Claims (1)

1. The device is arranged on a machine base (2) of the medicine spraying machine and is characterized by comprising a scroll (4), an axle seat (5) and a medicine tube (3), wherein the axle seat (5) is fixedly connected with the machine base (2), the scroll (4) is rotationally arranged on the axle seat (5), the medicine tube (3) is wound on the scroll (4), the device also comprises a tube winding and unwinding power mechanism for driving the scroll (4) to rotate, the steering of the scroll (4) is synchronous with the advancing direction of the medicine spraying machine, and the scroll (4) is steering to the outer tube when the medicine spraying machine advances; when the medicine spraying machine retreats, the reel (4) reversely rotates to inwards retract the pipe;
the pipe collecting and releasing power mechanism comprises a land wheel (6), the land wheel (6) is rotatably arranged on the machine base (2), the lower end face of the land wheel (6) is flush with the lower end face of the medicine spraying machine, the land wheel (6) is in transmission connection with the scroll (4) through a transmission component, the medicine spraying machine moves to drive the land wheel (6) to rotate, and the scroll (4) is driven to rotate positively and negatively to collect and release the medicine pipe (3);
the land wheel (6) is arranged on the machine base (2) through an elastic connection structure, the elastic connection structure comprises a mounting seat (7), an outer sleeve (8) and a mounting rod (9), the mounting seat (7) is fixedly arranged on the machine base (2), the outer sleeve (8) is arranged at the bottom of the mounting seat (7), the upper end of the mounting rod (9) stretches into an inner cavity of the outer sleeve (8) and can lift relative to the outer sleeve (8), the land wheel (6) is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the mounting rod (9), and a spring is further arranged between the mounting rod (9) and the outer sleeve (8);
the transmission assembly comprises a first belt (10), a second belt (11), a transmission belt wheel (12) and a driving belt wheel (13), wherein the two transmission belt wheels (12) are coaxially and rotatably arranged on the mounting seat (7), each driving belt wheel (13) is fixedly connected with the scroll (4) and the land wheel (6) respectively, the first belt (10) is wound on one of the transmission belt wheels (12) and the driving belt wheel (13) fixedly connected with the land wheel (6), and the second belt (11) is wound on the other transmission belt wheel (12) and the driving belt wheel (13) fixedly connected with the scroll (4);
the tube winding and unwinding device also comprises a tube shifting device, and when the scroll (4) rotates, the tube shifting device is used for dragging the medicine tube (3) to move back and forth along the axial direction of the scroll (4) so that the medicine tube (3) is uniformly wound on the scroll (4) along the axial direction;
the tube moving device comprises a screw (14), a guide shaft (15) and a moving seat (16), wherein the screw (14) and the guide shaft (15) are arranged at intervals up and down and are rotationally arranged on an installation seat (7), each driving belt wheel (12) is fixedly arranged on the guide shaft (15), one end of the moving seat (16) is sleeved on the guide shaft (15), the other end of the moving seat is in threaded connection with the screw (14), a medicine tube (3) is wound on a scroll (4) and penetrates through the moving seat (16) to be connected with a medicine pump, and the tube moving device further comprises a tube moving power mechanism for driving the moving seat (16) to axially move back and forth along the screw (14);
the tube moving power mechanism comprises a reversing belt wheel (17), a reversing gear I (18) and a reversing gear II (19), wherein the reversing belt wheel (17) and the reversing gear I (18) are respectively and fixedly arranged at two ends of a screw rod (14), the reversing gear II (19) is fixedly arranged at the end part of a guide shaft (15) and meshed with the reversing gear I (18), a pushing shaft (20) is arranged at the left side and the right side of the mounting seat (7), the two pushing shafts (20) can axially move back and forth along the screw rod (14), the outer side ends of the two pushing shafts (20) respectively lean against two opposite side surfaces of the reversing belt wheel (17) and the reversing gear I (18), the reversing belt wheel (17) is clamped in a belt I (10), the belt I (10) and the reversing belt wheel (17) are driven to rotate by friction, and the moving seat (16) is driven to translate towards the direction of the reversing belt wheel (17) until the moving seat (16) and the pushing shaft (20) at one side of the reversing belt wheel (17) are propped against and pushed outwards, so that the belt wheel (17) is retreated from the reversing belt I (10) and the reversing gear I (18) to be meshed with the reversing gear II (18); the reversing gear I (18) drives the screw rod (14) to reversely rotate to drive the movable seat (16) to translate towards the reversing gear I (18) until the movable seat (16) abuts against the pushing shaft (20) on one side of the reversing gear I (18) and pushes the pushing shaft (20) outwards, so that the reversing gear I (18) is separated from the reversing gear II (19), and the reversing belt wheel (17) is clamped into the belt I (10).
