In the closed state of the automatically opening and closing toilet lid 103, the intelligent germicidal lamp 105 is automatically energized for sterilization.
The automatic opening and closing toilet seat 104 is controlled to be automatically opened and closed through the control system; the automatic opening and closing toilet seat 104 is connected with the automatic paper changing and heating device 205, and is used for automatically changing the disposable sanitary film paper covered on the automatic opening and closing toilet seat 104 and controlling the temperature of the automatic opening and closing toilet seat 104. When the disposable sanitary film paper is controlled to automatically change the paper, the disposable sanitary film paper is automatically stopped after being changed for one circle.
The telescopic automatic flushing device 2 comprises a spray head 204, a water purification system 202, water heating equipment 203 and a water pipe 201; the spray head 204 can be moved to adjust the position, the intelligent bactericidal lamp is arranged in the spray head 204, and the intelligent bactericidal lamp arranged in the spray head 204 is automatically powered off and extinguished when the automatic opening and closing toilet lid 103 is opened. When the automatic open-close toilet lid 103 is closed, the intelligent germicidal lamp is arranged in the spray head 204 and automatically powered on to sterilize.
The spray head 204 is controlled by the control system to adjust the position and the cleaning mode, so as to meet different requirements of users; the cleaning mode of the spray head is divided into: female cleaning, child cleaning, hip cleaning, movable massage and self cleaning; one end of the water purification system 202 is connected with the water pipe 201, the other end is connected with the water heating device 203, and the water purification system 202 adopts an electrolytic sterilization mode.
The water heating device 203 is connected with the spray head 204, and the cleaning water passing through the water purification system 202 reaches a set temperature through the water heating device 203, so that different requirements of users are met. The intelligent control panel 106 is provided with a display screen 107 for displaying various working states in real time, and can control function adjustment through a touch button 108; the intelligent toilet cover is made of waterproof, anticorrosive and antibacterial materials.
The excrement and urine separation system 3 with the safety shielding function in the embodiment is provided with a shell, an excrement inlet, a safety shielding cover plate, a dry-wet separation device, a separation driving motor 301, an exhaust sterilization port 303 and a foaming device 302; the shell is provided with the excrement inlet, the separation driving motor 301 and the exhaust sterilization port 303. Safety shielding plate shelters from excrement and urine and fungus material in the faecal management device 4 improve the aesthetic property of vision, and further reach the negative pressure state of system ensures user's security, and only when the user need use, safety shielding just can open, reduces safety risks such as article drop. The shell is internally provided with a dry-wet separation device connected with the separation driving motor, and excrement and urine are discharged into the excrement processor 1 and the urine collection and treatment system respectively. The exhaust sterilization port 303 is connected with the tail gas circulating sterilization treatment system; the foam device 302 delivers foam to the wet and dry separator device that completely covers the area of the wet and dry separator device corresponding to the faecal inlet area.
The foam liquid adopted by the foam device 302 is high-density aromatic non-bacteriostatic plant foam liquid; the excrement and urine separation system 3 with the safety barrier is made of waterproof, anticorrosive and antibacterial materials; the fecal treatment device is provided with a degradation component for receiving, storing and degrading, a stirring component 401 for stirring, a heating component for heating, wherein the heating component further comprises a heat preservation component for heating and heat preservation, a discharging component 402 for discharging, a fertilizer collecting box 403 connected with the discharging component 402, a reverse spraying water pipe 404 for improving the humidity value of the fecal treatment device 4, and a speed reduction motor.
