Abstract
The invention discloses a mutton sheep total mixed ration added with egg fat powder and application thereof. In particular to a method for preparing total mixed ration for mutton sheep by adopting egg fat powder to replace soybean meal. The total mixed ration for mutton sheep mainly comprises corn, egg fat powder, wheat bran, alfalfa hay, corn straw, salt, stone powder, calcium hydrophosphate, vitamin and trace element premix. The novel feed egg fat powder provided by the invention is characterized in that gossypol-free protein and fat are integrated. Compared with the conventional corn-soybean meal feed, the total mixed ration for the mutton sheep provided by the invention can effectively improve the weight gain and average daily gain of fattening sheep, improve the feed conversion rate and dressing percentage, and has no difference in meat quality. Therefore, the fully mixed ration provided by the invention can obtain better benefit on the premise of not adding bean pulp, is more beneficial to the short-term rapid fattening of the mutton sheep, is safe to use and has extremely high popularization value.

The invention belongs to the technical field of feeds, and particularly relates to a protein powder and a mutton sheep total mixed ration prepared by using the protein powder to replace soybean meal.
Background
Soybeans play a significant role in providing feeds required by animal husbandry, but the total yield of the soybeans is low, and the soybeans are mainly imported. At present, the demand for the soybeans still needs to be solved through import, the international situation is unstable, the price of the soybeans is increased day by day, and the breeding profit is continuously reduced. Increasing the source of protein raw materials, improving the self-sufficient capability of the protein feed raw materials, reducing the dependence of the feed on protein raw materials such as bean pulp and the like, and relieving the problems of shortage of protein feed resources and high import dependence. On the one hand, a large number of researchers have been working on mining other protein materials, such as cottonseed meal, rapeseed meal, sunflower seed meal. On the other hand, the continuous maturity of the cottonseed dephenolization technology and the rumen bypass technology provides a new direction for the wide application of unconventional protein raw materials, the optimization of feed nutrition absorption and the reduction of feed resource waste in feces.
The protein is the basic substance of life and forms the basic framework of life; fat is an energy substance and is an energy source necessary for the life activity and production of animals. Studies have shown that proteins have a growth-dependent relationship with energy on protein deposition. Energy supply is usually neglected in common daily feed, the proportion of concentrate in the daily feed is increased once to meet the needs of animals in a special period, the animals have to use the body fat tissues as fuel to supply energy for synthetic protein, and dairy cows in perinatal period are most likely to cause ketosis, so that the economy of farmers is harmed. In the market, a plurality of fat products are applied to rapid fattening and breeding of mutton sheep, but the fat products have no clear response due to the proportion problem in the practical application. The dosage problem exists when the grease is added separately, and excessive addition or high content of unsaturated fatty acid easily has toxic effect on rumen microorganisms but is not beneficial to rumen fermentation, so that the growth of animals is influenced; too low has no obvious effect. In the actual production, the trouble of inconvenient operation, unclear effect and the like exists when the grease is added into the daily ration.
The invention selects a novel plant concentrated feed raw material, namely the egg fat powder, and the egg fat powder is used as a main protein-energy raw material for preparing the daily ration for the first time, so that the daily weight gain effect of the mutton sheep can be improved, the feed efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the feed is simpler and more convenient to process. The invention discloses a novel protein fat feed, which is characterized in that the protein fat powder is never used and reported in animal daily ration, and the invention aims to explore the application of the novel protein fat feed in the daily ration of mutton sheep, determine the optimal proportion and the application method, and form a special technology. Therefore, the invention carries out simulation and verification through a standard feeding test mode, carries out comprehensive evaluation on the daily ration, obtains a reasonable result and further provides the invention.
