The first moving member 220 is screwed to the adjusting rod, and when the rotation knob is stopped, the adjusting rod is stopped to rotate, and the first moving member 220 is moved to a certain position along the first direction, because the screwing has a self-locking function, the distance between the first moving member 220 and the first fixing member 210 is constant at this time, and is not changed any more, that is, the distance between the first adjusting plate 233 and the supporting plate 110 is constant, that is, the inclination angle of the first mounting plate 120 connected to the first adjusting plate 233 is constant.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the first fixing member 210 is provided with a through hole through which the first adjusting member 240 passes, and an open slot communicating with the through hole is formed on an outer wall of the first fixing member 210; the first adjusting mechanism 200 further includes a locking member 270, where the locking member 270 is used to lock the regions of the first fixing member 210 located at two sides of the open slot, so as to adjust the size of the open slot, so that the first fixing member 210 is clasped to the first adjusting member 240. By arranging the locking member 270, the locking member 270 locks the regions of the first fixing member 210 located at both sides of the open slot, thereby adjusting the size of the open slot, and when the opening of the open slot becomes smaller, the first fixing member 210 is locked on the adjusting rod of the first adjusting member 240.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the first fixing member 210 includes a main body portion 211 and a connection portion 212, the main body portion 211 and the connection portion 212 being spaced apart in a first direction, and the connection portion 212 being located between the main body portion 211 and the first moving member 220, and the first lever 231 and the second lever 232 being rotatably connected to the connection portion 212. The main body 211 and the connecting part 212 are provided with the through holes in a penetrating manner, the adjusting rod of the first adjusting piece 240 passes through the through holes, the outer wall of the main body 211 is provided with the open slot of the through holes, the areas on two sides of the open slot are provided with locking threaded holes in a penetrating manner along a third direction, the third direction and the first direction form an included angle, the locking piece 270 comprises a locking screw rod and a locking nut, the locking screw rod passes through the locking threaded holes, the locking nut is in threaded connection with the locking screw rod and abuts against the outer wall of the main body 211, the locking nut moves along the axial direction of the locking screw rod, the angle of the open slot is adjusted, the aperture of the through hole is adjusted, and when the aperture of the through hole is reduced, the first fixing piece 210 can be buckled on the first adjusting piece 240 to lock the first adjusting piece 240, and the rotation of the first adjusting piece is limited.
In some embodiments, referring back to fig. 3 and 4, the first adjusting mechanism 200 further includes a second link assembly 280 symmetrically disposed with the first link assembly 230 along the first direction, the second link assembly 280 includes a third lever 281, a fourth lever 282, and a second adjusting plate 283 connected to the supporting plate 110, one end of the third lever 281 is rotatably connected to the first fixing member 210, the other end of the third lever 281 is rotatably connected to the second adjusting plate 283, one end of the fourth lever 282 is rotatably connected to the first moving member 220, and the other end of the fourth lever 282 is rotatably connected to the second adjusting plate 283. By providing the second link assembly 280, the second link assembly 280 and the first link assembly 230 are symmetrically disposed along the first direction, when the first moving member 220 moves along the first direction toward the direction close to the first fixing member 210, the included angle between the first rod 231 and the second rod 232 of the first link assembly 230 becomes smaller, the first adjusting plate 233 moves toward the direction away from the support plate 110, the included angle between the third rod 281 and the fourth rod 282 of the second link assembly 280 becomes smaller, the second adjusting plate 283 moves toward the direction away from the first mounting plate 120, the distance between the first adjusting plate 233 and the second adjusting plate 283 is increased, and the inclination degree of the first mounting plate 120 is increased. And the first fixing member 210 is mounted on the support plate 110 through the second link assembly 280.