The excrement processor 4 is made of waterproof, anticorrosive and antibacterial materials; the urine collecting and processing system is provided with a urine pipe 501, a urine box 502, a heating rod 503, a purified water box 504 and a pressurizing silent water pump 505; one end of the urine pipe 501 is connected with the excrement and urine separation system 3 with the safety shelter, and the other end is connected with the urine box 502.
A heating rod 503 is arranged in the urinal 502, and the heating rod 503 continuously heats the urine in the urinal 502; chemical agents for inhibiting the growth of microorganisms are added into the urine box 502, so that the increase of the ammonia concentration is avoided; the upper layer of the urinal box 502 is provided with an activated carbon membrane 506 and a pervaporation membrane 507.
The urine after being treated by the chemical agent is heated by a heating rod 503, the urine is evaporated, water vapor sequentially passes through the activated carbon membrane 506 and the pervaporation membrane 207 to reach the other side of the membrane, and the water vapor permeating the pervaporation membrane 507 passes through the tail gas circulating sterilization treatment system, is condensed into liquid and enters the purified water tank 504.
The purified water tank 504 is provided with the pressurizing silent water pump 505; the pressurizing silent water pump 505 is connected with the water pipe 201 of the telescopic automatic flushing device 2, the flushing hole and the reverse-spraying water pipe 404 of the excrement processor 4; the urine collecting and processing system is made of waterproof, anticorrosive and antibacterial materials.
The tail gas circulating, disinfecting and treating system is provided with a fan 601, a circulating, disinfecting and deodorizing device 602, an air compressor 603, a condensing device 604, a fragrance device 605 and an air outlet 109. The one-way valve is arranged in the fan 601 to prevent gas from flowing reversely; one end of the fan 601 is connected with the exhaust sterilization port 303, and the other end is connected with the circulating sterilizing and deodorizing device 602.
The circulating sterilizing and deodorizing device 602 is connected with the air compressor 603; a filtering device, a sterilizing device and a deodorizing device are arranged in the circulating disinfecting and deodorizing device 602; the air compressor 603 is connected to the condensing device 604.
One end of the condensing device 604 is connected with the purified water tank 504, and the other end is connected with the air outlet 109; the air outlet 109 is provided with the aromatic device 605; the tail gas circulating, disinfecting and treating system is made of waterproof, anticorrosive and antibacterial materials.
The control system provided in this embodiment includes: human body induction sensor 701, foot touch response sensor 702 the temperature sensor of automatic paper heating equipment 205 trades the temperature sensor of water heating equipment 203 the temperature and humidity sensor in fecal treatment ware 4 level sensor, current sensor, switching element in fecal treatment ware 4 receive all sensor signals and with controller, the power that the switching element links to each other.
The human body induction sensor 701 is arranged on the intelligent closestool cover; the foot touch sensing sensor 702 is arranged at the front end of one side of the toilet bowl shell 1 close to the ground; the temperature sensor probe of the automatic paper changing and heating device 205 is tightly attached to the inner end surface of the automatic opening and closing toilet seat 104.
A temperature sensor probe of the water heating equipment 203 is tightly attached to the outer end face of the water heating equipment 203; the humidity sensor in the fecal processor 4 is a moisture meter. The temperature sensor induction probe in the fecal processor 4 is tightly attached to the outer end surface of the degradation component; and a probe of a moisture tester in the fecal processor 4 extends into the fungus material in the degradation component.
A material level sensor in the excrement processor 4 is tightly attached to the inner end face of the degradation component; the current sensor detects the current value of the speed reduction motor of the fecal treatment device 4; the controller receives the current sensor signal, and when a current overload condition occurs, the controller closes the running of the speed reducing motor of the fecal processor 4 by means of the switch piece.
