Preferably, the travel distance of the travel slot 71 is made to correspond to the working time of each winding of the magnetic wire.

The movable outer cylinder 61 is arranged at the terminal of the walking line groove 71 through the positioning bolt 73, the positioning bolt 73 is embedded in the positioning circular groove 83, when the movable outer cylinder 61 is pushed to move, the positioning bolt 73 slides out of the walking line groove 71 smoothly through the slope body structure of the positioning boss 82, the positioning bolt 73 resets and moves to the walking line groove 71, the other end of the positioning boss 82 is blocked in the positioning circular groove 83, the movable outer cylinder 61 is limited, and the positioning bolt 73 is prevented from being separated from the walking line groove 71 when resetting.

referring to fig. 6, the specific implementation structure of the wire-transferring clamping plate 19 is designed as follows:
the wire delivering clamp plate 19 comprises a middle shaft 92 arranged at the top end of the support frame 64 and support plates 91 arranged at two ends of the middle shaft 92, wherein the support plates 91 are respectively provided with a positioning band 93, the support plates 91 support magnetic wires, and the magnetic wires penetrate through the positioning band 93.
Preferably, referring to fig. 8, a supporting spring 94 may be disposed between the supporting frame 64 and the supporting plates 91 on both sides. The bracket spring 94 provides resilient support to the bracket plate 91, allowing the bracket plate 91 to be formed with a small degree of tilt, again to cater for the tendency of the magnet wires to bend laterally.

1. An inductance common mode winding machine comprises a wire machine table and a winding machine main body in butt joint with the output end of the wire machine table, wherein a curved rack and a delivery part in butt joint with the curved rack are arranged on the wire machine table; it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,

the resetting component is used for driving the transmission machine barrel to reciprocate;
the bending wheel comprises a fixed seat arranged on the wire machine table, a supporting shaft arranged on the fixed seat and a wheel disc frame arranged on the supporting shaft, the wheel disc frame is of a wheel-type frame structure, a plurality of limiting rollers are arranged at equal angles along the area of the disc, the top of the wheel disc frame is also provided with a positioning block, an elastic pressing sheet is arranged on the positioning block, and an inner through channel is arranged between the elastic pressing sheets;
the wire conveying conflict plate comprises a mounting substrate and a folding type support plate mounted on the mounting substrate, the folding type support plate is rotatably mounted, an outer support plate is arranged on the side edge of the mounting substrate, a support connecting rod for supporting the folding type support plate is arranged on the outer support plate, and a tension spring is further arranged on the outer side of the folding type support plate and connected to the folding type support plate through a pull rope;
