Referring to fig. 1 to 6, one implementation of the contact cleaning member 30 is that the contact cleaning member 30 is a flexible elastic sheet. When the detachable solution barrel is assembled with the main body 10 along the disassembling and assembling path, at least one of the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 drives the flexible elastic sheet to swing, the flexible elastic sheet swings from the first position to the second position, and at least one of the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 is cleaned. When the detachable solution barrel is detached from the main body 10 along the detaching path, the flexible elastic sheet is restored from the second position to the first position, and at least one of the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 is cleaned.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, taking the example that the contact cleaning member 30 is disposed on the detachable solution bucket, one end of the flexible elastic sheet is connected to the detachable solution bucket, and the other end extends in a direction away from the detachable solution bucket. In fig. 1 and 2, the main body 10 is separated from the detachable solution bucket, and the flexible elastic sheet is at the first position. Along with the removal of the detachable solution barrel, the flexible elastic sheet is in close contact with the first conductive contact 11 and is driven by the first conductive contact 11 to swing to the second position, and the flexible elastic sheet is in contact with the first conductive contact 11 in the swinging process, so that the first conductive contact 11 is cleaned until the first conductive contact 11 is separated from the flexible elastic sheet. When the detachable solution barrel is detached from the main body 10 along the detaching path, the flexible elastic sheet is restored to the first position from the second position, and the first conductive contact 11 is cleaned.

Under the action force of the elastic resetting piece, the second section is matched with the elastic characteristic of the second section, and the second section is contacted with the first conductive contact 11, so that the first conductive contact 11 is cleaned. When the acting force disappears, the elastic reset piece restores the deformation and drives the flexible elastic piece to restore to the first position from the second position.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the flexible resilient sheet may also be disposed on the main body 10, one end of the flexible resilient sheet is connected to the main body 10, and the other end extends away from the main body 10. Along with the movement of the detachable solution barrel, the flexible elastic sheet is in contact with the second conductive contact 21 and driven by the second conductive contact 21 to swing to the second position, and in the swing process of the flexible elastic sheet, the second conductive contact 21 is cleaned until the second conductive contact 21 is separated from the flexible elastic sheet. When the detachable solution barrel is detached from the main body 10 along the detaching path, the flexible elastic sheet is restored to the first position from the second position, and the second conductive contact 21 is cleaned. The implementation of the flexible elastic sheet and the connection with the main body 10 can refer to the implementation of the flexible elastic sheet and the connection with the detachable solution barrel, which are not described in detail herein.
Of course, the main body 10 and the detachable solution barrel are respectively provided with a flexible elastic sheet, the rear side of the first conductive contact 11 is provided with a flexible elastic sheet along the assembling direction of the detachable solution barrel, and meanwhile, the front side of the second conductive contact 21 is also provided with a flexible elastic sheet, so that when the detachable solution barrel is assembled with or detached from the main body 10, the corresponding flexible elastic sheets respectively clean the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in some practical embodiments of the present invention, in order to facilitate the assembly of the detachable solution tank, the main body 10 is provided with an inclined mounting surface 12, the detachable solution tank can be assembled on the main body 10 along the inclined mounting surface 12, and the entrance of the main body 10 at the installation position can be enlarged by the inclined mounting surface 12, thereby facilitating the assembly operation of the detachable solution tank.
Further, the first conductive contact 11 is disposed in a manner that the first conductive contact 11 is disposed on the inclined mounting surface 12 of the main body 10, the contact cleaning member 30 is disposed on the detachable solution bucket, and when the detachable solution bucket is detached from and installed on the main body 10 along the detachment path, the contact cleaning member 30 swings along the inclined mounting surface 12. Taking the contact cleaning piece 30 as an example of a flexible elastic sheet, referring to fig. 2 to 6, when the detachable solution barrel is assembled with the main body 10 along the disassembling and assembling path, along with the movement of the detachable solution barrel, the flexible elastic sheet is in close contact with the first conductive contact 11 and is driven by the first conductive contact 11 to swing from the first position to the second position, and in the swinging process of the flexible elastic sheet, the flexible elastic sheet swings along the inclined installation surface 12 and contacts with the first conductive contact 11, so that the first conductive contact 11 is cleaned until the first conductive contact 11 is separated from the flexible elastic sheet. When the detachable solution barrel is detached from the main body 10 along the detaching path, the flexible elastic sheet swings along the inclined mounting surface 12 and returns to the first position from the second position, and the first conductive contact 11 is cleaned again.
