Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a screen fixing device provided in an embodiment of the present application includes a base 10 and a plurality of suction members 20 disposed on the base 10.
Specifically, base 10 is whole screen fixing device's supporting platform, is provided with a plurality of holding tanks 11 on the base 10, and holding tank 11 can be directly at base 10 upper shed then formation, also can settle base 10 on the holding tank 11 with independent preparation, and it needs to be noted that, adsorbs piece 20 and holding tank 11 one-to-one, promptly, single piece 20 that adsorbs can only be placed in a holding tank 11 that corresponds.
Further, referring to fig. 2, the suction member 20 includes a sliding portion 201 and a suction portion 202 connected to the sliding portion 201. The sliding part 201 is slidably connected in the accommodating slot 11 along a first direction, which is a connection direction of the sliding part 201 and the adsorbing part 202, and the connection direction is perpendicular to the base 10, so that the adsorbing member 20 is displaced in the first direction, and the distance between the adsorbing part 202 and the base 10 can be increased or decreased. And the displacement distance of each adsorption member 20 may be the same or different.
The adsorption part 202 is mainly used for adsorbing the screen, that is, a part connected with the screen, and when the sliding part 201 is displaced, the adsorption part 202 is always positioned outside the accommodating groove 11 to adsorb the screen. Meanwhile, when the suction parts 202 are in a state where the screen is not sucked, all the suction parts 202 have the same height, and it can be understood that distances between all the suction parts 202 and the base 10 are equal.
Further, referring to fig. 2, the screen fixing apparatus further includes a fixing member 30 disposed in the receiving groove 11, and the fixing member 30 is used to maintain the sliding portion 201 in a fixed state or a sliding state in the receiving groove 11. It can be understood that after the screen is sucked and fixed by the suction parts 202, the height of each suction part 202 is different for the irregular screen, so that the sliding part 201 needs to be maintained in a fixed state in the receiving groove 11 by the fixing member 30, thereby fixing the position of the suction part 202.
When using this screen fixing device, make the screen that treats fixed contact with the absorption portion 202 of a plurality of absorption pieces 20 simultaneously, and utilize absorption portion 202 to adsorb the screen that treats fixed, treat the screen that treats fixed and push down afterwards, at this in-process, the sliding part 201 of absorption piece 20 can be because the pushing down pressure takes place the displacement, make whole absorption piece 20 take place the displacement, and because the difference of screen shape, consequently the displacement distance that the absorption piece 20 of different positions takes place is inconsistent, after pushing down, utilize mounting 30 to make corresponding sliding part 201 be in the fixed state, thereby fix the position of every absorption piece 20, and accomplish the fixed of treating fixed screen.
Through the screen fixing device that this application embodiment provided, utilize the absorption piece 20 that can take place the displacement alright fix with the screen of different shapes for screen fixing device can be compatible different products, thereby increased screen fixing device's application range, and reduced the condition that the piece falls to appear.
Further, in the present embodiment, the number of the absorption members 20 needs to be greater than or equal to 4, because the product needs to be supported by using 4 points; illustratively, the number of absorbent members 20 may be 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, etc. Of course, the number of the absorption members 20 may be an odd number, and those skilled in the art can determine the number of the absorption members 20 according to the requirement.
It should be noted that the number and density of the absorbing members 20 can be set according to the size of the product, for example, as shown in fig. 6, when the size of the product is large and the shape is complicated, 12 absorbing members 20 can be set on the base 10, and 6 absorbing members 20 are set, so that 12 absorbing members 20 are symmetrically distributed on the base 10, and a larger number and higher density of absorbing members 20 can better fix the product.
Similarly, referring to fig. 7, when the product has a large size but a simple shape, 8 absorbing members 20 may be disposed on the base 10, and 4 absorbing members 20 may be grouped, so that 8 absorbing members 20 are symmetrically distributed on the base 10, and the distance between 4 absorbing members 20 in a group is large.
Referring to fig. 8, when the product has a small size but a complex shape, 8 absorbing members 20 may be disposed on the base 10, and 4 absorbing members 20 are grouped, so that 8 absorbing members 20 are symmetrically distributed on the base 10, and the distance between 4 absorbing members 20 in a group is small, so that the high-density absorbing members 20 can better adapt to the shape of the product.
Referring to fig. 9, when the product has a small size and a simple shape, only 4 absorbing members 20 may be provided, and 2 absorbing members 20 may be used as a group, so that 4 absorbing members 20 are symmetrically distributed on the base 10.
