本发明公开了一种干粉类艺术质感涂料,涉及艺术质感涂料技术领域。该干粉类艺术质感涂料由以下原料及重量份组成:改性硫氧镁胶凝材料60.5‑152、石英砂10‑456、沙蒿粉1‑50、特色填料0‑900,所有原料都是干粉状态,搅拌均匀后包装密封即得成品。本发明强度高、耐老化、不怕水洗、施工性能好、环保性能好、防火阻燃、保温隔热、对钢筋无锈蚀、包装运输费用低、储存运输方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及艺术质感涂料技术领域,具体为一种干粉类艺术质感涂料。
背景技术
近年来,艺术质感涂料以其厚重朴实的感官和千变万化的肌理,倍受人们的欢迎。艺术质感涂料,分为干粉类艺术质感涂料和湿浆类艺术质感涂料。干粉类艺术质感涂料呈干粉状态,无论气温高低,都不会对干粉类艺术质感涂料造成任何形态上的改变,因此无需象湿浆类艺术质感涂料那样添加抗冻剂和防腐剂。抗冻剂和防腐剂含有大量挥发性有机化合物(VOC),所以干粉类艺术质感涂料比湿浆类艺术质感涂料更环保。湿浆类艺术质感涂料组成中包括高达20~55%的水,而水是最为普遍的资源,对于涂料的包装和运输来讲,湿浆类艺术质感涂料比干粉类艺术质感涂料需要额外花费大量的人力、物力、财力。干粉类艺术质感涂料采用纸袋、塑胶袋包装,储存运输方便。与湿浆类艺术质感涂料相比,干粉类艺术质感涂料环保、包装运输费用低、储存运输方便,更加受到市场欢迎。目前市场上的干粉类艺术质感涂料主要有硅藻泥和干粉灰泥。硅藻泥环保、施工性能好,但是强度低、易粉化、不耐水洗。干粉灰泥普遍采用石英砂、可分散聚合物树脂粉末、纤维素、水泥或石膏等复合而成,例如中国专利CN2017106445430公开了一种粉状艺术纹理质感内外墙灰泥涂料,其原料包括羟丙基纤维素、木质纤维、可再分散性树脂粉、白水泥、方解石粉、石英砂……。干粉灰泥强度高、耐老化、不怕水洗、施工性能好,但是可分散聚合物树脂粉末和纤维素中含有挥发性有机化合物,而挥发性有机化合物会危害人体健康、破坏地球环境,所以干粉灰泥环保性能差。干粉灰泥中含有水泥或石膏,如果用于外墙装饰,会泛碱和腐蚀钢筋。
硫氧镁胶凝材料,具有质轻、快凝、早强、防火阻燃、保温隔热、对钢筋无锈蚀等优点,但是硫氧镁胶凝材料保水性能差,浆料上墙后容易干,施工性能差,大面积施工易开裂。目前市场上尚未见到硫氧镁胶凝材料类的涂料。中国专利CN2021116274586公开了一种建筑多功能立体疏水涂料和涂层,但是该发明属于湿浆类涂料,包装运输费用高、储存运输不方便,而且该发明也没有解决硫氧镁胶凝材料保水性能差、浆料上墙后容易干、施工性能差的弊端。
沙蒿粉粘度大(1%水溶液粘度可达9000Pa.S,是明胶的1800倍),保水性能好(能够吸收高达自身重量60倍的水量),能够显著改善施工性能。沙蒿粉是沙蒿籽直接磨制成粉,不含挥发性有机化合物,环保性能好。目前,沙蒿粉在干粉类艺术质感涂料和改性硫氧镁胶凝材料中还未见应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服以上缺点,提供一种强度高、耐老化、不怕水洗、施工性能好、环保性能好、防火阻燃、保温隔热、对钢筋无锈蚀、包装运输费用低、储存运输方便的干粉类艺术质感涂料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的提供了如下技术方案:
一种干粉类艺术质感涂料,由以下原料及重量份组成:改性硫氧镁胶凝材料60.5-152、石英砂10-456、沙蒿粉1-50、特色填料0-900,所有原料都是干粉状态,搅拌均匀后包装密封即得成品。
优选地,所述改性硫氧镁胶凝材料由以下原料及重量份组成:氧化镁50-100、硫酸镁10-50、硫氧镁改性剂0.5-2。
优选地,所述石英砂由以下的一种或几种石英砂按级配混合而成:白色石英砂、黑色石英砂、灰色石英砂、红色石英砂、黄色石英砂、蓝色石英砂、绿色石英砂、紫色石英砂、橙色石英砂、棕色石英砂。
优选地,所述特色填料由以下的一种或几种原料及重量份混合而成:黄土0-300、麻丝0-50、无机矿物颜料0-100、稻草纤维0-50。
与现有技术相比,本发明强度高、耐老化、不怕水洗、施工性能好、环保性能好、防火阻燃、保温隔热、对钢筋无锈蚀、包装运输费用低、储存运输方便。

一种干粉类艺术质感涂料,由以下原料及重量份组成:改性硫氧镁胶凝材料60.5-152、80~120目白色石英砂10-456、沙蒿粉1-50、麻丝1-20。
优选地,所述所有原料都是干粉状态,搅拌均匀后包装密封即得成品。
优选地,所述硫氧镁胶凝材料由以下原料及重量份组成:氧化镁50-100、硫酸镁10-50、硫氧镁改性剂0.5-2。
优选地,所述石英砂由80~120目白色石英砂按级配混合而成。
优选地,所述特色填料为麻丝,重量份为: 1-20。
这是一种仿麻刀白灰墙效果的干粉类艺术质感涂料。
实施例2
一种干粉类艺术质感涂料,由以下原料及重量份组成:改性硫氧镁胶凝材料60.5-152、40~80目黄色石英砂10-456、沙蒿粉1-50、黄土50-200、稻草纤维1-50。
优选地,所述所有原料都是干粉状态,搅拌均匀后包装密封即得成品。
优选地,所述硫氧镁胶凝材料由以下原料及重量份组成:氧化镁50-100、硫酸镁10-50、硫氧镁改性剂0.5-2。
优选地,所述石英砂由40~80目黄色石英砂按级配混合而成。
优选地,所述特色填料由以下的两种原料及重量份混合而成: 黄土50-200、稻草纤维1-50。
这是一种仿泥巴墙效果的干粉类艺术质感涂料。

一种干粉类艺术质感涂料,由以下原料及重量份组成:改性硫氧镁胶凝材料60.5-152、120-200目黑色石英砂10-456、沙蒿粉1-50。

1.一种干粉类艺术质感涂料,由以下原料及重量份组成:改性硫氧镁胶凝材料60.5-152、石英砂10-456、沙蒿粉1-50、特色填料0-900,其特征在于,所有原料都是干粉状态,搅拌均匀后包装密封即得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的干粉类艺术质感涂料,其特征在于,所述改性硫氧镁胶凝材料由以下原料及重量份组成:氧化镁50-100、硫酸镁10-50、硫氧镁改性剂0.5-2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的干粉类艺术质感涂料,其特征在于,所述石英砂由以下的一种或几种石英砂按级配混合而成:白色石英砂、黑色石英砂、灰色石英砂、红色石英砂、黄色石英砂、蓝色石英砂、绿色石英砂、紫色石英砂、橙色石英砂、棕色石英砂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的干粉类艺术质感涂料,其特征在于,所述特色填料由以下的一种或几种原料及重量份混合而成:黄土0-200、麻丝0-20、无机矿物颜料0-50、稻草纤维0-50。
