Abstract
The invention discloses a plastic uptake coating white board and a preparation process thereof, wherein the white board comprises base paper and a surface coating layer, the base paper is provided with a surface layer, a lining layer, a core layer and a bottom layer, and the surface coating layer comprises a precoating coating layer, a middle coating layer and a surface coating layer. The three coating paint components comprise calcium carbonate, calcined china clay, latex, sodium hydroxide, a defoaming agent, a bactericide, a rheological modifier, a lubricant, a fluorescent brightener and the like in different weight percentages, and the prepared plastic uptake white board paper has good air permeability and high bonding strength among layers of the coating by coating the three coating paints on corresponding positions of the white board paper, so that the coating can not be peeled off during printing and is not easy to foam, firm plastic uptake is realized, and the plastic uptake packaging effect is better.

Background
With the progress of society, people have higher and higher requirements on product packaging. As a novel packaging form, the blister packaging has the advantages of material saving, light weight and good sealing property, and meets the requirement of environmental protection. Coated white board paper is used as the most common packaging material in the blister packaging industry, and the dosage of the coated white board paper is also increasing rapidly. After the blister process, when a PET film or the like is peeled off, the state of peeling from the base paper layer is a criterion for evaluating whether the blister effect is excellent or not, and generally, the blister effect is good when a large amount of peeling is performed from the base paper layer. When the interlayer strength is reduced by making the adhesive film or the like more easily peelable from the base paper, there is a problem that printing bubbles are generated at the time of printing. If the latex is reduced in part in order to improve the permeability of the blister oil, the coating layer is peeled off during printing, and adheres to and stains the printing roller. Wherein the color phase regulator is a mixture of phthalocyanine blue BX and permanent violet RL, and the weight percentage of the color phase regulator is 0.001-0.030%.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the coating strength of the coated white board paper is higher than that of the base paper, and the strength is moderate;
(2) wood powder is added into the core layer to reduce the interlayer peeling strength;
