技术领域
本发明涉及DIY油剂技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型高集束性能防飞溅DTY油剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
中国专利CN 104975494A,提供了一种高效渗透性、防飞溅的锦纶DTY油剂,其由乳化剂、集束剂、抗静电剂、高效渗透剂、防飞溅剂和平滑剂组成,其中,各组分的重量百分比为:乳化剂6-12%,集束剂3-8%,抗静电剂2-5%,高效渗透剂0.5-1.5%,防飞溅剂0.5-1.5%、平滑剂72-88%。本发明提供的高效渗透性、防飞溅的锦纶DTY油剂透明,稳定,可纺性好;油剂表面张力小,铺展性好,渗透率强,上油迅速均匀;油剂分子间引力大,不会被高速运转的机械甩出而飞溅;纤维表面上油量有保证,有利于高速加弹的进行,保证纤维的质量。
目前纤维上油的目的由于合成纤维表面不含脂肪物质,纤维的吸湿性小,纤维与纤维、纤维与金属之间的摩擦系数较大,在纺织过程中易于产生静电、纤维之间互相排斥或缠绕,使纤维在加工过程中受到损伤和断头。
按3~5%的含油率计算,每生产100万吨加弹纺丝油剂的使用量在3~5万吨,随着加弹丝的不断扩增,油剂使用量也会相应增加,所以此时研发一款具有相对优势的DTY油剂,就显得至关重要。
综上所述,亟需一种性能优良的DTY油剂,该DTY油剂应具有良好的集束性、平滑性和抗静电性。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:
研制开发一种环保型高集束性能防飞溅DTY油剂及其制备方法,该环保型高集束性能防飞溅DTY油剂能够不仅保证最优上油率,达到上油和防飞溅,而且纤维良好的集束性,在退绕时保持稳定的抱合性,有效避免丝条单丝松散及在高速退绕时产生毛丝或断头。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种环保型高集束性能防飞溅DTY油剂,包括下述重量份的组分:
矿物油复配物(白油):85~95份;
乳化剂(脂肪醇(酸)聚氧乙烯醚和异构醇醚混合物)2~10份;
防飞溅剂(SANT):0.1~5份;
渗透剂(PHJ-A):0.01~0.5份;
硅油0.01~0.05份;
抗静电剂。

作为本方案的进一步改进,抗静电剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚钾盐、季铵盐中的任意一种或多种。
作为本方案的进一步改进,乳化剂为脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、异构醇醚中的任意一种或多种。

双金属催化剂0.1~0.5份。

将高分子聚醚,即聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯丁基醚10~20份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚10~20份配合40~50份的低硫组分的润滑油,再配以乳化剂2~4份,再加入双金属催化剂,通过双金属催化剂在30~40℃条件下,搅拌7~10h,最终制得高粘度高延展性的无色透明胶状防飞溅剂。
作为本方案的进一步改进,渗透剂包括:10~20份高级脂肪醇,8~10份聚氧乙烷,8~10份聚氧丙烷。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备下述有益效果:
本发明通过使用环保型高集束性能防飞溅DTY油剂在纤维表面裹上一层油剂,通过它使得合成纤维具有较平滑、柔和的手感和良好的可加工性能,使纺丝过程和纺织加工过程能顺利进行,避免丝条间相互缠结及在退绕时断头。优秀的退绕速度和良好的退绕张力,使该新产品性能优良,市场前景广阔;
粘度方面,油剂的粘度与所用平滑剂的性质和添加的防飞溅的剂量有关,粘度过高不利于上油均匀,过低则容易产生油品飞溅。所以DTY油剂的运动粘度(40℃)控制在15±5mm2/s,具体可根据现场加弹机工艺进行调整,保证最优上油率,达到上油和防飞溅两不误;
电导率方面,由于在加弹过程中会因摩擦产生静电,造成加工困难,本发明中在DTY油剂中加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钾盐抗静电剂,可有效提高纤维的电导率,通过调整添加比例,使该DTY油剂的水溶液电导率保持在100μs/cm以上,可以达到高集束性能,使加弹丝的抱合性能更优,同时又能减少电荷的产生和防止电荷的积聚,达到高集束性的特点;
绿色环保方面,DTY油剂主要组成成分为:矿物油、乳化剂、抗静电剂、硅油、平滑剂、防飞溅剂,聚醚平滑剂方面我们放弃了不环保的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚,进而选择多种脂肪醇(酸)聚氧乙烯醚或异构醇醚等环保型原料,且PH值呈中性,无腐蚀性,产品安全稳定。
平滑剂和防飞溅原料的放弃使用外部采购的质量不稳定的产品,使用本公司自主研发的PHJ-A和SANT来进行生产,这两个产品指标内控,PHJ-A可以赋予纤维良好的集束性,在退绕时保持稳定的抱合性,避免丝条单丝松散及在高速退绕时产生毛丝或断头。

