The storage unit 142 stores storage data related to the storage unit and interactive data related to the interactive module, including log records that do not pass authentication in step (A4), and the interactive data after the card storage procedure is finished includes updating the storage unit state and corresponding card information in the storage unit state table, storing the acquired card data in the card information table, and writing the storage state of the card, the storage unit identifier, the generation record number, the timestamp, the card number, the cardholder identifier, the current operation type, the image information acquired by the interactive module 130, and other contents generated in the card storage process into the log record table.
Specifically, fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of a card storage flow in one embodiment, and the card storage flow shown in fig. 9 includes steps 901 to 908.
Step 901: activating the card interaction equipment by touching the screen, and entering a card storage program;
step 902: responding to the card storage instruction, and inquiring the state of each drawer;
step 903: if the state of the storage unit is an idle state, triggering authentication operation;
if the card interaction device 100 has an idle drawer, triggering authentication operation and then storing the card; if the card interaction device 100 has no free drawer, the current process ends.
Step 904: after the authentication is passed, reading the card data;
if the authentication is not passed, prompting that the user name is not passed through the verification, and writing the operation record into a log record table. And if the authentication is passed, reading the card data by using a card reader, and writing the read card data into the basic information table of the bank card.
Step 905: confirming whether the equipment is in an online state, and acquiring card associated information from external data in the online state and writing the card associated information into an associated information table;
step 906: the control module opens an idle drawer through the circuit control unit;
if the card interaction device 100 is not in the on-line state or has obtained the related information from the external data, the control module controls the micro motor to drive the transmission screw to open an idle drawer through the circuit control unit 1422.
Step 907: the confirmation is clicked on the screen after the card is placed in the drawer. The control module closes the drawer through the circuit control unit;
step 908: recording card information, the storage state of the card and identification information of a storage unit in which the card is stored in an information table;
in the information table of the storage unit 142 of the control module 140, the drawer type of the drawer state table is changed to "non-idle", and the card storage state of the corresponding card entry in the basic information table of the bank card is updated to be stored and the drawer number. And generating a record number and a time stamp, and writing the card number, the user name and the operation type into a log record table, wherein the operation type is a storage card, a drawer number and operator image information.
In one embodiment, a card removal method is provided, comprising the steps of:
(B1) Activating the card interaction equipment, and entering a card taking program;
(B2) Triggering an authentication operation;
(B3) Inputting a card query factor after the authentication is passed;
(B4) Confirming whether the card interaction equipment stores the card or not according to the query condition;
(B5) After responding to the confirmation operation of the card data displayed on the screen, controlling the driving unit to drive and open the corresponding storage unit;
(B6) Controlling the driving unit to drive and close the corresponding storage unit after the card displayed on the screen is taken out;
(B7) The information table records the card removal state and identification information of the storage unit from which the card is removed.
Among them, the touch display unit 131 of the card interaction device 100 may be used for trigger activation of the card interaction device 100. The authentication operation in step (B2) may be performed by inputting a user name and a password by a worker, or may be performed by acquiring image data through an image acquisition device such as a camera, and verifying the acquired data and the data in the control module 140 to confirm the authority of the current user, and if the authority of the worker is not matched during authentication, the worker does not pass the authentication. (B3) The query element(s) of (1) is identification information that can locate the card, and can be a card identification or a user identification.
The storage unit 142 stores storage data related to the storage unit and interactive data related to the interactive module, including log records that do not pass authentication in step (B2), and the interactive data after the card retrieving program is finished includes updating the storage unit state and corresponding card retrieving information in the storage unit state table, and writing the storage unit state, the storage unit identifier, the generated record number, the timestamp, the current operation type, the image information obtained by the interactive module 130, and other contents generated in the card retrieving process into the log record table.
Specifically, fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of a card extracting process in one embodiment, and the card extracting process shown in fig. 10 includes steps 1001 to 1007.
Step 1001: activating the card interaction equipment, and entering a card taking program;
step 1002: triggering authority authentication;
step 1003: inputting a card query factor after the authentication is passed;
step 1004: confirming whether the card is stored in the card interaction equipment or not according to the query condition;
and inquiring whether the card exists in the basic information table and the associated information table of the card according to the inquiry condition, wherein the card state is 'stored'.