Referring to fig. 7, in the embodiment of the present invention, the contact cleaning members 30 are realized in another way that the contact cleaning members 30 are flexible protrusions. The flexible protrusion can be compressed under the action of external force, and is in close contact with the conductive contact through the restoring force of the flexible protrusion, so that the cleaning effect is achieved. When the detachable solution barrel is detached from the main body 10 along the detachment path, at least one of the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 presses the flexible protrusion, and the flexible protrusion is deformed under pressure and cleans at least one of the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21.
With continued reference to fig. 7, taking the example where the contact cleaning member 30 is disposed on the detachable solution bucket, one end of the flexible protrusion is connected to the detachable solution bucket, and the other end extends away from the detachable solution bucket. Along with the removal of dismantling the solution bucket, flexible protruding and first conductive contact 11 contact to being extruded by first conductive contact 11 and to the sunken deformation of direction that can dismantle the solution bucket, based on flexible protruding self elastic characteristic, flexible protruding and first conductive contact 11 in close contact with, thereby clean first conductive contact 11, until first conductive contact 11 and the protruding separation of flexibility. When the detachable solution tank is detached from the main body 10 along the detachment path, the flexible protrusions are again pressed by the first conductive contacts 11, thereby cleaning the first conductive contacts 11 again.
Further, a flexible protrusion may be further disposed on the main body 10, one end of the flexible protrusion is connected to the main body 10, and the other end extends in a direction away from the main body 10. Along with the movement of the detachable solution barrel, the flexible protrusion is in contact with the second conductive contact 21 and is pressed by the second conductive contact 21 to be deformed in a concave manner in the direction of the main body 10, and based on the elastic characteristic of the flexible protrusion, the flexible protrusion is in close contact with the second conductive contact 21, so that the second conductive contact 21 is cleaned until the second conductive contact 21 is separated from the flexible protrusion. When the detachable solution barrel is detached from the main body 10 along the detachment path, the flexible protrusions are again pressed by the second conductive contacts 21, so that the second conductive contacts 21 are again cleaned.
Certainly, be provided with flexible arch on the host computer body 10 and can dismantle the solution bucket respectively, along the assembly direction that can dismantle the solution bucket, the rear of first conductive contact 11 is provided with flexible arch, and simultaneously, the place ahead of second conductive contact 21 is provided with flexible arch equally to when can dismantling solution bucket and host computer body 10 and assemble or dismantle, first conductive contact 11 and second conductive contact 21 are cleaned respectively to the flexible arch that corresponds.
Referring to fig. 8, in another implementation manner of the contact cleaning member 30 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the contact cleaning member 30 is provided with a cleaning scraping edge 31, and the contact cleaning member 30 cleans at least one of the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 by the cleaning scraping edge 31. The cleaning scraping edge 31 is used as a part of the contact cleaning piece 30 and the conductive contact structure, the position of the cleaning scraping edge 31 corresponds to the position of the conductive contact, and the size of the cleaning scraping edge 31 is smaller than the whole size of the contact cleaning piece 30, so that the contact between the contact cleaning piece 30 and the conductive contact is more targeted through the cleaning scraping edge 31, and the conductive contact is easier to clean.
In order to prevent the cleaning scraping edge 31 from affecting the detachable solution bucket when the detachable solution bucket moves, in the embodiment of the present invention, an extending direction of the cleaning scraping edge 31 is opposite to a moving direction of the detachable solution bucket, and the extending direction of the cleaning scraping edge 31 changes along with a change of the moving direction of the detachable solution bucket. Because the extension direction of limit 31 is scraped in the cleanness is opposite with the moving direction who can dismantle the solution bucket, when can dismantle the solution bucket and assemble along the direction of assembly, even clean the limit 31 of scraping contacts with conductive contact, also can not block in conductive contact's position to make the removal that can dismantle the solution bucket more smooth and easy, clean conductive contact simultaneously.
With reference to fig. 8, taking the example that the contact cleaning member 30 is disposed on the detachable solution barrel as an example, in an initial state, the extending direction of the cleaning scraping edge 31 is opposite to the assembling direction, along with the movement of the detachable solution barrel, the cleaning scraping edge 31 contacts with the first conductive contact 11, and is pressed by the first conductive contact 11 to move and deform in the direction of the detachable solution barrel, and based on the self-elastic property of the cleaning scraping edge 31, the cleaning scraping edge 31 is in close contact with the first conductive contact 11, so as to clean the first conductive contact 11 until the first conductive contact 11 is separated from the cleaning scraping edge 31.
