Abstract

The coating for coating the kraft liner board top-coat paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4550-4570 parts of calcium carbonate; 875-885 parts of porcelain clay; 48-55 parts of VEA latex; 840-848 parts of styrene-butadiene latex; 7-8 parts of a dispersing agent; 20-22 parts of a rheological agent; 19-20 parts of a lubricant; 19-20 parts of a water repellent agent; 6-7 parts of a blue dye; 17-18 parts of a purple dye; 10-12 parts of caustic soda; 2-2.2 parts of a foam inhibitor; 14-15 parts of a whitening agent; 50-80 parts of clear water. According to the invention, by adding the styrene-butadiene latex, the particles with the calcium carbonate particle size not more than 2 microns account for 90-92% of the total mass of the calcium carbonate, and the calcium carbonate particles are finer and finer on the whole, so that the coating covering property is improved.
