本发明提供一种抗起毛起球涤棉针织面料及其制备方法,包括防起毛起球外层以及亲肤内层,所述防起毛起球外层与亲肤内层之间设置有透气层,所述防起毛起球外层与亲肤内层的内部均匀设置有若干透气孔;所述防起毛起球外层由涤纶丝以及棉线混纺而成,所述亲肤内层由横向纤维以及纵向纤维编织而成,所述横向纤维由Lyocell纤维、聚乳酸纤维和聚酯纤维混纺而成,所述纵向纤维由竹炭纤维、蚕丝、聚酯纤维和纤维素纤维混纺而成。亲肤层通过横向纤维以及纵向纤维编织而成,横向纤维以及纵向纤维编均采用绿色可再生材料制成,绿色环保,透气层以及透气孔,能有效提高针织面料的透气性,提高面料内外热量交换效率,从而提高面料的功能性。

本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体为一种抗起毛起球涤棉针织面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
在各项运动比赛的现场中,观众们经常会看到运动员们穿着各种品牌的运动服饰。这首先是因为厂家想要大力宣传自己产品的技术性,其次专业运动品牌的衣服和鞋子其实都有比较高的科技含量,有助于选手们水平的发挥。
运动员们对衣服透气性的高要求,传统的针织面料无法满足运动员的排汗性、透气性需求。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种抗起毛起球涤棉针织面料及其制备方法,解决了传统的针织面料无法满足运动员的透气性需求的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种抗起毛起球涤棉针织面料,包括防起毛起球外层以及亲肤内层,所述防起毛起球外层与亲肤内层之间设置有透气层,所述防起毛起球外层与亲肤内层的内部均匀设置有若干透气孔;
所述防起毛起球外层由涤纶丝以及棉线混纺而成,所述亲肤内层由横向纤维以及纵向纤维编织而成,所述透气层设置为网状结构,所述透气层采用涤纶纤维编织而成;
所述横向纤维由Lyocell纤维、聚乳酸纤维和聚酯纤维混纺而成,所述纵向纤维由竹炭纤维、蚕丝、聚酯纤维和纤维素纤维混纺而成。
优选的,所述防起毛起球外层与透气层之间、透气层与亲肤内层之间均由粘结剂粘合,所述粘结剂设置为聚氨酯,所述粘结剂的厚度为30~50μm;
优选的,所述防起毛起球外层中涤纶丝以及棉线的质量百分比比例设置在3∶7到5∶5之间。
优选的,所述亲肤内层中横向纤维以及纵向纤维的质量百分比比例设置在4∶6到6∶4之间。
优选的,所述防起毛起球外层纱线支数:Ne:50/1s—20/1s。

一种抗起毛起球涤棉针织面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将涤纶丝、棉线进行浸渍,浸渍后进行烘干,并将涤纶丝、棉线进行编织,得到编织后的坯布a;
S2、将编织后的坯布a进行清洗烘干得到防起毛起球外层,
S3、将横向纤维以及纵向纤维进行浸渍,浸渍后进行烘干,并将涤纶丝、棉线进行编织,得到编织后的坯布b;
S4、将编织后的坯布b进行清洗烘干得到亲肤内层;
S5、将涤纶纤维进行浸渍,浸渍后进行烘干,并将涤纶丝、棉线进行编织,得到编织后的坯布c;
S6、将编织后的坯布c进行清洗烘干得到透气层;
S7、通过机器在防起毛起球外层以及亲肤内层中将透气孔;
S8、通过粘结剂将防起毛起球外层、亲肤内层、透气层进行粘合,并且使得防起毛起球外层、亲肤内层中的透气孔相互对齐,得到针织面料。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种抗起毛起球涤棉针织面料及其制备方法。具备以下有益效果:
1、该面料中的亲肤层通过横向纤维以及纵向纤维编织而成,横向纤维以及纵向纤维编均采用绿色可再生材料制成,绿色环保,纺织原料具有较好的亲肤性,能够有效提高针织面料的亲肤性。
2、该面料设置了透气层以及透气孔,能有效提高针织面料的透气性,提高面料内外热量交换效率,从而提高面料的功能性。

防起毛起球外层1由涤纶丝以及棉线混纺而成,亲肤内层2由横向纤维以及纵向纤维编织而成,透气层3设置为网状结构,透气层3采用涤纶纤维编织而成;
横向纤维由Lyocell纤维、聚乳酸纤维和聚酯纤维混纺而成,纵向纤维由竹炭纤维、蚕丝、聚酯纤维和纤维素纤维混纺而成。
防起毛起球外层1与透气层3之间、透气层3与亲肤内层2之间均由粘结剂粘合,粘结剂设置为聚氨酯,粘结剂的厚度为30~50μm;
防起毛起球外层1中涤纶丝以及棉线的质量百分比比例设置在3∶7到5∶5之间。
亲肤内层2中横向纤维以及纵向纤维的质量百分比比例设置在4∶6到6∶4之间。
防起毛起球外层1纱线支数:Ne:50/1s—20/1s。
亲肤内层纱线支数:Ne:50/1s—20/1s。
针织面料的厚度为1.2mm-2.0mm,针织面料的平方米质量设置为300-500g。
一种抗起毛起球涤棉针织面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将涤纶丝、棉线进行浸渍,浸渍后进行烘干,并将涤纶丝、棉线进行编织,得到编织后的坯布a;
S2、将编织后的坯布a进行清洗烘干得到防起毛起球外层1,
S3、将横向纤维以及纵向纤维进行浸渍,浸渍后进行烘干,并将涤纶丝、棉线进行编织,得到编织后的坯布b;
S4、将编织后的坯布b进行清洗烘干得到亲肤内层2;
S5、将涤纶纤维进行浸渍,浸渍后进行烘干,并将涤纶丝、棉线进行编织,得到编织后的坯布c;
S6、将编织后的坯布c进行清洗烘干得到透气层3;
S7、通过机器在防起毛起球外层1以及亲肤内层2中将透气孔4;
S8、通过粘结剂将防起毛起球外层1、亲肤内层2、透气层3进行粘合,并且使得防起毛起球外层1、亲肤内层2中的透气孔4相互对齐,得到针织面料。

所述防起毛起球外层(1)由涤纶丝以及棉线混纺而成,所述亲肤内层(2)由横向纤维以及纵向纤维编织而成,所述透气层(3)设置为网状结构,所述透气层(3)采用涤纶纤维编织而成;
所述横向纤维由Lyocel l纤维、聚乳酸纤维和聚酯纤维混纺而成,所述纵向纤维由竹炭纤维、蚕丝、聚酯纤维和纤维素纤维混纺而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗起毛起球涤棉针织面料,其特征在于:所述防起毛起球外层(1)与透气层(3)之间、透气层(3)与亲肤内层(2)之间均由粘结剂粘合,所述粘结剂设置为聚氨酯,所述粘结剂的厚度为30~50μm。
