The driving gear 161 and the outer toothed turntable bearing 36 are located in the annular protective cover 13, the annular protective cover 13 seals and protects the driving gear 161 and the outer toothed turntable bearing 36, welding slag is prevented from entering the transmission mechanism to damage the driving gear 161 and the outer toothed turntable bearing 36, the welding gun 7 is guaranteed to rotate stably, and welding stability is guaranteed.

s3: the wire feeder 35 is used for feeding welding wires at a constant speed, the servo speed reduction motor 16 is used for driving the rotating disk 3 and the rotating arm 32 to rotate synchronously, the rotating arm 32 is used for driving the welding gun 7 to rotate, and the welding gun 7 is used for carrying out 360-degree rotary welding at a joint of the hook 8 and the base part 9 at a constant speed.
After welding is completed, the piston rod of the movable air cylinder 322 extends, the welding gun 7 exits from the welding position, the piston rod of the air cylinder III 63 contracts, the hook fixing mechanism removes the fixing of the hook 8, the piston rod of the air cylinder II 55 contracts, the piston rod of the double-head air cylinder 56 contracts, the base fixing mechanism removes the fixing of the base part 9, a weldment is taken down, and the steps are repeated to weld the next workpiece.
