Claims (10)

1. An inside and outside heating meat roasting device, characterized in that: it comprises a heating oil tank, a heating cylinder and a barbecue fork; the heating oil tank is filled with oil and is provided with a heating device for heating the oil; the heating cylinder is arranged in the heating oil tank, an opening communicated with the outside of the heating oil tank is formed in the right end of the heating cylinder, and a jack is formed in the left end plate of the heating cylinder; the barbecue fork comprises a fork rod, a cover plate and a handheld part, wherein the fork rod is of a hollow structure, oil is filled in the hollow structure of the fork rod, the left end of the fork rod is inserted into the jack, the cover plate is installed at the end part of the fork rod, the cover plate is matched with an opening at the right end of the heating cylinder, and the handheld part is fixed on one side of the cover plate, which is back to the fork rod.

The internally and externally heated meat grilling apparatus as recited in claim 1 further comprising: the circumference of the fork rod is provided with a plurality of heat-conducting fins which are fixed on the part of the fork rod on the left side of the cover plate along the length direction of the fork rod.

The internally and externally heated meat grilling apparatus as recited in claim 1 further comprising: the left side of fork arm or apron be equipped with temperature sensor, the display screen has been inlayed on the handheld portion, temperature sensor and display screen communication are connected.
4. The inside-outside heated meat grilling apparatus according to claim 3, further comprising: the barbecue fork is provided with an ultrasonic oscillator which is fixed below the handheld part.
5. The internally and externally heated meat grilling apparatus according to claim 4, wherein: the inside of handheld portion be equipped with battery module, ultrasonic oscillator and display screen all are connected with battery module electricity.

The internally and externally heated meat grilling apparatus as recited in claim 1 further comprising: the heating device comprises an electric heating unit and a solar heating unit; the top end of the solar heating unit is fixed with the heating oil tank and is used for converting solar energy into heat energy and heating oil in the heating oil tank; the electric heating unit is positioned in the heating oil tank and used for heating oil in the heating oil tank after being connected with an external power supply.

The internally and externally heated meat grilling apparatus as recited in claim 1 further comprising: the heating device comprises an electric heating unit, a heat storage unit and a solar heating unit; the top end of the solar heating unit is fixed with the heat storage unit and used for converting solar energy into heat energy and heating a medium in the heat storage unit; the electric heating unit is positioned in the heat storage unit and used for heating a medium in the heat storage unit after being connected with an external power supply; the heat storage unit is connected with the heating oil tank and is used for transferring heat in the medium to oil in the heating oil tank.

The inside-outside heated meat grilling apparatus according to claim 6 or 7, wherein: the solar heating unit is a solar heating pipe which is obliquely arranged; the solar heating pipe comprises an outer pipe, an inner pipe and a superconducting liquid pipe, superconducting liquid is arranged in the superconducting liquid pipe, the inner pipe is sleeved on the outer side of the superconducting liquid pipe, the outer pipe is sleeved on the outer side of the inner pipe, a gap exists between the inner pipe and the outer pipe, and a vacuum layer is formed in the gap through pumping and steaming.

The internally and externally heated meat grilling apparatus according to claim 7, wherein: the heat storage unit comprises a heat storage tank and a plurality of super liquid guide pipes, wherein three-source carbonate serving as a medium is arranged in the heat storage tank, super liquid is filled in the super liquid guide pipes, and the super liquid partially extends into the heat storage tank and partially extends into the heating oil tank.
