In the scientific research and special gas industry field, special gas such as helium and the like is often used, its chemical and physical properties are unique and its price is very expensive. The price of high purity helium can be as high as 2.5 to 3.5 ten thousand yuan per liter (under standard conditions). In addition, high-precision instruments and equipment using helium three as a working medium, such as ultra-low temperature helium three systems or dilution refrigerators, require that the purity of helium three is very high and cannot be polluted, which means that equipment or machinery using these special expensive gases cannot have any leakage or other impurities mixed in. In ultra-low temperature equipment and systems for transporting and operating these specialty gases, it is often necessary to pressurize these specialty gases. Therefore, the use of the common piston type gas compressor or the impeller type gas compressor can not meet the use requirements of the special gases. Because the piston type gas compressor is in operation, in order to enable the compressor to work normally, lubricating oil is indispensable, when the piston moves in the cylinder, corresponding lubrication must be carried out between the piston and the cylinder, and the lubricating oil forms an oil film in the use process, so that impurities are easily introduced into special gas. The small clearance between the vane and the casing of the impeller machine cannot meet the strict requirement of special expensive gas on sealing. In summary, the gas compressor of the prior art has difficulty in meeting the requirements of foreign matter and sealing property for the compression of special gas.

Besides, the stainless steel has good heat insulation performance, the compression process of the special gas is close to an ideal heat insulation isentropic compression process, the utilization rate of energy is higher, and the utilization of the energy is facilitated. The metal bellows 4 type special gas compressor can be applied to a dry type ultralow temperature dilution refrigerator and a helium three-system, and 3He gas needs to be returned to the ultralow temperature equipment. In order to ensure that the 3He gas can be smoothly and quickly liquefied in the ultralow-temperature equipment, the metal bellows 4 type special gas compressor is used. The compressor has good use effect in a multi-type dilution refrigerator, completely achieves the effects of quickly pressurizing and quickly liquefying 3He gas, and ensures the reliable work of the whole dilution refrigerator.
The inlet means 2 are similar to the outlet means 3 except that the direction of gas flow is different. The driving assembly 6 pushes the supporting cover 5 at the end of the metal corrugated pipe 4 to move. When the metal corrugated pipe 4 is pulled down and extended, the internal pressure of the metal corrugated pipe 4 is reduced, the air inlet channel is opened (at the moment, the air outlet channel is closed), and the special gas enters the metal corrugated pipe 4. When the metal bellows 4 is compressed upward, the special gas in the metal bellows 4 is also compressed, the pressure is increased, the exhaust passage is opened (at this time, the intake passage is closed), and the pressurized special gas is discharged from the exhaust pipe 32 into the supplied cryogenic system.
In conclusion, the special gas compressor does not need lubricating oil, impurities cannot be introduced due to the lubricating oil, and the sealing performance is good.
In addition, the support cover 5 does reciprocating motion, and the weight of the whole gas compressor is reduced because the mass of the whole corrugated pipe is smaller and a crank with large mass is not needed for carrying out inertia wheel counterweight.
In a preferred implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-2, the driving assembly 6 includes:
the hinge assembly comprises a driving motor 64, a rotating shaft 63, a crank rod 62, a connecting rod 61 and a hinge seat 66, wherein the driving motor 64 is fixed outside the shell 1, two ends of the crank rod 62 are respectively and rotatably connected with the rotating shaft 63 and the connecting rod 61, two ends of the connecting rod 61 are respectively and rotatably connected with the crank rod 62 and the hinge seat 66, and the hinge seat 66 is fixed on the support cover 5.

When the connecting rod 61 moves upward through the bottom dead center, the metal bellows 4 is compressed, and certainly, the special gas in the metal bellows 4 is also compressed, the pressure is increased, when the connecting rod 61 approaches the top dead center, the exhaust passage is opened under the action of the set pressure difference, and the pressurized special gas is discharged from the exhaust pipe 32 and enters the supplied low-temperature system.
In addition, the connecting rod 61 drives the corrugated pipe to push the support cover 5 to reciprocate, and the weight of the whole corrugated pipe is small, so that a crank rod 62 with large mass is not needed for balancing, and the weight of the whole gas compressor is reduced.
In a preferred implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, an air inlet 12 is provided on an upper housing cover of the housing 1, and the air inlet mechanism 2 includes:
an intake reed 21 covering the inside of the intake port 12;
the air inlet pipe 22 is arranged outside an upper shell cover of the shell 1, and the air inlet pipe 22 is used for guiding special gas to the air inlet 12;
wherein the intake reed 21 can be bent inward to open the intake passage.
Specifically, one side of the intake reed 21 is fixed to the inside of the upper part of the housing 1 by a bolt, and the other side of the intake reed 21 is bent and deformed so that the intake reed 21 closes and opens the intake port 12 according to the change in the air pressure, and when the pressure difference between both sides of the intake reed 21 is sufficient to overcome the elastic force of the intake reed 21 itself, the intake reed 21 is pushed open to take a bent shape. The inlet 12 is a double inlet, and two inlet reeds 21 may be used to cover the double inlets, respectively.

The exhaust port 13 is a double exhaust port, and two exhaust reeds 31 may be used to cover the double exhaust ports, respectively.

No matter the double air inlets adopt double air inlet spring pieces or the double exhaust ports adopt double air inlet spring pieces, the two spring pieces with different elasticity are respectively arranged on the double air inlets, or the two spring pieces with different elasticity are respectively arranged on the double exhaust ports, in order to meet the requirements of quick air inlet and air exhaust, under the condition of air exhaust, when the interior of the corrugated pipe is close to the required pressure, the pressure difference of the air pressures on the two sides of the spring pieces is smaller, the spring piece with larger elasticity (softer) on the air exhaust port 13 is opened firstly, the spring piece with smaller elasticity (harder) on the air exhaust port 13 is not opened, the air exhaust amount is smaller, after the required pressure is reached, the pressure difference of the air pressures on the two sides of the spring piece is larger, the two spring pieces are both opened, the air exhaust amount is larger, the air exhaust has sufficient working time, the air cannot be exhausted before the metal corrugated pipe is completely compressed, but the compression process and the air exhaust process of the metal corrugated pipe is matched with each other, the exhaust process of the spring pieces is perfectly completed, and the air exhaust process is realized by the two spring pieces with different elasticity, and the automatic air exhaust amount is adjusted. Double intake is a similar process and is not repeated here.
