A second conductive contact 21 is provided above the detachable solution tank.
Taking an example in which the contact cleaning member 30 is provided on the detachable solution vessel, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the contact cleaning member 30 is in an initial state when the main body 10 and the detachable solution vessel are not assembled, i.e., when the main body 10 and the detachable solution vessel are separated.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the direction of the dotted arrow in fig. 4 is the assembly direction of the detachable solution vessel, when the detachable solution vessel is assembled along the direction of the dotted arrow in fig. 4, the contact cleaning member 30 contacts the surface of the first conductive contact 11, and as the detachable solution vessel moves, the contact cleaning member 30 cleans the first conductive contact 11, so that foreign matters on the first conductive contact 11 are separated from the first conductive contact 11, thereby cleaning the conductive contact.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, when the detachable solution vessel is mounted to a predetermined position, the contact cleaning member 30 is separated from the first conductive contact 11, thereby preventing the contact cleaning member 30 from obstructing the first conductive contact 11 and from interfering with the contact of the first conductive contact with the second conductive contact 21. After the cleaned first conductive contact 11 is connected with the second conductive contact 21, the transmission stability of electric energy and communication can be ensured.
The process of detaching the detachable solution vessel from the main body 10 is opposite to the assembly process, in which the contact cleaning member 30 is again brought into contact with the surface of the first conductive contact 11, and the contact cleaning member 30 cleans the first conductive contact 11 again as the detachable solution vessel moves.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the contact cleaning member 30 is disposed on the main body 10 in a manner of being disposed on the detachable solution tank, and the contact cleaning member 30 can clean the second conductive contact 21 on the detachable solution tank when the detachable solution tank is assembled with or disassembled from the main body 10. Further, the main body 10 and the detachable solution barrel are respectively provided with the contact cleaning member 30, so that when the detachable solution barrel is assembled or disassembled with the main body 10, the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 are respectively cleaned, and therefore foreign matters on the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 are reduced or even disappear, the influence of the foreign matters on the electric contacts is reduced, and the stability of the conductive function of the electric contacts is ensured.
With continued reference to fig. 4, the direction of the dashed arrow in fig. 4 is the assembly direction of the detachable solution vessel, the direction indicated by the arrow is the front of the assembly, and the direction opposite to the arrow is the rear of the assembly.
Further, one arrangement of the contact cleaning member 30 is such that the contact cleaning member 30 is provided on the main body 10, and the contact cleaning member 30 is provided behind the first conductive contact 11 in the fitting direction of the detachable solution vessel. When the detachable solution vessel is assembled along the assembling direction, the second conductive contact 21 on the detachable solution vessel is firstly contacted with the contact cleaning member 30, and the contact cleaning member 30 cleans the second conductive contact 21 along with the movement of the detachable solution vessel, and after the second conductive contact 21 is cleaned by the contact cleaning member 30, the contact cleaning member 30 is separated from the second conductive contact 21, and the second conductive contact 21 is connected with the first conductive contact 11. When the detachable solution vessel is detached in the direction opposite to the direction of assembly, the second conductive contact 21 is separated from the first conductive contact 11, and as the detachable solution vessel moves, the second conductive contact 21 on the detachable solution vessel is brought into contact with the contact cleaning member 30, and after the second conductive contact 21 is cleaned by the contact cleaning member 30, the detachable solution vessel is completely detached from the main body 10.
With continued reference to fig. 4, further, the contact cleaning member 30 is disposed in such a manner that the contact cleaning member 30 is disposed on the detachable solution vessel, and the contact cleaning member 30 is disposed in front of the second conductive contact 21 in the assembling direction of the detachable solution vessel. When the detachable solution vessel is assembled along the assembling direction, the contact cleaning member 30 on the detachable solution vessel is contacted with the first conductive contact 11, and as the detachable solution vessel moves, the contact cleaning member 30 cleans the first conductive contact 11, and after the first conductive contact 11 is cleaned by the contact cleaning member 30, the contact cleaning member 30 is separated from the first conductive contact 11, and the first conductive contact 11 is connected with the second conductive contact 21. When the detachable solution vessel is detached in the direction opposite to the direction of assembly, the second conductive contact 21 is separated from the first conductive contact 11, and the contact cleaning member 30 on the detachable solution vessel is brought into contact with the first conductive contact 11 as the detachable solution vessel moves, and the detachable solution vessel is completely detached from the main body 10 after the first conductive contact 11 is cleaned by the contact cleaning member 30.
