a first mounting plate (63), the first mounting plate (63) being mounted on the base plate (1);
a second rotating shaft (64), the second rotating shaft (64) being rotatably mounted on the first mounting plate (63);
the first transmission assembly (65), the first transmission assembly (65) is installed between second spindle (64) and output shaft of the motor (62);
the reversing device (7) comprises:
the mounting seat (71), the mounting seat (71) is installed on the bottom plate (1);
the third rotating shaft (72), the third rotating shaft (72) is rotatably installed on the mounting seat (71);
a rotating disk (73), the rotating disk (73) being mounted on the third rotating shaft (72);

a first spur gear (75), the first spur gear (75) being mounted on the second rotating shaft (64), the first spur gear (75) being meshed with the toothed ring (74);
the irrigation and drainage device (8) comprises:

a water outlet interface (82), wherein the water outlet interface (82) is arranged on the water pump (81);
a water inlet interface (83), wherein the water inlet interface (83) is arranged on the water pump (81);
a water pipe rack (84), wherein the water pipe rack (84) is arranged on the rotating disc (73);
the device also comprises a mobile locking device (9), and the mobile locking device (9) comprises:
a second mounting plate (91), the second mounting plate (91) being mounted on the base plate (1);
a fourth rotating shaft (92), the fourth rotating shaft (92) being rotatably mounted on the second mounting plate (91);
the second transmission assembly (93), the second transmission assembly (93) is installed between the fourth rotating shaft (92) and one first rotating shaft (2);
a fifth rotating shaft (94), the fifth rotating shaft (94) being rotatably mounted on the second mounting plate (91);
a bevel gear set (95), wherein the bevel gear set (95) is arranged between the fifth rotating shaft (94) and the fourth rotating shaft (92);
the third mounting plate (96), the third mounting plate (96) is mounted on the bottom plate (1);
a sixth rotating shaft (97), the sixth rotating shaft (97) being rotatably mounted on the third mounting plate (96);
a third transmission assembly (98), the third transmission assembly (98) being mounted between the sixth rotation shaft (97) and the fifth rotation shaft (94);
a rotating convex plate (99), wherein the rotating convex plate (99) is arranged on the sixth rotating shaft (97);
a protruding rod (910), the protruding rod (910) being mounted on the rotating protruding plate (99);
the limiting frame (911) is arranged on the bottom plate (1);
the sliding rod (912), the sliding rod (912) is installed on the limiting frame (911);
a wedge-shaped sliding plate (913), wherein the wedge-shaped sliding plate (913) is slidably mounted on the slide bar (912);
