s3, after the ultrasonic complex enzymolysis is finished, inactivating enzymes at 95-100 ℃ for 10min-15min in stability, then carrying out suction filtration, decompressing and concentrating the filtrate, adding a 95% ethanol solution with the volume 5 times of that of the filtrate for precipitation, and then centrifuging at the rotating speed of 3000r/min for 10min-15min; centrifuging at the rotating speed of 6000r/min for 15min to 20min, then abandoning bottom filter residues, and reserving filtrate;
s4, preparing a chloroform-n-butanol mixed solution with the volume ratio of 4:1; mixing the filtrate obtained in the step S3 with a chloroform-n-butanol mixed solution according to a volume ratio of 4:1, stirring at a temperature of 45-50 ℃ and a rotating speed of 100-120 r/min for 30min, and then centrifuging at a rotating speed of 3000r/min for 5min to obtain a honey filtrate for later use; adding a chloroform-n-butanol mixed solution with the volume of 1/4 of the filtrate into the filtrate, and repeating the above process for 5 times;
s5, taking the filtrate treated in the step S4, performing adsorption decoloration treatment by using a mixture of activated carbon and calcium chloride, and centrifuging at a rotating speed of 6000r/min for 10min to 15min; filtering the filtrate with a filter bag of 1 μ to obtain clear extractive solution of fructus Eriobotryae after centrifuging;
s6, taking the clarified loquat extracting solution obtained in the step S5, and concentrating the clarified loquat extracting solution through reverse osmosis concentration equipment;
and S7, putting the concentrated loquat extracting solution obtained in the step S6 into a vacuum freeze dryer, and carrying out vacuum freeze drying for 12-24 hours to obtain a loquat leaf extract with the water content of less than 5%.
4. The honey loquat cream for wetting the throat and nourishing the lung according to claim 3, wherein in the step S2, the cellulase, the pectinase, the alkaline protease and the trypsin are added in the following order: 600U/g-800U/g, 1000U/g-1200U/g, 6000U/g-10000U/g, 3000U/g-7000U/g.

3) Mixing the two decoctions obtained in the step 2), filtering and concentrating to obtain a concentrated solution; then carrying out alcohol precipitation on the concentrated solution for 4h to 6h by adopting an ethanol solution; mixing the concentrated solution after alcohol precipitation with the loquat leaf extract and the mint extract in parts by weight, and stirring until the concentrated solution is completely dissolved; then adding the sodium benzoate in parts by weight, and stirring until the sodium benzoate is completely dissolved; then adding the citric acid in parts by weight, and stirring until the citric acid is completely dissolved to obtain a mixed material;
4) Putting the honey in parts by weight into warm water at the temperature of 45-50 ℃, heating for 6-8 h in a water-separating manner, and filtering to obtain honey filtrate for later use; mixing the maltose with the weight part and 1.5 times of the purified water by volume, heating and decocting with slow fire to obtain thick syrup for later use; dissolving the almond essence in parts by weight in ethanol to prepare essence solution for later use;
5) Adding the honey filtrate obtained in the step 4) into the mixture obtained in the step 3), and stirring at the temperature of 55-65 ℃ for 30min to 50min; cooling to 45 ℃, adding the syrup and the essence solution obtained in the step 4), continuously stirring and uniformly mixing, and cooling to obtain a mixture;
6) Filtering the mixture obtained in the step 5) by using a 120-mesh sieve and a 200-mesh sieve, concentrating in vacuum, sterilizing, subpackaging, sealing and storing to obtain the honey loquat leaf extract for moistening the throat and nourishing the lung.
10. The preparation method of honey loquat cream for wetting and nourishing throat and lung according to claim 9, wherein in step 6), the vacuum concentration process parameters are as follows: the vacuum degree is 0.058MPa to 0.095MPa; the temperature is 30-35 ℃.