In an alternative embodiment, the present embodiment provides a screen fixing device, in which, referring to fig. 3, a fixing member 30 includes two fixing plates 301 disposed oppositely and air cylinders 302 respectively connected to the two fixing plates 301.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the cylinders 302 are fixedly coupled to the side walls of the receiving groove 11, and the moving directions of the piston rods of the two cylinders 302 are opposite. The fixing plate 301 is fixedly connected to a piston rod of the cylinder 302, and after the cylinder 302 is activated, the cylinder 302 can be used to drive the fixing plate 301 to move toward or away from the sliding portion 201.
Further, in the fixed state, both the fixed plates 301 are kept in contact with the sliding portion 201 and clamp the sliding portion 201, thereby achieving the fixation of the sliding portion 201; in the sliding state, both the fixing plates 301 are kept disengaged from the sliding portion 201, and the sliding portion 201 can normally slide in the first direction within the receiving groove 11.
Further, the length of the fixed plates 301 in the first direction is greater than the length of the sliding portion 201 in the first direction, so that the sliding portion 201 is always located between the fixed plates 301, and the fixed plates 301 can be held in contact with the sliding portion 201 and fix the sliding portion 201 regardless of the displacement of the sliding portion 201.
Further, referring to fig. 3, in order to avoid the slippage between the fixed plate 301 and the sliding portion 201, which affects the fixation of the position of the suction portion 202, in the embodiment of the present application, a clamping portion 3011 is disposed on the surface of the fixed plate 301 facing the sliding portion 201, and an engaging portion 2011 cooperating with the clamping portion 3011 is disposed on the surface of the sliding portion 201 facing the fixed plate 301. When the fixing plate 301 moves to contact with the sliding portion 201, that is, when the fixing plate is in the fixing state, the clamping portion 3011 on the fixing plate 301 and the matching portion 2011 on the sliding portion 201 are clamped with each other, so that the fixing plate 301 and the sliding portion 201 cannot move relative to each other, and the sliding portion 201 can be better fixed by the fixing plate 301.
Illustratively, the shapes of the snap-in portion 3011 and the mating portion 2011 may include a saw-tooth stripe, a mortise-and-tenon stripe, a wave-shaped stripe, and the like. It can be understood that, setting the clamping portion 3011 to be a convex shape, setting the matching portion 2011 to be a concave shape, and matching the density of the clamping portion 3011 and the matching portion 2011, both can achieve the effect of clamping the clamping portion 3011 and the matching portion 2011 mutually. Alternatively, the snap-in portion 3011 may be configured in a concave shape, and the fitting portion 2011 may be configured in a convex shape, so that the snap-in portion 3011 and the fitting portion 2011 can be clamped with each other. This is not described in detail in the embodiments of the present application.
In an alternative embodiment, in order to achieve the repeated use of the screen fixing device, the embodiment of the present application further provides a screen fixing device, in which the screen fixing device further includes an elastic member, and the elastic member is disposed between the sliding portion 201 and the bottom wall of the accommodating groove 11.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, one end of the elastic member is fixedly connected to the sliding portion 201, and the other end is fixedly connected to the bottom wall of the accommodating groove 11. When the sliding part 201 is not displaced, the elastic member is in a non-deformed state and has no elastic force; referring to fig. 4, when the sliding portion 201 is displaced, the elastic member is driven to deform, and the elastic member is in a deformed state, at this time, the elastic member has an elastic force, and when the sliding portion 201 is in a sliding state, the elastic force of the elastic member can restore the sliding portion 201 to an initial position.
For example, referring to fig. 4, when a screen is fixed, the sliding portions 201 of different suction members 20 are displaced differently, and at this time, the corresponding elastic members are also deformed differently, and after the sliding portions 201 are fixed by the fixing member 30, the position of the whole suction member 20 is also fixed, and at this time, the elastic members cannot drive the sliding portions 201 to return to the initial position, but when another screen needs to be replaced for fixing, the sliding portions 201 can be in the sliding state, and at this time, the elastic members can drive the sliding portions 201 to return to the initial position, so that an operator can fix another screen to be fixed more conveniently.
Further, in an alternative embodiment, the resilient member may comprise a spring 40.
Specifically, the spring 40 is disposed along the first direction, and one end of the spring 40 is fixedly connected to the sliding portion 201, and the other end is fixedly connected to the bottom wall of the accommodating groove 11. When the sliding portion 201 is displaced, the sliding portion 201 drives the spring 40 to deform, so that the spring 40 generates an elastic force.
