggered intersection, and sequentially baking the tobacco leaves put into the baking room in a yellowing stage, a color fixing stage and a stem drying stage; and correspondingly adjusting the dry bulb temperature, the wet bulb temperature, the heating speed, the temperature stabilizing time, the cold air door state and the circulating fan state of the yellowing stage baking, the color fixing stage baking and the dry rib stage baking according to the number of the tobacco containing tables, and coordinating the yellowing degree and the water loss degree of the tobacco leaves in the adjusting process until the NC102 baked tobacco leaves are obtained after the baking is finished.
The curing barn provided by the embodiment is preferably a three-layer curing barn or a four-layer curing barn; the three-layer curing barn is sequentially provided with three curing chambers from bottom to top, namely a first curing chamber, a second curing chamber and a third curing chamber; four baking rooms are sequentially provided with four baking rooms from bottom to top, namely a first baking room, a second baking room, a third baking room and a fourth baking room.
The yellowing stage baking provided by the present embodiment includes yellowing earlier stage baking, yellowing middle stage baking and yellowing later stage baking, wherein:
specifically, the early stage of yellowing is baking: at the heating rate of 1 ℃/1 hour, the temperature of the dry balls is increased from room temperature to 30-33 ℃, and the temperature of the wet balls is adjusted from room temperature to 30 ℃; after the temperature of the dry and wet balls is stable, continuously baking for 1-3 h, and simultaneously closing a cold air door and operating a low-grade circulating fan; after the cold air door is opened, the moisture can be discharged, and the circulating fan provides hot air for the curing barn.
Specifically, the mid-yellowing baking comprises the following steps: after the yellowing early-stage baking is finished, the dry bulb temperature is increased to 35 ℃ at the heating rate of 1 ℃/2 hours, the wet bulb temperature is adjusted to 34 ℃, and the baking is continued for 6-8 hours after the dry bulb temperature and the wet bulb temperature are stable until the leaf tip of the fourth tobacco leaf in the four-layer baking room is yellow by 5-8 cm or until the leaf tip of the third tobacco leaf in the three-layer baking room is yellow by 5-8 cm; after the leaf tips of the tobacco leaves turn yellow by 5-8 cm, opening a cold air door by one finger, and simultaneously operating a low-grade circulating fan; then, at the heating rate of 1 ℃/2 hours, the dry bulb temperature is increased to 38-39 ℃, the wet bulb temperature is adjusted to 34 ℃, and the baking is continued for 20-30 hours after the dry bulb temperature and the wet bulb temperature are stable until the third tobacco leaf in the four-layer baking room is yellow 7-8 or the second tobacco leaf in the three-layer baking room is yellow 9; after the middle-stage yellowing baking is finished, opening a cold air door by 2-3 fingers, and simultaneously operating a low-grade circulating fan.
When the baking time is 12-20 h, if the hard yellowing (yellowing speed is high, water loss speed is slow, generally the color is not enough, and the water loss state is required to be in place) is caused, and when the humidity is high, the high-speed circulating fan and the low-speed circulating fan are alternately used. After the temperature of the dry pellets is raised to 38 ℃, the third tobacco leaf in the four-layer curing barn or the second tobacco leaf in the three-layer curing barn loses water, a high-speed fan and a low-speed fan can be used alternately, and a high-speed gear is used at 40 ℃; in addition, the change of the color of the tobacco leaves is not emphasized too much in the step, water is taken as the main part, color is taken as the auxiliary part, and when the dry balls show 38 ℃, the moisture removal is strengthened. The water loss state of NC102 tobacco leaves is slower than that of the cloud type tobacco leaves, so that the moisture is discharged in stages (the moisture cannot be discharged after the whole furnace is yellowed, otherwise, the moisture is not discharged in time), the top platform and the second tobacco leaves are yellowed and lose water at 38 ℃, the third platform and the bottom platform tobacco leaves are yellowed and lose water at 42 ℃, and otherwise, the tobacco leaves entering the color fixing stage are bound to be grey. In the middle yellowing stage, the wet bulb temperature cannot exceed 34 ℃, otherwise, the tobacco leaves entering the color fixing stage are also bound to be grey. By the method, the whole tobacco leaf yellowing stage avoids the tobacco leaf from becoming hard yellow or excessively yellow, thereby avoiding the phenomenon of ash hanging of the tobacco leaf.
Specifically, the post yellowing baking comprises: after the middle-stage yellowing baking is finished, the dry bulb temperature is increased to 40 ℃ at the heating rate of 1 ℃/3 hours, and the wet bulb temperature is adjusted to 34 ℃; after the dry and wet ball temperatures are stable, continuously baking for 6-10 h until the tip-hooking and edge-curling of the second tobacco leaf in the four-layer curing barn or the tip-hooking and edge-curling of the second tobacco leaf in the three-layer curing barn; after the tip of the tobacco leaves is hooked and the edges are curled, opening a cold air door by 3 fingers, and simultaneously operating a high-grade circulating fan; then, at the heating rate of 1 ℃/3 hours, the dry-bulb temperature is increased to 42 ℃, the wet-bulb temperature is adjusted to 34 ℃, and the baking is continued for 18-22 hours after the dry-bulb temperature and the wet-bulb temperature are stable until a second tobacco leaf small winding drum in the four-layer baking room or a second tobacco leaf small winding drum in the three-layer baking room; after the tobacco leaves appear in the small reel, opening a cold air door by 3-4 fingers, and simultaneously operating a high-grade circulating fan; then, at the heating rate of 1 ℃/2-3 hours, the dry bulb temperature is increased to 44-45 ℃, and the wet bulb temperature is adjusted to 34 ℃; after the dry and wet ball temperatures are stable, continuously baking for 10-18 h until a third tobacco leaf small reel in the four-layer baking room or a second tobacco leaf large reel in the three-layer baking room; meanwhile, the cold air door is opened by 3-5 fingers, and a high-grade circulating fan is operated.
The fixed-color-period baking provided by the embodiment comprises the following steps: the first-stage baking for fixing color, the middle-stage baking for fixing color and the later-stage baking for fixing color;
specifically, the color fixing early stage baking comprises the following steps: after the yellowing later stage is finished, the temperature of the dry balls is increased to 48 ℃ at the heating rate of 1 ℃/1 hour, the temperature of the wet balls is adjusted to 34.5 ℃, and the tobacco is continuously baked for 18 to 22 hours after the temperature of the dry balls and the temperature of the wet balls are stable until a first tobacco leaf small reel in a four-layer baking room or a first tobacco leaf small reel in a three-layer baking room; meanwhile, the cold air door is opened by 3 fingers, and a high-grade circulating fan is operated;