Step 1005: after responding to the confirmation operation of the card data displayed on the screen, controlling the driving unit to drive and open the corresponding storage unit;
the corresponding card is displayed on the screen and confirmed by the staff, and the corresponding drawer is opened according to the drawer number in the card basic information table.
Step 1006: controlling the driving unit to drive and close the corresponding drawer after the card displayed on the screen is taken out;
after the card is taken out, the worker confirms through the screen and controls the driving unit to drive and close the corresponding drawer.
Step 1007: the information table records the card removal state and identification information of the storage unit from which the card is removed.
In the information table of the storage unit 142 of the control module 140, the drawer type of the drawer state table is changed to "idle", and the card storage state of the corresponding card entry in the basic information table of the bank card is updated to be not stored. And generating a record number and a time stamp, and writing the card number, the user name and the operation type into a log record table, wherein the card number, the user name and the operation type are used for taking out a card, a drawer number and operator image information.
In one embodiment, a card enabling method is provided, comprising the steps of:
(C1) Activating the card interaction equipment, and entering a card enabling program;
(C2) Confirming whether the equipment is in an online state;
(C3) In the online state, triggering authentication operation;
(C4) After the authentication is passed, reading the data of the card to be started;
(C5) Acquiring data of a card holder of a card to be started, and authenticating the acquired data of the card holder of the card to be started;
(C6) After the data authentication of the card holder to be started passes, setting constraint conditions;
(C7) Sending the card starting data to a server;
(C8) And receiving a message returned by the server, and confirming that the card is successfully started.
Among them, the touch display unit 131 of the card interaction device 100 may be used for trigger activation of the card interaction device 100. The authentication operation in step (C3) may be performed by inputting a user name and a password by a worker, or may be performed by acquiring image data through an image acquisition device such as a camera, and verifying the image data, matching the acquired data with the data in the control module 140 to confirm the authority of the current user, and if the authority of the worker is not matched during authentication, failing to perform authentication. And when the cardholder data is authenticated, matching the acquired cardholder data with the identity data in the database, wherein if the matching is successful, the authentication is successful, and if the authentication is failed, the acquired cardholder data is abnormal. The constraint condition of the step (C6) can be card transaction password, login password, password prompt question or fingerprint, iris and other biological identification information.
Specifically, fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of a card enabling process in one embodiment, where the card enabling process shown in fig. 11 includes steps 1101 to 1108.
Step 1101: activating the card interaction equipment by touching the screen, and entering a card enabling program;
step 1102: confirming whether the equipment is in an online state;
if the card interaction device 100 does not enter the online state, the touch display unit 131 prompts the staff to detect the network state.
Step 1103: in the online state, triggering authentication operation;
step 1104: after the authentication is passed, reading the data of the card to be started;
step 1105: acquiring data of a card holder of a card to be started, and authenticating the acquired data of the card holder of the card to be started;
the card reader reads the data of the identification card of the card holder, the camera captures image information, and the networking check program is executed on line. And if the authentication fails, prompting that the online verification of the identity card fails.
Step 1106: after the data authentication of the card holder to be started passes, setting constraint conditions;
step 1107: sending the card starting data to a server;
sending a card starting transaction message through a communication module;
step 1108: receiving a message returned by the server, and confirming that the card is successfully started;
after receiving the message returned by the server, the screen displays the starting card successfully, and the log record table records the corresponding log information and the image data; if the message returned by the server is not received, the user is prompted to be unsuccessful, and the brief error reporting information is displayed.
In one embodiment, a card interaction device interfacing method is provided, including the steps of:
(D1) Activating card interaction equipment and entering an equipment handover program;
(D2) Confirming whether the equipment is in an online state;
(D3) In the online state, triggering authentication operation;
(D4) After the authentication is passed, executing a device handover interaction instruction, and triggering the authentication operation again;
(D5) Sending the device handover data to the server;
(D6) And after receiving the server return message, confirming that the equipment handover data is successfully sent, and updating the information table.
Among them, the touch display unit 131 of the card interaction device 100 may be used for trigger activation of the card interaction device 100. The authentication operation in the step (D3) and the step (D4) may be performed by inputting a user name and a password by a worker, or may be performed by acquiring image data through an image acquisition device such as a camera, and verifying the image data, matching the acquired data with the data in the control module 140, and determining the authority of the current user, and if the authority of the worker is not matched during the authentication, failing to perform the authentication. In step (D5), the device handover data is transmitted to the external system through the communication module 143. The updated information table information comprises an updated equipment handover record table, two records are added in pairs, the user name, the handover operation type and the time stamp of a worker are recorded, and corresponding log information and image data are also recorded in the log record table.
