Application of taurine in preparing medicine for treating and preventing viral parotitis is provided. The Chinese soft-shelled turtle is young soft-shelled turtle, and each young soft-shelled turtle weighing 20 g takes 120-600 mug taurine as injection dose. The invention proves that taurine has the capability of resisting the TSHSV virus of the Chinese soft shell turtle, provides a treatment method, can obviously improve the survival rate after virus infection, and provides a candidate substance for developing an antiviral immunity enhancer of the Chinese soft shell turtle.

The occurrence of the Chinese soft-shelled turtle virus disease is the result of the interaction among pathogenic pathogen, environmental condition and autoimmune capability, and no specific medicine aiming at the virus disease exists at present. Taurine is a free beta-sulfur-containing amino acid in organisms, named after the first separation from the bile of bull, and is widely distributed in tissues and organs of mammals, birds, fish and aquatic invertebrates, accounting for 25% of the free amino acids in the liver. The existing researches show that taurine is an active substance for regulating normal physiological activities of organisms, and has wide biological functions of diminishing inflammation, easing pain, maintaining osmotic pressure balance of the organisms, regulating nerve conduction, participating in endocrine activities, regulating lipid digestion and absorption, increasing the systole capability, improving the immunity capability of the organisms, enhancing the oxidation resistance capability of cell membranes and the like. In aquatic animal production, taurine can be used as a phagostimulant to improve food intake and promote animal growth and development; can improve the stability of erythrocyte membrane and increase the content of hemoglobin in erythrocyte, thereby enhancing the anti-hypoxia capability of animals; the immunity of the organism can be enhanced by improving the activities of superoxide dismutase and lysozyme; can improve the oxidation resistance of cell membranes, and simultaneously can be combined with strong oxidants and free radicals in the body to prevent oxidation-reduction reaction, thereby avoiding oxidation injury; can also be used as neuromodulator to affect hypothalamic-pituitary hormone secretion levels. The research has proved that taurine can obviously improve the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of young Chinese softshell turtles, but no public report exists that taurine has the capability of resisting Chinese softshell turtle TSHSV virus.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an application of taurine or taurine derivatives used for replacing taurine in preparing anti-TSHSV virus drugs. Detailed Description
1. The taurine solution is prepared and injected by the following method:
1) Weighing taurine 600 mg, dissolving in 1×PBS 100 ml, mixing, and standing at 4deg.C;
2) 100 μl of taurine was aspirated with a 1 ml syringe and injected into the abdominal cavity of Trionyx sinensis Wiegmann.
2. Virus (TSHSV) injection was performed as follows:
1) 100. Mu.l TSHSV virus solution (containing 100 copies) was aspirated with a 1 ml syringe;

The metabonomics is utilized to find that the content of taurine is obviously reduced after the TSHSV is infected, and if 600 mug/piece (20 g of young soft-shelled turtles) of taurine is supplemented in advance before the TSHSV is infected, the disease resistance of the Chinese soft-shelled turtles to the TSHSV can be improved. As shown in FIG. 1, the survival rate after 5 days of contamination is improved by 43.4%. As shown in fig. 2, the results of pathological sections of liver show that the addition of taurine can protect the integrity of liver cell nuclei, reduce intercellular vacuoles, maintain the normal state of liver cells, reduce liver bleeding, reduce the occurrence of coagulation phenomena, and demonstrate that liver tissues have important protective effects in the process of resisting TSHSV by Chinese soft-shelled turtles.