The current sensor adopts a Hall current sensor; the controller can control the intelligent toilet lid, the excrement and urine separation system 3 with the safety shelter, the excrement processor 4, the fertilizer collecting box 403, the urine collecting and processing system and the tail gas circulating and disinfecting processing system respectively by means of the switch piece, and the intelligent toilet lid, the excrement and urine separation system 3, the excrement and urine processor, the fertilizer collecting box 403, the urine collecting and processing system and the tail gas circulating and disinfecting processing system are controlled to open and close, change paper, clean washing, air draft, excrement and urine separation, stirring, temperature control, humidity control and discharging.
The controller includes: the system comprises a display device for displaying an operation interface, an input device operated by the display device, a voice input device, a voice output device and a control host which stores acceptable setting programs and output signals. The display device comprises a wireless remote controller, a mobile phone and the intelligent control panel 106; the voice input device can intelligently control the closestool through voice; the voice output equipment can output the result of the voice intelligent control of the closestool. The controller is also connected with a remote server of the intelligent toilet and can send the working state information to the remote server for being displayed to maintenance personnel; the power supply reserves a storage battery 703, and the storage battery 703 works emergently in a non-power state.
The control method of the intelligent waterless closestool disclosed in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
s1, when receiving a human body induction signal sent by a human body induction sensor 701, a control host sends a starting working signal to an intelligent toilet lid, a feces and urine separation system 3, an automatic paper-changing heating device 205, a telescopic automatic flushing device 2 and a tail gas circulating sterilization treatment system, and the intelligent toilet lid, the feces and urine separation system 3, the automatic paper-changing heating device 205, the telescopic automatic flushing device 2 and the tail gas circulating sterilization treatment system start to work according to a set program.
Wherein, the retractable automatic flushing device 2 and the automatic paper-changing heating device 205 respectively execute the automatic stop work after the self-cleaning work and the heating paper-changing work are finished. The retractable automatic flushing device performs self-cleaning of the spray head.
S2, when the control host receives a cleaning signal after defecation, which is sent by a control panel or a remote control device, the control host sends a starting signal to the telescopic automatic flushing device 2, and the spray head 204 executes cleaning work according to different mode signal instructions.
And S3, when the control host receives a post-defecation cleaning finishing signal sent by the control panel or the remote control equipment, a closing signal is sent to the telescopic automatic flushing device 2, and the spray head 204 stops cleaning.
And S4, after the control host loses the human body induction signal sent by the human body induction sensor 701 for 5-30 seconds, simultaneously sending closing signals to the intelligent closestool cover and the excrement-urine separation system 3 respectively, and stopping working after the intelligent closestool cover and the excrement-urine separation system 3 respectively execute the set program.
The control host machine also sends a starting signal to the telescopic automatic flushing device 2, the intelligent sterilizing lamp arranged in the spray head 204 is automatically electrified for sterilization, and the spray head 204 stops cleaning after self-cleaning for 1-5 seconds. The control host machine also sends a starting signal to the fecal treatment device 4, the stirring component 401 and the discharging component 402 start stirring, and the stirring is stopped after 30-120 seconds; the control host machine also sends a closing signal to the tail gas circulating sterilization treatment system to control the fan, the circulating sterilization and deodorization device and the air compressor to stop working.
In this embodiment, before S1, the method further includes: before the closestool runs, the excrement processor 4 is fed with the materials for the first time until the required quantity is reached, and the feeding of the fungus materials is completed.

