Referring to fig. 5, the overall control logic in the second growth stage is to enter different control modes according to the relationship between the carbon dioxide concentration in the cultivation house and the preset interval, directly maintain the running state of the current ventilation system in the first control mode, provide different control methods according to the difference between the environment temperature and the external temperature in the cultivation house in the second control mode, reduce the carbon dioxide concentration to make the carbon dioxide concentration in the preset interval, and return to the first control mode again, and increase the carbon dioxide concentration to make the carbon dioxide concentration in the preset interval and return to the first control mode again in the third control mode.
The invention also provides an air conditioning and ventilation system of the cultivation house, which adopts the control method.
Compared with the prior art, the invention can realize the accurate control of ventilation in the cultivation house by the control mode, meet the ventilation requirement of biological comfort, improve the air quality in the cultivation house and reduce the occurrence probability of respiratory diseases.

Claims (10)

1. A control method of an air conditioning ventilation system of a cultivation house, the ventilation system comprising a ventilation window, a wet curtain and an exhaust fan, the control method comprising:
obtaining a growth stage of broiler chickens;
when the broiler chickens are in a first growth stage, heating the breeding house through an air conditioning unit, increasing the environmental temperature in the breeding house to a preset temperature, and opening the ventilation window to perform positive pressure exhaust on the breeding house;
when the broiler chickens are in the second growth stage, the air supply intensity of the air blower of the air conditioning unit to the breeding house is regulated, and the air supply intensity is regulated in an auxiliary mode by matching with the wet curtain and the exhaust fan, so that the carbon dioxide concentration in the breeding house is in a preset interval;
the ventilation system includes a plurality of control modes when the broiler chicken is in a second growth stage, the control method further comprising:
pre-establishing a control relation between the concentration of carbon dioxide in the cultivation house and a control mode of the ventilation system;
detecting the concentration of carbon dioxide in the cultivation house;
determining a control mode of the ventilation system according to the comparison relation;
the comparison relation comprises:
when the carbon dioxide concentration in the cultivation house is higher than the upper limit value of the preset interval, controlling the ventilation system to be in a second control mode;
when the ventilation system is in the second control mode, the control method further includes:
judging whether the environmental temperature in the cultivation house is lower than the external temperature;
if yes, the opening of the rear air door of the wet curtain is regulated, the circulating water pump of the wet curtain is circularly started,
increasing the air supply intensity of the ventilation system until the carbon dioxide concentration in the cultivation house is in the preset interval;
if not, the opening degree of the rear air door of the wet curtain is increased, and the air supply intensity of the ventilation system is increased until the carbon dioxide concentration in the cultivation house is in the preset zone.
2. The control method according to claim 1, wherein the collation relation further comprises:
when the carbon dioxide concentration in the cultivation house is in a preset interval, controlling the ventilation system to be in a first control mode;
and when the carbon dioxide concentration in the cultivation house is lower than the lower limit value of the preset interval, controlling the ventilation system to be in a third control mode.
3. The control method according to claim 2, characterized in that when the ventilation system is in a first control mode, the control method comprises: and maintaining the current running state of the air conditioning unit, the wet curtain and the exhaust fan.
4. The control method according to claim 1, characterized in that circulating the circulating water pump of the wet curtain is turned on, comprising:
continuously starting a circulating water pump of the wet curtain to a second preset time;
and closing the circulating water pump to a third preset time, and repeating the opening action of the wet curtain.

closing one exhaust fan, detecting whether the current carbon dioxide concentration in the cultivation house is in a preset interval, and if so, maintaining the current running state of the exhaust fan;
if not, continuing to close one exhaust fan, and repeatedly detecting the concentration of carbon dioxide in the cultivation house until the exhaust fans are completely closed to the minimum number of open exhaust fans.

when the exhaust fans are closed to the minimum number of the exhaust fans, detecting whether the current carbon dioxide concentration in the cultivation house is in a preset interval, if so, maintaining the current running state of the exhaust fans;
if not, reducing the air supply frequency of the air blower of the air conditioning unit until the carbon dioxide concentration in the cultivation house is in a preset zone.

when the air supply frequency is reduced to the minimum operating frequency, if the carbon dioxide concentration in the cultivation house is still smaller than the lower limit value of the preset interval, the opening of the wet curtain is reduced until the carbon dioxide concentration in the cultivation house is in the preset interval.