Further, in still another arrangement mode of the contact cleaning member 30, the main body 10 and the detachable solution tank are respectively provided with the contact cleaning member 30, and along the assembly direction of the detachable solution tank, the rear of the first conductive contact 11 is provided with the contact cleaning member 30, and meanwhile, the front of the second conductive contact 21 is also provided with the contact cleaning member 30, so that when the detachable solution tank is assembled or disassembled with the main body 10, the corresponding contact cleaning members 30 respectively clean the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the contact cleaning member 30 includes, but is not limited to, being made of a rubber material, a silicone material, a plastic material, or the like. The contact cleaning members 30 may be implemented in a number of different ways depending on the cleaning requirements.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, one implementation of the contact cleaning member 30 is that the contact cleaning member 30 is a flexible spring sheet. When the detachable solution barrel is assembled with the main body 10 along the disassembly and assembly path, at least one of the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 drives the flexible elastic sheet to swing, the flexible elastic sheet swings from the first position to the second position, and at least one of the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 is cleaned. When the detachable solution barrel is detached from the main body 10 along the detaching path, the flexible elastic sheet is restored to the first position from the second position, and at least one of the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 is cleaned.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, taking an example in which the contact cleaning member 30 is provided on the detachable solution vessel, one end of the flexible elastic sheet is connected to the detachable solution vessel, and the other end extends in a direction away from the detachable solution vessel. In fig. 1 and 2, the main body 10 is separated from the detachable solution tank, and the flexible spring is at the first position. Along with the movement of the detachable solution barrel, the flexible elastic sheet is tightly contacted with the first conductive contact 11 and is driven by the first conductive contact 11 to swing towards the second position, and in the swing process of the flexible elastic sheet, the flexible elastic sheet is contacted with the first conductive contact 11, so that the first conductive contact 11 is cleaned until the first conductive contact 11 is separated from the flexible elastic sheet. When the detachable solution barrel is detached from the main body 10 along the detaching path, the flexible elastic sheet is restored to the first position from the second position, and the first conductive contact 11 is cleaned.
Further, according to different implementation modes of the flexible elastic sheet, the connection modes of the flexible elastic sheet and the detachable solution barrel are multiple, and one connection mode is that the flexible elastic sheet is elastic, one end of the flexible elastic sheet is fixedly connected with the detachable solution barrel, and when the flexible elastic sheet swings from a first position to a second position, the flexible elastic sheet deforms to be in contact with the first conductive contact 11 according to the elastic characteristic of the flexible elastic sheet, so that the first conductive contact 11 is cleaned. When the force is removed, the flexible spring sheet is recovered from the second position to the first position by virtue of the self elastic characteristic.
The other connection mode of the flexible elastic sheet and the detachable solution barrel is that from one end connected with the detachable solution barrel to the other end, the flexible elastic sheet comprises a first section and a second section, the hardness of the first section is larger than that of the second section, one end of the first section, which is far away from the second section, is rotatably connected with the detachable solution barrel, and an elastic reset piece is arranged, wherein the elastic reset piece comprises but is not limited to a torsion spring. The second section is a soft material for cleaning the first conductive contact 11. When the flexible elastic sheet swings from the first position to the second position, the second section is driven by the first conductive contact 11, the second section drives the first section to swing, and the elastic reset piece deforms. Under the action of the elastic resetting piece, the elastic characteristic of the second section is matched, and the second section is contacted with the first conductive contact 11, so that the first conductive contact 11 is cleaned. When the working force is removed, the elastic reset piece recovers the deformation and drives the flexible elastic sheet to recover to the first position from the second position.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the flexible elastic sheet may also be disposed on the main body 10, where one end of the flexible elastic sheet is connected to the main body 10, and the other end extends in a direction away from the main body 10. Along with the movement of the detachable solution barrel, the flexible elastic sheet is contacted with the second conductive contact 21 and driven by the second conductive contact 21 to swing towards the second position, and the second conductive contact 21 is cleaned until the second conductive contact 21 is separated from the flexible elastic sheet in the swing process of the flexible elastic sheet. When the detachable solution barrel is detached from the main body 10 along the detaching path, the flexible spring sheet is restored to the first position from the second position, and the second conductive contact 21 is cleaned. The implementation manner of the flexible elastic sheet and the connection manner with the main body 10 can refer to the implementation manner of the flexible elastic sheet and the connection manner with the detachable solution barrel, and are not described in detail herein.