In some embodiments, referring back to fig. 1 and 2, the adjusting device further includes two fixing assemblies 400 disposed at intervals along the radial direction of the to-be-adjusted member, where the two fixing assemblies 400 are used for clamping the to-be-adjusted member. Through setting up fixed subassembly 400, the clamping is waited to adjust the piece, and fixed wait to adjust the piece, be convenient for adjust the inclination who waits to adjust the piece.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fixing assembly 400 includes a fixing plate 410 and a stopper 420 slidably coupled to the fixing plate 410, the fixing plate 410 being mounted on the first mounting plate 120, the stopper 420 being for abutting against an outer circumferential surface of the member to be adjusted. The stopper 420 and the fixing plate 410 are slidably engaged, and when the stopper 420 slides to and abuts against the outer circumferential surface of the member to be adjusted, the fixing plate 410 and the stopper 420 are connected by the locking connection member. In some embodiments, a mounting hole 121 is formed in the first mounting plate 120, and the mounting hole 121 is used for passing through the protrusion 520 of the member to be adjusted. The mounting hole 121 is provided for the boss 520 on the member to be adjusted to pass through, so that the boss 520 is conveniently accommodated. When the to-be-regulated member is the valve clack 500 of the check valve, a protruding portion 520 is arranged on one side, away from the sealing surface 510, of the body of the valve clack 500 of the check valve, and when the valve clack 500 of the check valve is mounted on the first mounting plate 120, the protruding portion 520 penetrates through the mounting hole 121 and is partially arranged between the first mounting plate 120 and the support plate 110.
In some embodiments, the adjusting device further comprises a detecting member for detecting whether the member to be adjusted is in a horizontal state. Specifically, the detecting piece is a level bar, the level bar is placed on the piece to be adjusted, and the level bar can display the deviation degree of the piece to be adjusted and the horizontal position in the current state. When the piece to be regulated is a valve clack, the level ruler can display the deviation degree of the sealing surface and the horizontal position in the current state only by placing the level ruler on the sealing surface of the valve clack.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first adjustment mechanism 200 and the second adjustment mechanism 300 are identical in structure, except for the object of adjustment, which is different, and the direction of adjustment. Specifically, the second adjusting mechanism 300 includes a second fixing member, a second moving member, a third link assembly, a second adjusting member, and a fourth link assembly, and the second adjusting member sequentially passes through the second fixing member and the second moving member in the second direction, and the second moving member can be close to or far from the second fixing member in the second direction, so as to adjust an included angle of the free end of the support plate 110 in the second direction with respect to the second mounting plate 140. The specific connection relationship of the second adjusting mechanism 300 is identical to that of the first adjusting mechanism 200, and will not be described herein.
In some embodiments, the first adjustment mechanism 200 and the second adjustment mechanism 300 are structurally different, but each function to adjust the angle of the free end of the support plate 110 in the second direction relative to the second mounting plate 140.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first mounting plate 120, the support plate 110, and the second mounting plate 140 are sequentially arranged at intervals along a third direction, and the third direction is perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction at the same time, the first adjusting mechanism 200 is mounted on the support plate 110, the axial direction of the first adjusting member 240 of the first adjusting mechanism 200 is parallel to the first direction, and the first adjusting member 240 is used for adjusting an included angle of a free end of the first mounting plate 120 along the first direction relative to the support plate 110. The second adjusting mechanism 300 is installed on the second mounting plate 140, and the second adjusting mechanism 300 is used for adjusting an included angle of a free end of the support plate 110 along the second direction relative to the second mounting plate 140, and the rotation of the support plate 110 drives the first mounting plate 120 to synchronously rotate relative to the second mounting plate 140, so that an inclination angle of the second mounting plate 140 and a piece to be adjusted installed on the second mounting plate 140 is adjusted. Specifically, the support plate 110 is rotatably coupled to the second mounting plate 140 by the rotation assembly 130.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (10)