When the detachable solution barrel is detached from the main body 10 along the detaching path, the cleaning scraping edge 31 contacts with the first conductive contact 11 along with the movement of the detachable solution barrel, the first conductive contact 11 drives the cleaning scraping edge 31 to change the extending direction, and the extending direction of the cleaning scraping edge 31 is changed to be the same as the assembling direction. Along with the removal of the detachable solution barrel, the cleaning scraping edge 31 is extruded by the first conductive contact 11 to move and deform in the direction of the detachable solution barrel, and based on the self elastic characteristic of the cleaning scraping edge 31, the cleaning scraping edge 31 is in close contact with the first conductive contact 11, so that the first conductive contact 11 is cleaned again until the detachable solution barrel is completely separated from the main machine body 10.
Further, the cleaning scraping edge 31 can be further arranged on the main machine body 10, in an initial state, the extending direction of the cleaning scraping edge 31 is the same as the assembling direction, along with the movement of the detachable solution barrel, the cleaning scraping edge 31 is in contact with the second conductive contact 21 and is pressed by the second conductive contact 21 to move and deform in the direction of the main machine body 10, and based on the self elastic characteristic of the cleaning scraping edge 31, the cleaning scraping edge 31 is in close contact with the second conductive contact 21, so that the second conductive contact 21 is cleaned until the second conductive contact 21 is separated from the cleaning scraping edge 31.
When the detachable solution barrel is detached from the main body 10 along the detaching path, the cleaning scraping edge 31 contacts with the second conductive contact 21 along with the movement of the detachable solution barrel, and the second conductive contact 21 drives the cleaning scraping edge 31 to change the extending direction, so that the extending direction of the cleaning scraping edge 31 is opposite to the assembling direction. Along with the removal of the detachable solution barrel, the cleaning scraping edge 31 is extruded by the second conductive contact 21 to move towards the direction of the detachable solution barrel and deform, and based on the self elastic characteristic of the cleaning scraping edge 31, the cleaning scraping edge 31 is in close contact with the second conductive contact 21, so that the second conductive contact 21 is cleaned again until the detachable solution barrel is completely separated from the main machine body 10.
Certainly, the main body 10 and the detachable solution barrel are respectively provided with a cleaning scraping edge 31, the cleaning scraping edge 31 is arranged behind the first conductive contact 11 along the assembling direction of the detachable solution barrel, and meanwhile, the cleaning scraping edge 31 is also arranged in front of the second conductive contact 21, so that when the detachable solution barrel is assembled with or disassembled from the main body 10, the corresponding cleaning scraping edges 31 respectively clean the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21.
Since the contact cleaning member 30 is provided, the contact cleaning member 30 itself has a certain thickness, and if the gap between the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 becomes large due to the influence of the contact cleaning member 30, the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 may not be connected to each other. In order to avoid this, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to provide an avoidance groove on the detachable solution bucket or the main body 10, and to reduce the influence of the contact cleaning member 30 on the gap between the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 by accommodating the contact cleaning member 30 through the avoidance groove.
Taking the case that the main body 10 is provided with the contact cleaning element 30, the contact cleaning element 30 is disposed on the main body 10, the detachable solution barrel is provided with a first avoiding groove, and after the detachable solution barrel is assembled on the main body 10, at least a part of the contact cleaning element 30 extends into the first avoiding groove. The contact cleaning element 30 is a flexible spring, a flexible protrusion, or a cleaning scraping edge 31, and the first avoiding groove has a corresponding structure and can accommodate the contact cleaning element 30. Taking the contact cleaning piece 30 as an example of a flexible elastic sheet, when the contact cleaning piece 30 swings to the second position, the flexible elastic sheet bounces towards the direction of the detachable solution bucket due to the elastic characteristic of the flexible elastic sheet, and enters the first avoidance groove. Although the flexible elastic sheet has a certain thickness, the flexible elastic sheet does not affect the gap between the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 through the accommodation of the first avoidance groove, so that the gap is not enlarged, and the good connection between the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 is ensured.