Of course, the main body 10 and the detachable solution barrel are respectively provided with a flexible elastic sheet, the rear of the first conductive contact 11 is provided with the flexible elastic sheet along the assembly direction of the detachable solution barrel, and meanwhile, the front of the second conductive contact 21 is also provided with the flexible elastic sheet, so that when the detachable solution barrel and the main body 10 are assembled or disassembled, the corresponding flexible elastic sheets respectively clean the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, in order to facilitate the assembly of the detachable solution vessel, the main body 10 is provided with a sloped mounting surface 12, and the detachable solution vessel may be assembled on the main body 10 along the sloped mounting surface 12, and the inlet at the installation location of the main body 10 may be enlarged by the sloped mounting surface 12, thereby facilitating the assembly operation of the detachable solution vessel.
Further, the first conductive contact 11 is disposed in such a manner that the first conductive contact 11 is disposed on the inclined mounting surface 12 of the main body 10, the contact cleaning member 30 is disposed on a detachable solution tank, and the contact cleaning member 30 swings along the inclined mounting surface 12 when the detachable solution tank is detached from the main body 10 along a detachment path. Taking the contact cleaning member 30 as a flexible elastic sheet as an example, referring to fig. 2 to 6, when the detachable solution barrel is assembled with the main body 10 along the disassembly path, along with the movement of the detachable solution barrel, the flexible elastic sheet is in close contact with the first conductive contact 11 and is driven by the first conductive contact 11 to swing from the first position to the second position, and in the swinging process of the flexible elastic sheet, the flexible elastic sheet swings along the inclined mounting surface 12 and is contacted with the first conductive contact 11, so that the first conductive contact 11 is cleaned until the first conductive contact 11 is separated from the flexible elastic sheet. When the detachable solution barrel is detached from the main body 10 along the detaching path, the flexible elastic sheet swings along the inclined mounting surface 12, and returns to the first position from the second position, and the first conductive contact 11 is cleaned again.
Referring to fig. 7, in an embodiment of the present invention, another implementation of the contact cleaning member 30 is that the contact cleaning member 30 is a flexible protrusion. The flexible bulge can be compressed under the action of external force and is tightly contacted with the conductive contact through the self restoring force, so that the cleaning effect is achieved. When the detachable solution barrel is detached from the main body 10 along the detaching path, at least one of the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 presses the flexible protrusion, and the flexible protrusion is deformed under pressure and cleans at least one of the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21.
With continued reference to fig. 7, taking the example that the contact cleaning member 30 is provided on the detachable solution vessel, one end of the flexible protrusion is connected to the detachable solution vessel, and the other end extends in a direction away from the detachable solution vessel. Along with the movement of the detachable solution barrel, the flexible bulge is contacted with the first conductive contact 11 and is pressed by the first conductive contact 11 to be concavely deformed in the direction of the detachable solution barrel, and the flexible bulge is tightly contacted with the first conductive contact 11 based on the self elastic characteristic of the flexible bulge, so that the first conductive contact 11 is cleaned until the first conductive contact 11 is separated from the flexible bulge. When the detachable solution barrel is detached from the main body 10 along the detaching path, the flexible protrusions are pressed again by the first conductive contacts 11, thereby cleaning the first conductive contacts 11 again.
Further, a flexible protrusion may be further provided on the main body 10, one end of the flexible protrusion is connected to the main body 10, and the other end extends in a direction away from the main body 10. Along with the movement of the detachable solution barrel, the flexible bulge is contacted with the second conductive contact 21 and is pressed by the second conductive contact 21 to be concavely deformed in the direction of the main body 10, and the flexible bulge is tightly contacted with the second conductive contact 21 based on the self elastic characteristic of the flexible bulge, so that the second conductive contact 21 is cleaned until the second conductive contact 21 is separated from the flexible bulge. When the detachable solution barrel is detached from the main body 10 along the detaching path, the flexible protrusions are pressed again by the second conductive contacts 21, thereby cleaning the second conductive contacts 21 again.