Specifically, fig. 12 is a schematic diagram illustrating an embodiment of a card-interacting device handover process, where the device handover process shown in fig. 12 includes steps 1201 to 1206.
Step 1201: activating card interaction equipment by touching a screen, and entering an equipment handover program;
step 1202: confirming whether the equipment is in an online state;
step 1203: in the online state, triggering authentication operation;
firstly, the identity of the handed-over worker is verified.
Step 1204: after the authentication is passed, executing a device handover interaction instruction, and triggering the authentication operation again;
and after confirming the information of the staff needing to be handed over, performing identity authentication on the staff getting the equipment.
Step 1205: sending the device handover data to the server;
step 1206: receiving a server return message, confirming that the equipment handover data is successfully sent, and updating an information table;
the control module 140 updates the equipment handover record table, adds two records in pairs, records the user name, handover operation type and timestamp of the worker, records corresponding log information and image data in the log record table, and completes handover of the card interaction equipment 100.
After receiving an instruction of the control module 140 to open or close the storage unit 123, the circuit control unit 141 controls corresponding numbers of turns of forward rotation or reverse rotation of the corresponding drawer driving unit 121, a gear is arranged inside the driving unit 121 and moves through the second gear belt transmission unit 122, the transmission unit 122 drives the first gear engaged with the transmission unit 122 to move, so as to drive the drawer to move, the radius of the gear inside the driving unit is defined as R, the radius of the second gear is defined as R, the ratio of the rotation distance of the transmission screw gear to the moving distance of the rack is defined as k, and the distance that the drawer needs to move when being opened or closed is defined as l. The calculation formula of the number of rotation turns n of the driving unit 121 is:
n=l×k÷(2πR)×(R÷r) (1)
for example, the standard length of the bank card is 85mm, considering that the drawer of the frame needs to move about 90mm to open or close the drawer, the gear radius of the driving unit 121 is 1mm, the gear radius of the transmission screw rod is 2mm, and the transmission ratio of the transmission screw rod gear to the transmission screw rod is 1.
In one embodiment, the set-up super administrator may configure other administrator privileges in the card interaction device 100 in an offline state, and update the device administrator information table from an external data source through the communication module 143 in an online state.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments as described above are sequentially displayed as indicated by arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed sequentially as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a part of the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments described above may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the execution order of the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be rotated or alternated with other steps or at least a part of the steps or stages in other steps.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides a card interaction device for realizing the above related card interaction method. The implementation scheme for solving the problem provided by the device is similar to the implementation scheme recorded in the method, so specific limitations in one or more card interaction device embodiments provided below can be referred to the limitations on the card interaction method in the foregoing, and details are not described herein again.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 13, there is provided a card interaction device including:
a response module 1301, configured to query the state of each storage unit 123 in response to the card storage instruction;
an obtaining module 1302, configured to obtain card information if the state of the storage unit 123 is an idle state;
the opening module 1303 is used for controlling the driving unit 121 to drive the storage unit 123 in an idle state to open;
a closing module 1304, configured to control the driving unit 121 to drive the opened storage unit 123 to close after a confirmation operation that the card displayed on the screen has been placed is performed;
the recording module 1305 is configured to record the card information, the storage status of the card, and the identification information of the storage unit 123 into which the card is stored in the information table.