实施例1
一种环保型高集束性能防飞溅DTY油剂,包括下述重量份的组分:
矿物油复配物(白油):90份;
乳化剂(脂肪醇(酸)聚氧乙烯醚3份和异构醇醚3份混合物)6份;
防飞溅剂(SANT):3份;
渗透剂(PHJ-A):0.4份;
硅油0.01~0.05份;
抗静电剂3份。
抗静电剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钾盐。
本实施例中,防飞溅剂包括
高分子聚醚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯丁基醚10份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚12份;
润滑油50份;
乳化剂为脂肪醇(酸)聚氧乙烯醚和异构醇醚混合物,脂肪醇(酸)聚氧乙烯醚2份和异构醇醚混合物2份;
双金属催化剂双金属氰化络合物DMC 0.2份。
防飞溅剂按照下述制备步骤制备:
将高分子聚醚,即聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯丁基醚10份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚12份配合50份的低硫组分的润滑油,再配以乳化剂4份,再加入双金属催化剂,通过双金属催化剂在30℃条件下,搅拌10h,最终制得高粘度高延展性的无色透明胶状防飞溅剂。
渗透剂(PHJ-A)按照下述方法制得:渗透剂包括:10份高级脂肪醇,8份聚氧乙烷,8份聚氧丙烷。高级脂肪醇,通过乙氧基化反应,使其与EO和PO产生加成反应制得渗透剂。
环保型高集束性能防飞溅DTY油剂的制备将各组分
精确计量后抽入反应釜中,边加入边搅拌,加热至30~50℃,搅拌时间为1.0小时,搅拌均匀,冷却至室温;最后经过过滤、出料和包装,即得FDY纤维专用纺丝油剂。
对比例1
对比例中的配方组分与实施例1一致,
区别仅仅在于防飞溅剂为市售;
渗透剂为(PHJ-A)。

绿色环保方面,DTY油剂主要组成成分为:矿物油、乳化剂、抗静电剂、硅油、平滑剂、防飞溅剂,聚醚平滑剂方面我们放弃了不环保的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚,进而选择多种脂肪醇(酸)聚氧乙烯醚或异构醇醚等环保型原料,且PH值呈中性,无腐蚀性,产品安全稳定。
平滑剂和防飞溅原料的放弃使用外部采购的质量不稳定的产品,使用本公司自主研发的PHJ-A和SANT来进行生产,这两个产品指标内控,PHJ-A可以赋予纤维良好的集束性,在退绕时保持稳定的抱合性,避免丝条单丝松散及在高速退绕时产生毛丝或断头。

Claims (3)
1.一种环保型高集束性能防飞溅DTY油剂,其特征在于,包括下述重量份的组分:
矿物油复配物:85~95份;
乳化剂: 2~10份;
防飞溅剂-SANT:0.1~5份;
渗透剂-PHJ-A:0.01~0.5份;
硅油 : 0.01~0.05份;
抗静电剂: 3份;
所述矿物油复配物为白油;
抗静电剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钾盐;
所述乳化剂为脂肪醇酸聚氧乙烯醚和异构醇醚的混合物;
防飞溅剂-SANT,包括
聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯丁基醚 10~20份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚 10~20份;
润滑油 40~50份;
脂肪醇酸聚氧乙烯醚和异构醇醚混合物 2~4份;
双金属催化剂 0.1~0.5份;
双金属催化剂为双金属氰化络合物DMC。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高集束性能防飞溅DTY油剂,其特征在于,防飞溅剂按照下述制备步骤制备:
将高分子聚醚,即聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯丁基醚 10~20份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚 10~20份配合40~50份的低硫组分的润滑油,再配以乳化剂2~4份,再加入双金属催化剂,通过双金属催化剂在30~40℃条件下,搅拌7~10h,最终制得高粘度高延展性的无色透明胶状防飞溅剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型高集束性能防飞溅DTY油剂,其特征在于,渗透剂的原料包括:10~20份高级脂肪醇、8~10份聚氧乙烷和8~10份聚氧丙烷。
