Another embodiment of the present application provides a computer storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the method for generating a ticket refund fee according to any one of the above embodiments.
In the context of this application, a machine-readable medium may be a tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. The machine-readable medium may be a machine-readable signal medium or a machine-readable storage medium. A machine-readable medium may include, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present application, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In this application, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: electrical wires, optical cables, RF (radio frequency), etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The computer readable medium may be embodied in the electronic device; or may exist separately without being assembled into the electronic device.
Another embodiment of the present application provides a computer program product for performing any one of the above methods of generating a ticket refund fee when the computer program product is executed.
In particular, according to embodiments of the application, the processes described above with reference to the flow diagrams may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present application include a computer program product comprising a computer program carried on a non-transitory computer readable medium, the computer program containing program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication means, or installed from a storage means, or installed from a ROM. The computer program, when executed by a processing device, performs the above-described functions defined in the method of the embodiments of the present application.
Although the subject matter has been described in language specific to structural features and/or methodological acts, it is to be understood that the subject matter defined in the appended claims is not necessarily limited to the specific features or acts described above. Rather, the specific features and acts described above are disclosed as example forms of implementing the claims.
While several specific implementation details are included in the above discussion, these should not be construed as limitations on the scope of the application. Certain features that are described in the context of separate embodiments can also be implemented in combination in a single embodiment. Conversely, various features that are described in the context of a single embodiment can also be implemented in multiple embodiments separately or in any suitable subcombination.

Claims (10)

1. A generation method of a ticket refunding and changing expense is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a freight rate calculation request of a client; the types of the freight rate calculation requests are divided into accurate freight rate calculation and fuzzy freight rate calculation; the freight rate calculation request comprises input content of freight rate calculation;
determining freight rate contents of various freight rate types according to the input contents of the freight rate calculation; wherein the rate content comprises: the amount, the freight rate base, the ticket price column item, the ticket price calculation column item, the display payment mode item and the number of the change-back rule; the freight rate types include: posting a freight rate, a private freight rate, and a discounted freight rate;
showing the change-quit rule to the client;
receiving a quit-change rule query request of the client;
inquiring to obtain fine rules of the change quitting rules according to the change quitting rules selected by the client;
determining the change canceling cost and generating a change canceling rule text according to the change canceling rule; the change quitting rule text comprises a change quitting rule and a change quitting cost;
and displaying the change quitting rule text to the client.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein querying for rules for revocation according to rules selected by a client comprises:
inquiring to obtain a rule total rule according to the serial number of the airline company and the serial number of the change-quitting rule selected by the client;
and inquiring the rule rules by using the ticket drawing time and the travel time range in the freight rate calculation request.
3. The method of generating as claimed in claim 1, wherein said rules for revocation are refined by: calculating a type and a discount code, wherein the step of determining the change canceling cost and generating a change canceling rule text according to the change canceling rule comprises the following steps:
determining the freight rate and the expense proportion required by the refund expense according to the calculation type and the discount code;
and processing and combining freight rate and expense proportion required by the change-back expense according to the normalized character fields to generate a change-back rule text in a target format.
4. The generation method of claim 1, wherein the input content for the precision fare calculation includes identity information, airline, itinerary, time of ticket issue, and passenger type.
5. The generation method of claim 1, wherein the input content for the fuzzy fare calculation includes passenger type, origin of travel, destination of travel, travel start time, and time of ticket issuance.
6. An apparatus for generating a fare for ticket refunding and change, comprising:
a first receiving unit, configured to receive a request for calculating a freight rate of a customer; the types of the freight rate calculation requests are divided into accurate freight rate calculation and fuzzy freight rate calculation; the freight rate calculation request comprises input content of freight rate calculation;
the first determining unit is used for determining freight rate contents of various freight rate types according to the input contents of the freight rate calculation; wherein the freight rate content comprises: the amount, the freight rate base, the ticket price column item, the ticket price calculation column item, the display payment mode item and the number of the change-back rule; the freight rate types include: posting a freight rate, a private freight rate, and a discounted freight rate;
the first display unit is used for displaying the change-canceling rule to the client;
the second receiving unit is used for receiving a quit-change rule inquiry request of the client;
the query unit is used for querying and obtaining the fine rules of the change quitting rules according to the change quitting rules selected by the client;
the generating unit is used for determining the change-canceling cost according to the fine rules of the change-canceling rules and generating a change-canceling rule text; the change quitting rule text comprises a change quitting rule and a change quitting cost;
and the second display unit is used for displaying the change quitting rule text to the client.
7. The generation apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the query unit includes:
the first inquiry subunit is used for inquiring to obtain a rule summary according to the serial number of the airline company and the serial number of the change-back rule selected by the client;
and the second query subunit is used for querying the rules rule from the rule general rule to the change-back rule by using the ticket-drawing time and the travel time range in the freight rate calculation request.
8. The generation apparatus of claim 6, wherein the revocation rule refinement comprises: a calculation type and a discount code, the generation unit including:
the second determining unit is used for determining the freight rate and the expense proportion required by the refund expense according to the calculation type and the discount code;
and the generating subunit is used for processing and combining the freight rate and the expense proportion required by the change-back expense according to the normalized character fields to generate a change-back rule text in a target format.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device having one or more programs stored thereon;
the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement a method for generating a ticket refund fee in accordance with any of claims 1 to 5.
10. A computer storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a method of generating a ticket refund fee according to any of claims 1 to 5.