The modules in the card interaction device can be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and the internal structure thereof may be as shown in fig. 14. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing card interaction data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a card interaction method.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 14 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
responding to the card storage instruction, and inquiring the state of each storage unit;
if the storage unit is in an idle state, card information is acquired;
controlling the driving unit to drive the storage unit in an idle state to be started;
after responding to the confirmation operation that the card displayed on the screen is put in, controlling the driving unit to drive the opened storage unit to close;
in one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
inquiring the state of each storage unit in response to the card storage instruction;
if the storage unit is in an idle state, card information is acquired;
controlling the driving unit to drive the storage unit in an idle state to be started;
after responding to the confirmation operation that the card displayed on the screen is put in, controlling the driving unit to drive the opened storage unit to close;
in one embodiment, a computer program product is provided, comprising a computer program which when executed by a processor performs the steps of:
inquiring the state of each storage unit in response to the card storage instruction;
if the storage unit is in an idle state, card information is acquired;
controlling the driving unit to drive the storage unit in an idle state to be started;
after responding to the confirmation operation that the card displayed on the screen is put in, controlling the driving unit to drive the opened storage unit to close;
it should be noted that, the user information (including but not limited to user device information, user personal information, etc.) and data (including but not limited to data for analysis, stored data, presented data, etc.) referred to in the present application are information and data authorized by the user or sufficiently authorized by each party.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, high-density embedded nonvolatile Memory, resistive Random Access Memory (ReRAM), magnetic Random Access Memory (MRAM), ferroelectric Random Access Memory (FRAM), phase Change Memory (PCM), graphene Memory, and the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM), external cache Memory, and the like. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), for example. The databases involved in the embodiments provided herein may include at least one of relational and non-relational databases. The non-relational database may include, but is not limited to, a block chain based distributed database, and the like. The processors referred to in the embodiments provided herein may be general purpose processors, central processing units, graphics processors, digital signal processors, programmable logic devices, quantum computing based data processing logic devices, etc., without limitation.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present application. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, and these are all within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application should be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A card interaction device, comprising:
a portable box body;
each storage module comprises a driving unit, a transmission unit and a storage unit, the driving unit is connected with the transmission unit, and the driving unit is used for driving the transmission unit to transmit so as to drive the storage unit to move to realize opening and closing;
the interaction module is used for receiving an interaction instruction;
the control module comprises a control unit and a storage unit which are connected, the control unit is respectively connected with the driving unit and the interaction module, the control unit is used for controlling the driving unit and the interaction module according to the interaction instruction, and the storage unit is used for storing storage data related to the storage unit and interaction data related to the interaction module;
the storage module, the interaction module and the control module are all located inside the portable box body, and the interaction module is located outside the portable box body when being used.
2. The card interaction device of claim 1, wherein the storage unit comprises a drawer, the drawer having a first gear thereon, the transmission unit comprising a transmission screw;
the gear is meshed with the transmission screw rod and used for realizing the opening and closing of the drawer.
3. Card interaction device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the interaction module comprises:
the touch display unit is connected with the control unit and used for entering an authentication interface after detecting that the authentication operation is triggered, receiving an interactive instruction for storing or taking out a card and sending the received interactive instruction for storing or taking out the card to the control unit;
the acquisition unit is connected with the control unit and used for acquiring user data or card data and transmitting the user data or the card data to the control unit;
the control unit is also used for controlling the storage unit to be opened and closed according to the received interactive instruction for storing or taking out the card, and authenticating according to the acquired user data or card data.
4. Card interaction device according to claim 3, wherein the acquisition unit comprises:
the image acquisition subunit is connected with the control unit and used for acquiring user image data and transmitting the user image data to the control unit; the control unit is also used for authenticating the user identity according to the user image data;
the card reading subunit is connected with the control unit and used for reading card data and transmitting the card data to the control unit; the control unit is also used for authenticating the card data.

The card interaction device of claim 3, further comprising a communication module connected to the control unit; the touch display unit is also used for receiving an interactive instruction of a cross card and sending the received interactive instruction of the cross card to the control unit; the control unit is also used for controlling the communication module to send and execute data generated by the card handover to an external system according to the received interactive instruction of the card handover.
6. A method of card interaction, the method comprising:
responding to the card storage instruction, and inquiring the state of each storage unit;
if the storage unit is in an idle state, card information is acquired;
controlling the driving unit to drive the storage unit in an idle state to open;
after the confirmation operation of putting in the card displayed on the screen is responded, controlling the driving unit to drive the opened storage unit to close;
and recording the card information, the storage state of the card and the identification information of the storage unit in which the card is stored in an information table.
7. A card interaction apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the response module is used for responding to the card storage instruction and inquiring the state of each storage unit;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring card information if the storage unit is in an idle state;
the opening module is used for controlling the driving unit to drive the storage unit in an idle state to open;
the closing module is used for controlling the driving unit to drive the opened storage unit to close after responding to the confirmation operation that the card displayed on the screen is put in;
and the recording module is used for recording the card information, the storage state of the card and the identification information of the storage unit in which the card is stored in an information table.
8. A computer arrangement comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, carries out the steps of the method as claimed in claim 6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method as claimed in claim 6.
10. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program realizes the steps of the method as claimed in claim 6 when executed by a processor.