Of course, flexible protrusions are respectively arranged on the main body 10 and the detachable solution barrel, the flexible protrusions are arranged at the rear of the first conductive contact 11 along the assembly direction of the detachable solution barrel, and meanwhile, flexible protrusions are also arranged at the front of the second conductive contact 21, so that when the detachable solution barrel and the main body 10 are assembled or disassembled, the corresponding flexible protrusions respectively clean the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21.
Referring to fig. 8, in another implementation manner of the contact cleaning member 30 according to the embodiment of the present invention, a cleaning scraping edge 31 is provided on the contact cleaning member 30, and the contact cleaning member 30 cleans at least one of the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 through the cleaning scraping edge 31. The cleaning scraping edge 31 is used as a part of the contact cleaning piece 30, which is in a structure with the conductive contact, the position of the cleaning scraping edge 31 corresponds to the position of the conductive contact, and the size of the cleaning scraping edge 31 is smaller than the whole size of the contact cleaning piece 30, so that the contact between the contact cleaning piece 30 and the conductive contact is more targeted through the cleaning scraping edge 31, and the conductive contact is easier to clean.
In order to avoid the influence of the cleaning scraping edge 31 on the detachable solution tank when the detachable solution tank moves, in the embodiment of the present invention, one implementation manner of the cleaning scraping edge 31 is that the extending direction of the cleaning scraping edge 31 is opposite to the moving direction of the detachable solution tank, and the extending direction of the cleaning scraping edge 31 changes along with the change of the moving direction of the detachable solution tank. Because the extension direction of the cleaning scraping edge 31 is opposite to the moving direction of the detachable solution barrel, when the detachable solution barrel is assembled along the assembling direction, even if the cleaning scraping edge 31 contacts with the conductive contact, the cleaning scraping edge cannot be clamped at the position of the conductive contact, so that the detachable solution barrel can move more smoothly, and meanwhile, the conductive contact is cleaned.
With continued reference to fig. 8, taking an example in which the contact cleaning member 30 is provided on the detachable solution vessel, in an initial state, the extending direction of the cleaning blade 31 is opposite to the assembling direction, and as the detachable solution vessel moves, the cleaning blade 31 contacts the first conductive contact 11 and is pressed by the first conductive contact 11 to move in the direction of the detachable solution vessel and deform, and based on the self elastic property of the cleaning blade 31, the cleaning blade 31 is brought into close contact with the first conductive contact 11, thereby cleaning the first conductive contact 11 until the first conductive contact 11 is separated from the cleaning blade 31.
When the detachable solution barrel is detached from the main body 10 along the detaching path, along with the movement of the detachable solution barrel, the cleaning scraping edge 31 is contacted with the first conductive contact 11, and the first conductive contact 11 drives the cleaning scraping edge 31 to change the continuing direction, so that the extending direction of the cleaning scraping edge 31 is changed to be the same as the assembling direction. Along with the movement of the detachable solution vessel, the cleaning blade 31 is pressed by the first conductive contact 11 to move in the direction of the detachable solution vessel and deformed, and based on the self-elastic characteristic of the cleaning blade 31, the cleaning blade 31 is in close contact with the first conductive contact 11, thereby cleaning the first conductive contact 11 again until the detachable solution vessel is completely separated from the main body 10.
Further, the cleaning blade 31 may be further disposed on the main body 10, and in an initial state, an extending direction of the cleaning blade 31 is the same as an assembling direction, and as the detachable solution tank moves, the cleaning blade 31 contacts the second conductive contact 21 and is pressed by the second conductive contact 21 to move in a direction of the main body 10 and deform, and based on self-elastic characteristics of the cleaning blade 31, the cleaning blade 31 is in close contact with the second conductive contact 21, thereby cleaning the second conductive contact 21 until the second conductive contact 21 is separated from the cleaning blade 31.
When the detachable solution barrel is detached from the main body 10 along the detaching path, along with the movement of the detachable solution barrel, the cleaning scraping edge 31 is contacted with the second conductive contact 21, and the second conductive contact 21 drives the cleaning scraping edge 31 to change the continuing direction, so that the extending direction of the cleaning scraping edge 31 is changed to be opposite to the assembling direction. Along with the movement of the detachable solution vessel, the cleaning blade 31 is pressed by the second conductive contact 21 to move in the direction of the detachable solution vessel and deformed, and based on the self-elastic characteristic of the cleaning blade 31, the cleaning blade 31 is in close contact with the second conductive contact 21, thereby cleaning the second conductive contact 21 again until the detachable solution vessel is completely separated from the main body 10.