Taking the case that the contact cleaning piece 30 is arranged on the detachable solution barrel as an example, the contact cleaning piece 30 is arranged on the detachable solution barrel, the main machine body 10 is provided with a second avoiding groove, and after the detachable solution barrel is assembled on the main machine body 10, at least part of the contact cleaning piece 30 extends into the second avoiding groove. Referring to fig. 6, taking the contact cleaning element 30 as a flexible elastic sheet as an example, when the contact cleaning element 30 swings to the second position, the flexible elastic sheet is bounced toward the main body 10 and enters the second avoiding groove due to the elastic characteristic of the flexible elastic sheet. Although the flexible elastic sheet has a certain thickness, the flexible elastic sheet does not affect the gap between the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 due to the accommodation of the second avoidance groove, so that the gap is not enlarged, and the first conductive contact 11 is well connected with the second conductive contact 21.
Further, when the main body 10 and the detachable solution bucket are respectively provided with the contact cleaning member 30, a first avoiding groove may be provided at a corresponding position on the detachable solution bucket, and a second avoiding groove may be provided at a corresponding position on the main body 10 to accommodate the corresponding contact cleaning member 30.
In order to improve the cleaning effect of the contact cleaning member 30, it is an achievable manner that a contact surface of the contact cleaning member 30, which is in contact with the first conductive contact 11 or the second conductive contact 21, is provided with a raised pattern, and an extending direction of at least a part of the raised pattern is arranged at an angle with the dismounting path. Make contact cleaning member 30 rougher with the contact surface of electrically conductive contact through protruding line, when cleaning, more easily with the foreign matter area on the electrically conductive contact from the surface of electrically conductive contact to improve clean efficiency.
Further, in order to prevent the foreign matters on the contact cleaning piece 30 from falling on the conductive contact again, an achievable mode is that a storage groove is arranged on the contact surface, and a flow guide surface is arranged between the storage groove and the raised lines. When the contact cleaning piece 30 is used for cleaning the conductive contact, the cleaned foreign matters can enter the storage groove along the flow guide surface and are collected together after being carried away from the conductive contact by the raised grain, so that the probability that the foreign matters fall back to the conductive contact from the contact cleaning piece 30 is reduced. After the detachable solution barrel is detached from the main machine body 10, a user can clean the contact cleaning piece 30, clean the foreign bodies of the storage grooves, and avoid secondary pollution to the conductive contacts during next assembly.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiments, with reference to fig. 1 to 8, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a cleaning apparatus, including: a main body 10 and a contact cleaning member 30. The main body 10 has a first conductive contact 11 thereon. The contact cleaning member 30 is provided on the main body 10. The contact cleaning member 30 is disposed rearward of the first conductive contact 11 in the fitting direction of the detachable member 20. Referring to fig. 4, the assembling direction of the detachable member 20 is the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 4. When the detachable member 20 is detached from and attached to the main body 10 along the detaching path, the contact cleaning member 30 cleans the second conductive contacts 21 on the detachable member 20.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the main body 10 can be used with the detachable member 20, and the detachable member 20 is provided with the second conductive contact 21 for cooperating with the first conductive contact 11. When the detachable member 20 is assembled on the main body 10, the first conductive contact 11 is connected to the second conductive contact 21, and the main body 10 can supply power and transmit communication signals to the detachable member 20 through the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21. When the detachable piece 20 is detached from the main body 10, the first conductive contacts 11 are separated from the second conductive contacts 21.
The contact cleaning member 30 is provided on the main body 10, and the contact cleaning member 30 is provided behind the first conductive contacts 11 in the assembling direction of the detachable member 20, i.e., the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 4. When the detachable member 20 is assembled along the assembling direction, the second conductive contact 21 on the detachable member 20 is firstly contacted with the contact cleaning member 30, the contact cleaning member 30 cleans the second conductive contact 21 along with the movement of the detachable member 20, after the second conductive contact 21 is cleaned by the contact cleaning member 30, the contact cleaning member 30 is separated from the second conductive contact 21, and the second conductive contact 21 is connected with the first conductive contact 11. When the detachable member 20 is detached in the direction opposite to the assembling direction, the second conductive contact 21 is separated from the first conductive contact 11, and the second conductive contact 21 on the detachable member 20 is contacted with the contact cleaning member 30 again along with the movement of the detachable member 20, and after the second conductive contact 21 is cleaned by the contact cleaning member 30, the detachable member 20 is completely detached from the main body 10.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the contact cleaning member 30 is implemented by, but not limited to, a flexible elastic sheet, a flexible protrusion, or one of the cleaning scraping edges 31 provided on the contact cleaning member 30.

