the overturning assembly (320) is connected with the track driving assembly in a sliding manner;
the turnover assembly (320) comprises a turnover cavity (321) positioned right below the bed plate (200), an arc-shaped track (322) with a longitudinal section in a major arc shape and a turnover belt (323);

a driven pinch roller (332) is arranged in the overturning cavity (321), the driving pinch roller (331) and the driven pinch roller (332) are arranged oppositely, and an overturning belt (323) is pressed between the driving pinch roller and the driven pinch roller;
the overturning belt (323) is attached to the arc-shaped track (322) and the inner wall of the overturning cavity (321);
the bottom end of the telescopic component (310) is fixed on a turning belt (323);
the fixing device (500) comprises a left air bag assembly (510) and a right air bag assembly (520) which are fixed on two sides of the bed board (200), the left air bag assembly and the right air bag assembly are contracted on two sides of the bed board (200) before being expanded, and are expanded towards the upper part of a patient when being expanded, the expanded overall shape is '21274', and the patient is fixed from two sides of the bed board (200).