Of course, the main body 10 and the detachable solution tank are respectively provided with a cleaning scraping edge 31, the rear of the first conductive contact 11 is provided with the cleaning scraping edge 31 along the assembly direction of the detachable solution tank, and meanwhile, the front of the second conductive contact 21 is also provided with the cleaning scraping edge 31, so that when the detachable solution tank is assembled or disassembled with the main body 10, the corresponding cleaning scraping edges 31 respectively clean the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21.
Since the contact cleaning member 30 is provided, the contact cleaning member 30 itself has a certain thickness, and if the gap between the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 becomes large due to the influence of the contact cleaning member 30, the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 may not be connected. To avoid this, in one embodiment of the present invention, an avoidance groove is provided on the detachable solution tank or the main body 10, and the contact cleaning member 30 is accommodated through the avoidance groove, so that the influence of the contact cleaning member 30 on the gap between the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 is reduced.
Taking the main body 10 as an example, the contact cleaning member 30 is arranged on the main body 10, the detachable solution barrel is provided with a first avoidance groove, and after the detachable solution barrel is assembled on the main body 10, the contact cleaning member 30 at least partially stretches into the first avoidance groove. The contact cleaning member 30 is one implementation manner of a flexible elastic sheet, a flexible protrusion and a cleaning scraping edge 31, and the first avoidance groove is of a corresponding structure and can accommodate the contact cleaning member 30. Taking the contact cleaning member 30 as a flexible elastic sheet for example, when the contact cleaning member 30 swings to the second position, the flexible elastic sheet bounces toward the direction of the detachable solution barrel and enters the first avoidance groove due to the elastic characteristic of the flexible elastic sheet. Although the flexible spring plate has a certain thickness, the flexible spring plate can not influence the gap between the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 through the accommodation of the first avoidance groove, so that the gap is not enlarged, and good connection between the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 is ensured.
Taking the detachable solution barrel with the contact cleaning member 30 as an example, the contact cleaning member 30 is arranged on the detachable solution barrel, the main body 10 is provided with a second avoidance groove, and the contact cleaning member 30 at least partially stretches into the second avoidance groove after the detachable solution barrel is assembled on the main body 10. Referring to fig. 6, taking the contact cleaning member 30 as a flexible elastic sheet as an example, when the contact cleaning member 30 swings to the second position, the flexible elastic sheet bounces toward the main body 10 due to the elastic characteristic of the flexible elastic sheet, and enters the second avoidance groove. Although the flexible spring plate has a certain thickness, the flexible spring plate can not influence the gap between the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 through the accommodation of the second avoidance groove, so that the gap is not enlarged, and good connection between the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 is ensured.
Further, when the contact cleaning members 30 are respectively disposed on the main body 10 and the detachable solution vessel, a first avoidance groove may be disposed at a corresponding position on the detachable solution vessel, and a second avoidance groove may be disposed at a corresponding position on the main body 10 to accommodate the corresponding contact cleaning member 30.
In order to make the cleaning effect of the contact cleaning member 30 better, one possible way is that the contact surface of the contact cleaning member 30 contacting the first conductive contact 11 or the second conductive contact 21 is provided with a convex grain, and at least a part of the convex grain extends in an angle with the disassembly path. The contact surface of the contact cleaning member 30 and the conductive contact is roughened by the convex lines, so that foreign matters on the conductive contact are more easily taken away from the surface of the conductive contact when cleaning is performed, thereby improving cleaning efficiency.
Further, in order to prevent foreign matters on the contact cleaning member 30 from falling on the conductive contact again, one possible way is to provide a storage groove on the contact surface, and a flow guiding surface is provided between the storage groove and the protruding lines. When the contact cleaning piece 30 cleans the conductive contact, after the cleaned foreign matters are taken away from the conductive contact by the convex lines, the foreign matters can enter the storage groove along the guide surface and are collected together, so that the probability that the foreign matters fall back onto the conductive contact from the contact cleaning piece 30 is reduced. After the detachable solution barrel is detached from the main body 10, a user can clean the contact cleaning member 30, clean foreign matters in the storage groove, and avoid secondary pollution to the conductive contact during the next assembly.