The method in this embodiment further includes: when the human body induction sensor 701 does not induce a human body, the fan of the tail gas circulating and disinfecting treatment system runs for 40-55 minutes per hour; the stirring component 401 and the discharging component 402 of the excrement processor 4 run for 1-5 minutes every 30-60 minutes.

The operation of the closestool can be controlled through the display equipment and the voice input equipment which display an operation interface, and when a human body is not sensed, the fan 601 of the tail gas circulating sterilization treatment system is arranged to operate for 55 minutes per hour, so that a good negative pressure deodorization effect is achieved; the stirring component 401 and the discharging component 402 which are provided with the excrement processor 4 run for 1 minute every 60 minutes, so that the excrement and the bacterial materials are fully mixed, and the survival rate of the microbial bacteria is increased. When the number of users using a single closestool is less than 20 persons/day, discharging is carried out after 3 months of initial feeding; when the number of users using a single toilet bowl is more than 20 persons/day, the discharge time is calculated according to the number of users, the number of users is calculated through signals of a human body induction sensor, or the maximum value of the system capacity is set, and the discharge time is judged through a material level sensor.

When the automatic opening and closing toilet seat 104 needs to be opened, the feet touch the foot touch sensor 702, and when the control host receives the foot touch sensing signal, the control host sends a starting signal to the intelligent toilet lid, so that the automatic opening and closing toilet seat 104 is controlled to be opened.

s1, when a control host receives a human body induction signal sent by a human body induction sensor, starting working signals are sent to an intelligent toilet lid, a feces-urine separation system, an automatic paper-changing heating device, a telescopic automatic flushing device and a tail gas circulating sterilization treatment system respectively, and the intelligent toilet lid, the feces-urine separation system, the automatic paper-changing heating device, the telescopic automatic flushing device and the tail gas circulating sterilization treatment system start to work according to a set program;
the telescopic automatic flushing device and the automatic paper changing and heating equipment respectively perform self-cleaning work and heating paper changing work and then automatically stop working;
s2, when the control host receives a cleaning signal after defecation, which is sent by a control panel or a remote control device, the control host sends a starting signal to the telescopic automatic flushing device, and the spray head executes cleaning work according to different mode signal instructions;
s3, when the control host receives a post-defecation cleaning finishing signal sent by a control panel or a remote control device, a closing signal is sent to the telescopic automatic flushing device, and the spray head stops cleaning;
s4, after the control host loses the human body induction signal sent by the human body induction sensor for 5-30 seconds, simultaneously sending closing signals to the intelligent closestool cover and the excrement-urine separation system respectively, and stopping working after the intelligent closestool cover and the excrement-urine separation system respectively execute the set program;
the control host machine also sends a starting signal to the telescopic automatic flushing device, an intelligent sterilizing lamp arranged in the spray head is automatically electrified for sterilization, and the spray head stops cleaning after self-cleaning for 1-5 seconds;
the control host machine also sends a starting signal to the fecal treatment device, the stirring component and the discharging component start stirring, and the stirring is stopped after 30 to 120 seconds;
the control host machine also sends a closing signal to the tail gas circulating sterilizing and treating system to control the fan, the circulating sterilizing and deodorizing device and the air compressor to stop working.
2. The method of claim 1,
before S1, the method further comprises: before the closestool runs, primary feeding is carried out in the excrement processor until the required quantity is reached, and feeding of fungus materials is finished;
recording time from the initial feeding and adding, discharging when the closestool runs for 1-6 months, or calculating the discharge time according to the number of users under the condition that the number of users of a single closestool is more than 20 persons/day, calculating the number of the users through signals of a human body induction sensor, or setting the maximum value of system capacity, and judging the discharge time through a material level sensor.

the method further comprises the following steps: the control host receives a temperature sensing signal of the automatic opening and closing toilet seat, when the temperature of the automatic opening and closing toilet seat is less than or equal to 24 ℃, a starting signal is sent to the automatic paper changing heating equipment, and the heating function is automatically started and heated to 24-41 ℃.

the method further comprises the following steps: when the human body induction sensor does not sense a human body, the fan of the tail gas circulating and sterilizing treatment system runs for 40-55 minutes per hour;
the stirring component and the discharging component of the excrement processor operate for 1-5 minutes every 30-60 minutes.

when the humidity value is lower than the lower limit value of the set numerical value, the control host sends an opening signal to control the pressurizing silent water pump to spray water into the excrement processor so as to improve the humidity value;
the upper limit of humidity is set to 50%, the lower limit of humidity is set to 10%, and humidity is absolute humidity.
9. The method of claim 1,
the method further comprises the following steps: adjusting the temperature value of the water heating equipment through a display device and a voice input device which display an operation interface;
and receiving a temperature sensor signal of the water heating equipment through the control host, and displaying the temperature value on display equipment for displaying an operation interface.
10. The method of claim 1,
the method further comprises the following steps: when the control host receives the signal of the current overload current sensor, the control host can stop the speed reducing motor of the excrement processor by means of the switch piece.