1. An adjustment device, comprising:
the mounting seat (100) comprises a supporting plate (110), a first mounting plate (120) and a second mounting plate (140), wherein the supporting plate (110) is positioned between the first mounting plate (120) and the second mounting plate (140), one side part of the supporting plate (110) is rotationally connected with the first mounting plate (120), the other side part is rotationally connected with the second mounting plate (140), and the first mounting plate (120) is used for mounting a piece to be regulated;
the first adjusting mechanism (200) is arranged between the supporting plate (110) and the first mounting plate (120) and is mounted on the supporting plate (110), and the first adjusting mechanism (200) is used for adjusting an included angle of the first mounting plate (120) relative to the supporting plate (110) along a first direction;
the second adjusting mechanism (300) is arranged between the supporting plate (110) and the second mounting plate (140) and is mounted on the second mounting plate (140), the second adjusting mechanism (300) is used for adjusting the included angle of the supporting plate (110) relative to the second mounting plate (140) along a second direction, and the first direction and the second direction are arranged in an included angle mode.

The adjustment device according to claim 1, wherein the first adjustment mechanism (200) comprises a first fixed member (210), a first moving member (220) and a first link assembly (230), the first link assembly (230) comprising a first lever (231), a second lever (232) and a first adjustment plate (233) connected to the first mounting plate (120), one end of the first lever (231) being rotatably connected to the first fixed member (210), the other end of the first lever (231) being rotatably connected to the first adjustment plate (233), one end of the second lever (232) being rotatably connected to the first moving member (220), the other end of the second lever (232) being rotatably connected to the first adjustment plate (233);
the first fixing member (210) and the first moving member (220) are configured to move toward or away from each other in the first direction, so that the first adjusting plate (233) moves in a direction away from or toward the support plate (110) to drive the first mounting plate (120) to rotate relative to the support plate (110).
3. The adjustment device according to claim 2, characterized in that the first adjustment mechanism (200) further comprises a first adjustment member (240) passing through the first fixing member (210) and the first moving member (220), an axial direction of the first adjustment member (240) being parallel to the first direction, and the first moving member (220) being in threaded engagement with the first adjustment member (240), a relative position of the first adjustment member (240) and the first fixing member (210) in the first direction being fixed, the first adjustment member (240) being configured to rotate in the axial direction to move the first moving member (220) in the first direction.

An adjusting device according to claim 3, wherein the first adjusting mechanism (200) further comprises a first limiting member (250) and a second limiting member (260), and the first limiting member (250) and the second limiting member (260) are respectively disposed on two sides of the first fixing member (210) along the first direction, and can be abutted to the first fixing member (210) so as to limit the movement of the first fixing member (210) along the first direction.
5. The adjusting device according to claim 4, wherein the first fixing member (210) is provided with a through hole for the first adjusting member (240) to pass through, and an open slot communicating with the through hole is formed on the outer wall of the first fixing member (210);
the first adjusting mechanism (200) further comprises a locking piece (270), wherein the locking piece (270) is used for locking the area, located at two sides of the open slot, of the first fixing piece (210) so as to adjust the size of the open slot, and the first fixing piece (210) is wrapped on the first adjusting piece (240).

The adjusting device according to claim 2, wherein the first adjusting mechanism (200) further comprises a second link assembly (280) symmetrically disposed with the first link assembly (230) along the first direction, the second link assembly (280) comprises a third lever (281), a fourth lever (282) and a second adjusting plate (283) connected to the support plate (110), one end of the third lever (281) is rotatably connected to the first fixing member (210), the other end of the third lever (281) is rotatably connected to the second adjusting plate (283), one end of the fourth lever (282) is rotatably connected to the first moving member (220), and the other end of the fourth lever (282) is rotatably connected to the second adjusting plate (283).
7. The device according to claim 1, further comprising two fixing assemblies (400) arranged at intervals in a radial direction of the piece to be adjusted, the two fixing assemblies (400) being used for clamping the piece to be adjusted.

The adjustment device according to claim 7, characterized in that the fixing assembly (400) comprises a fixing plate (410) and a stopper (420) slidably connected to the fixing plate (410), the fixing plate (410) being mounted on the first mounting plate (120), the stopper (420) being adapted to abut against the outer circumferential surface of the member to be adjusted.
9. The adjusting device according to claim 1, wherein the first mounting plate (120) is provided with a mounting hole (121), and the mounting hole (121) is used for allowing the protruding portion (520) of the member to be adjusted to pass through.
10. The adjustment device of claim 1, further comprising a detection member for detecting whether the member to be adjusted is in a horizontal state.
