Description

Twisting method for twisting flexible photovoltaic cable
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cable strands, in particular to a stranding method of a flexible photovoltaic cable.
Background
The wire and cable product is widely applied to various departments of national economy, provides important supporting support for various industries, national defense construction, major construction projects and the like, and is a basic guarantee for normal operation of modern economy and society. With the rapid development of national economy, the using amount and the application range of the cable used as the main artery of the national economy are larger and larger.
The PVH1-F aluminum alloy flexible photovoltaic cable is a special cable used in a solar power generation system, is mainly suitable for a direct-current voltage end, leading-out connection of power generation equipment and convergence connection among components, and has the characteristics of weather resistance, cold resistance, high temperature resistance, friction resistance, ultraviolet resistance, ozone resistance and the like, and the service life of at least 25 years.
The PVH1-F aluminum alloy flexible photovoltaic cable product technology is mainly embodied in excellent low-temperature resistance, the cable is made of a traditional high-cost copper material, the resistivity of aluminum alloy is between that of aluminum and that of copper, the resistivity of the aluminum alloy is higher than that of the copper and slightly lower than that of the copper, and the weight of an aluminum alloy conductor with the same length is only half of that of the copper on the premise of the same current-carrying capacity.
Research shows that when the sectional area of the aluminum alloy conductor is 1.5 times of that of copper, the aluminum alloy cable has the same conductivity as the copper cable, and the same current-carrying capacity, resistance and line loss are realized; that is, the diameter of the cable core of the aluminum alloy flexible photovoltaic cable is larger than the diameter of the copper cable. In the normal production and use process, the cable core of the large-diameter cable is not a whole cable core with a larger diameter but formed by stranding a plurality of wires due to the limitations of materials, processes and the like. The cable conductor is generally formed by twisting a core wire positioned in the middle and a plurality of layers of metal stranded wires wrapped outside the core wire. Some cables only need a plurality of wires to be twisted once, and some cables need a plurality of wires to be twisted for a plurality of times.
Current cable inner core transposition mode is mostly sending into the stranding machine behind passing through single component drum with the multiunit single strand electric wire and carrying out the transposition molding, and the cable conductor inner core that forms through this mode transposition is whole comparatively loose, and the transposition is inseparable, and finished product quality is poor, influences the power consumption safety in later stage.
