Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of regenerated plastering mortar.
Background
The mortar is used in the building engineering only second to the concrete and is an important component in the building. However, a large amount of floor ash is generated in the use process of mortar, if the floor ash is not recycled in time and is smeared on a wall after the final setting time is exceeded, the problems of hollowing and cracking of plastering can be caused, meanwhile, unused mortar on the floor can be agglomerated to form building rubbish, great difficulty is brought to the field and appearance management of the site, and material waste and environmental pollution can be caused. Therefore, it is necessary to utilize the waste mortar by effective measures such as resource recycling and low-carbon utilization.
At present, most of construction wastes are treated by crushing hardened cement-based materials to be used as recycled aggregates or landfill materials. The recycling mode has lower added value, unstable quality of recycled aggregate concrete and great difficulty in use technology. Therefore, a recycling method of the waste mortar is greatly different from a treatment method of general construction waste, and an efficient and energy-saving recycling method of the waste mortar is required.
