Abstract
The invention discloses a white board paper prime coat paint and a production process thereof. The white board paper base coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: calcium carbonate 5300-5500 parts; 780-820 parts of styrene-butadiene latex; 185-195 parts of CBC starch; 1-1.2 parts of a foam inhibitor; 7-8 parts of a dispersing agent; 15-17 parts of a thickening agent; 20-22 parts of a lubricant; 20-22 parts of water repellent agent; 7-8 parts of blue dye; 18-20 parts of purple dye; 10-12 parts of caustic soda; 40-80 parts of water. The white board paper base coating provided by the invention is simple to produce, improves the properties such as viscosity, solid content and water retention property on the premise of controlling the production cost, and meets the increasingly higher requirements of the papermaking field on the white board paper base coating.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of papermaking, in particular to a white board paper base coating and a production process thereof.
Background
The coated white paperboard is a processed paperboard which is prepared by coating white paint on an original paperboard and then carrying out finishing processing, and is mainly used for manufacturing a packaging box after single-sided color printing. The coated white board paper has the main performance characteristics of high whiteness of the coated surface, smoothness, ink absorbability and printing glossiness, and good stiffness and folding resistance of the paper board, so that the coated white board paper can be used for high-quality color offset printing and gravure printing, can meet the requirement of packaging, and is a high-quality material for manufacturing middle-high grade commodity packaging boxes. However, the quality of coated white board paper is more and more demanding, and the optimization of white board paper coating is more and more important. Therefore, a new technical scheme is needed to be provided, and the white board paper prime coating is further optimized under the condition of controlling the production cost, so that the viscosity, the water retention property, the coating strength and the like of the coating are improved.
It is seen that improvements and enhancements to the prior art are needed.

(4) Sequentially adding the blue dye, the purple dye, the water repellent agent, the lubricant, the caustic soda and the styrene-butadiene latex prepared in the step (1) into stirring equipment for stirring;
(5) The stirring device stops stirring.
Preferably, in the production process of the white board paper base coating, the low speed is 800 revolutions per minute, and the high speed is 1200 revolutions per minute;
preferably, in the production process of the white board paper base coating, in the step (2), the low-speed stirring is performed for 1 minute, and then the high-speed stirring is performed for 10 minutes.
Preferably, in the production process of the white board paper base coating, in the step (3), the stirring at a high speed is switched to the low speed stirring after 10 minutes.
Preferably, in the production process of the white board paper base coating, the stirring time in the step (4) is 35 minutes.

Preferably, the low speed is 800 revolutions/min, and the high speed is 1200 revolutions/min; in the step (2), the mixture is stirred at a low speed for 1 minute and then at a high speed for 10 minutes. The white board paper prime coat paint provided by the invention has stable viscosity and solid content in tests, and the water retention performance of the paint is greatly improved. In practical use, the coating amount of the paper surface is relatively stable, and the coating strength is improved, so that the white board paper has certain help for improving the paper surface appearance, the paper folding endurance, the avoidance of powder falling and other paper performances. In the invention, the styrene-butadiene latex has the advantages of latex stability, small influence on the viscosity of the coating, high solid content, good fluidity and the like, and has good compatibility with other components in the coating; good film forming property, and high smoothness and glossiness.