Further, referring to fig. 4, a rod 50 is disposed on the bottom wall of the receiving groove 11, the rod 50 is disposed along the first direction, the length of the rod 50 may be equal to the depth of the receiving groove 11, the sliding portion 201 is slidably connected to the rod 50, and the spring 40 is also wound on the rod 50 and located between the sliding portion 201 and the bottom wall of the receiving groove 11. On the one hand, the setting of body of rod 50 makes sliding part 201 can slide along the first direction better in holding tank 11, and on the other hand, spring 40 twines on body of rod 50, also makes spring 40 take place to deform along the first direction when taking place deformation to produce the elasticity along the first direction, and then make spring 40 can drive sliding part 201 better and reset to the initial position.
Further, referring to fig. 10, the density of the springs 40 (i.e., the number of windings of the springs 40) may also be selected according to actual requirements, for example, when the difference of deformation at each position of the screen is large, a smaller density of the springs 40 may be used, so that the sliding portion 201 may be more easily displaced.
In an alternative embodiment, the present embodiment provides a screen fixing device in which the suction part 202 includes a suction nozzle and a suction pipe connected to the suction nozzle.
Specifically, the suction pipe may be connected to an external power source (e.g., an air pump) so that the suction pipe may allow the suction nozzle to generate suction force to the screen, thereby fixing the screen. The suction nozzle is generally a flexible suction nozzle, such as a rubber suction nozzle, in order to avoid damage to the product, and the flexible suction nozzle can better adapt to products of different shapes. The opening of the suction nozzle faces to the side away from the base 10, and after the suction nozzle contacts with the screen, the opening of the suction nozzle is sealed by the screen, and at the moment, the suction pipe is used for enabling the inside of the suction nozzle to be in an adsorption state (namely the state that the internal air pressure is smaller than the external atmospheric pressure), so that the suction nozzle can firmly adsorb the screen under the external atmospheric pressure. When the screen needs to be taken down, the interior of the suction nozzle can be in a normal state (namely, the state that the internal air pressure is greater than or equal to the external atmospheric pressure), so that the suction nozzle does not generate suction force on the screen, and the screen and the suction nozzle can be separated and taken down at the moment.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, in order to better accommodate products of different shapes, the suction nozzle is provided as a multi-layer suction nozzle. The multi-layer suction nozzle comprises a suction nozzle and a bending section connected with the suction nozzle, and when the suction nozzle is in contact with a screen, the bending section can be bent in a self-adaptive mode according to the shape of the screen, so that an opening of the suction nozzle can be attached to the screen better, and the suction nozzle can further adsorb the screen more firmly.
For example, referring to fig. 6, when the screen has an "S" shape, the nozzles located at different positions are bent to different degrees and in different directions, so that the nozzles closely fit the screen.
In an alternative embodiment, the present embodiment further provides a screen fixing device, in which, as shown in fig. 2, the suction member 20 further includes a connection rod 203, one end of the connection rod 203 is connected to the suction portion 202, and the other end is connected to the sliding portion 201.
Specifically, the connecting rod 203 is arranged along the first direction, the height of the adsorption part 202 can be increased by using the connecting rod 203, the whole screen is in a 'C' shape, and when the depth of the notch of the screen in the first direction is deep, the arrangement of the connecting rod 203 can avoid the situation that the adsorption part 20 cannot adapt to the depth of the screen.
Meanwhile, in an alternative embodiment, the connecting rod 203 and the rod body 50 in the accommodating groove 11 may be integrally disposed, that is, the connecting rod 203 and the rod body 50 serve as a long rod, the sliding portion 201 penetrates through and is slidably connected to the long rod, and the adsorbing portion 202 is connected to the top end of the long rod.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, the absorption portion 202 and the connection rod 203 are detachably connected, and the detachable connection may include a threaded connection, a socket connection, an insertion connection, and the like. That is, the suction portion 202 can be detached from the connection rod 203 at any time. Thus, when aiming at small-sized products, the number of the adsorption pieces 20 can be relatively changed by taking down the adsorption part 202, so that other screen fixing devices are not needed, and the use of the screen fixing devices is further facilitated.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present application discloses an apparatus, which comprises any one of the screen fixing devices described in the previous embodiment of the present application.
Further, the device can further comprise an air pump and a main pipeline connected with the air pump, wherein the main pipeline is simultaneously connected with the air suction pipes of the plurality of adsorption parts 202, so that the air pump can be simultaneously communicated with each air suction pipe, and all the suction nozzles can simultaneously generate suction to the screen when the air pump works, thereby further facilitating the use of the screen fixing device.
Fig. 11 shows a flow chart of the steps of a method of controlling a screen holding apparatus.