Further, on the basis of the above embodiments, with reference to fig. 1 to 8, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a cleaning apparatus, including: a main body 10, a detachable member 20, and a contact cleaning member 30. Wherein the main body 10 has a first conductive contact 11 thereon. The detachable member 20 is provided with a second conductive contact 21 for cooperating with the first conductive contact 11. When the detachable member 20 is assembled on the main body 10, the first conductive contact 11 is connected to the second conductive contact 21, and the main body 10 can supply power and transmit communication signals to the detachable member 20 through the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21. When the detachable piece 20 is detached from the main body 10, the first conductive contacts 11 are separated from the second conductive contacts 21.
In order to ensure the conductive stability when the first conductive contact 11 is connected to the second conductive contact 21, the cleaning apparatus further includes a contact cleaning member 30, and the contact cleaning member 30 is provided on at least one of the main body 10 and the detachable member 20. When the detachable member 20 is detached from and attached to the main body 10 along the detaching path, the contact cleaning member 30 cleans at least one of the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the detachable part 20 and the main body 10 are assembled or disassembled with each other, at least one of the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21 can be cleaned through the contact cleaning part 30, foreign matters on the electrical contacts can be removed, the influence of the foreign matters on the electrical contacts can be reduced, the stability of the conductive function of the electrical contacts can be ensured, the use experience can be optimized, and the service life of the electrical contacts can be prolonged.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning device includes, but is not limited to, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, etc., the main body 10 is the main body 10 of the washing machine, the vacuum cleaner, etc., the detachable member 20 includes, but is not limited to, a detachable solution barrel, such as a clean water barrel, a sewage barrel (a recycling barrel), etc., and the detachable member 20 may also be a battery, a motor, a floor brush, etc.

The body of the detachable piece 20 is provided with a second conductive contact 21. The contact cleaning member 30 is provided on the body of the detachable member 20. The contact cleaning member 30 is disposed in front of the second conductive contact 21 in the fitting direction of the detachable member 20. Referring to fig. 4, the assembling direction of the detachable member 20 is the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 4. When the main body of the detachable part 20 is detached from the main body 10 along the detaching path, the contact cleaning part 30 cleans the first conductive contacts 11 on the main body 10.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the detachable member 20 can be used with the main body 10, and the main body 10 is provided with the first conductive contacts 11 used with the second conductive contacts 21. When the detachable member 20 is assembled on the main body 10, the first conductive contact 11 is connected to the second conductive contact 21, and the main body 10 can supply power and transmit communication signals to the detachable member 20 through the first conductive contact 11 and the second conductive contact 21. When the detachable piece 20 is detached from the main body 10, the first conductive contact 11 is separated from the second conductive contact 21.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the contact cleaning member 30 is provided on the detachable member 20, and the contact cleaning member 30 is provided in front of the second conductive contact 21 in the fitting direction of the detachable member 20. When the detachable member 20 is assembled along the assembling direction, the contact cleaning member 30 on the detachable member 20 first contacts with the first conductive contact 11, the contact cleaning member 30 cleans the first conductive contact 11 along with the movement of the detachable member 20, after the first conductive contact 11 is cleaned by the contact cleaning member 30, the contact cleaning member 30 is separated from the first conductive contact 11, and the first conductive contact 11 is connected with the second conductive contact 21. When the detachable member 20 is detached in the direction opposite to the assembling direction, the second conductive contact 21 is separated from the first conductive contact 11, the contact cleaning member 30 on the detachable member 20 is contacted with the first conductive contact 11 again along with the movement of the detachable member 20, and the detachable member 20 is completely detached from the main body 10 after the first conductive contact 11 is cleaned by the contact cleaning member 30.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the contact cleaning member 30 is implemented by, but not limited to, a flexible elastic sheet, a flexible protrusion, or one of the cleaning scraping edges 31 provided on the contact cleaning member 30.

The technical solution adopted by the present invention is described below with reference to specific application scenarios to assist understanding. The following application scenario takes the cleaning apparatus as a cleaning machine, the detachable part as a recycling bin, and the contact cleaning part disposed on the detachable part as an example.

The user needs to assemble the recycling bin to the main body before the cleaning work by wanting to perform the cleaning work through the washing machine.

when the detachable solution barrel is detached from the main body along the detaching path, the contact cleaning piece cleans at least one of the first conductive contact and the second conductive contact.
2. The cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the contact cleaning member is provided on the main body, the contact cleaning member being provided behind the first conductive contact in an assembling direction of the detachable solution bucket; and/or
