本发明公开了一种直饮水蝶阀,它包括阀体,蝶板,加长轴套以及加长轴套与蝶板孔、加长轴套与阀体孔的密封,定位销及定位销处的密封,蝶板压圈及压圈处的密封,螺钉及螺钉处的密封,紧顶螺钉及紧顶螺钉处的密封。本发明的显著效果是:有效避免了由于阀门在使用过程中产生污染物,影响水质,满足直饮水的要求。

技术领域
本发明属于阀门,具体涉及一种直饮水蝶阀。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对饮用水的要求也越来越高,直饮水是大势所趋。通常输水管道所用软密封蝶阀,阀体和蝶板采用球墨铸铁材质,阀体和蝶板表面均喷涂环氧树脂进行防护,但在阀门使用过程中会产生污染物,如阀体密封面生锈,阀体与阀杆以及蝶板与阀杆的连接处会慢慢的锈蚀等等,锈蚀物经过水的冲刷不断的进入管道,影响水质不能直接饮用。
为了避免阀门在使用过程中对水的污染,满足直饮水的要求,发明了一种直饮水蝶阀。
发明内容
本发明提供一种直饮水蝶阀。有效避免了由于阀门在使用过程中产生污染物,影响水质。
本发明是这样实现的:一种直饮水蝶阀,包括阀体,蝶板,加长轴套以及加长轴套与蝶板孔、加长轴套与阀体孔的密封,定位销及定位销处的密封,蝶板压圈及压圈处的密封,螺钉及螺钉处的密封,紧顶螺钉及紧顶螺钉处的密封。
如上所述的一种直饮水蝶阀,阀体铸件内外表面喷涂环氧树脂,密封面喷焊不锈钢,这样就保证阀门在使用过程中阀体及密封面不会锈蚀,不会影响水质。
如上所述的一种直饮水蝶阀,蝶板表面喷涂环氧树脂,设计成上、下阀杆从两端装入,端部为盲孔结构,阻止水从端部进入。
如上所述的一种直饮水蝶阀,采用加长轴套,轴套直接延伸到蝶板内;在轴套进入蝶板孔口附近设有O型圈;在轴套与阀体孔口附近设有O型圈,实现O型圈与蝶板的环氧层形成密封、O型圈与阀体的环氧层形成密封,阻止水进入,从而防止蝶板与阀体孔内部锈蚀。
如上所述的一种直饮水蝶阀,定位销选用不锈钢材质,在定位销孔口处倒角,设置O型圈,实现O型圈与蝶板定位销孔口处环氧层形成密封,防止水进入,保护螺纹,防止螺纹生锈腐蚀。
如上所述的一种直饮水蝶阀,在压圈采用不锈钢材质,在压圈和蝶板配合的凸台处设有O型圈,使之形成密封;螺钉选用不锈钢材质,螺钉头部下平面设有橡胶垫片,形成密封,防止水的进入,从而防止蝶板上的螺纹孔生锈腐蚀。
如上所述的一种直饮水蝶阀,紧顶螺钉选用不锈钢材质,螺纹上缠绕生胶带,防止水的进入。
本发明的显著效果是:本发明提供了一种直饮水蝶阀,避免了阀门本身在使用过程中产生污染物,对水质产生污染,保证了满足直饮水要求。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明一种直饮水蝶阀。如图1——图5所示,一种直饮水蝶阀,包括阀体1,蝶板2,加长轴套3以及加长轴套3与蝶板孔、加长轴套3与阀体孔的密封,定位销7及定位销处的密封,蝶板压圈8及压圈处的密封,螺钉10及螺钉处的密封,紧顶螺钉14及紧顶螺钉处的密封。
如上所述的一种直饮水蝶阀,如图1和图2所示,阀体1内外表面喷涂环氧树脂12,阀体密封面11喷焊316L不锈钢,这样就保证阀门在使用过程中阀体及密封面不会锈蚀,不会影响水质。
如上所述的一种直饮水蝶阀,如图1和图2所示,蝶板2表面喷涂环氧树脂21,设计成上、下阀杆从两端装入,端部为盲孔结构22,阻止水从端部进入。
如上所述的一种直饮水蝶阀,如图2所示,采用加长轴套3,轴套3直接延伸到蝶板2内;在轴套3进入蝶板2孔口附近设有O型圈4,NBR材质;在轴套3与阀体1孔口附近设有O型圈5,NBR材质,实现O型圈4与蝶板的环氧层21形成密封、O型圈5与阀体的环氧层12形成密封,阻止水进入,从而防止蝶板2与阀体1孔内部锈蚀。
如上所述的一种直饮水蝶阀,如图3所示,定位销7选用1Cr17Ni2不锈钢材质,在定位销7孔口处倒角,设置O型圈6,NBR材质,实现O型圈6与蝶板定位销孔口处环氧层21形成密封,防止水进入,保护螺纹,防止螺纹生锈腐蚀。
如上所述的一种直饮水蝶阀,如图4所示,在压圈8采用316不锈钢材质,在压圈8和蝶板2配合的凸台处设有O型圈9,NBR材质,使之形成密封;螺钉10选用316材质,螺钉10头部下平面设有橡胶垫片13,EPDM材质,形成密封,防止水的进入,从而防止蝶板上的螺纹孔生锈腐蚀。
如上所述的一种直饮水蝶阀,如图5所示,紧顶螺钉14采用316不锈钢材质,螺纹上缠绕生胶带15,防止水的进入。

1.一种直饮水蝶阀,其特征在于:包括阀体,蝶板,加长轴套以及加长轴套与蝶板孔、加长轴套与阀体孔的密封,定位销及定位销处的密封,蝶板压圈及压圈处的密封,螺钉及螺钉处的密封,紧顶螺钉及紧顶螺钉处的密封。
2.权利要求1所述的一种直饮水蝶阀,其特征在于:阀体内外表面喷涂环氧树脂,密封面喷焊不锈钢。
3.权利要求2所述的一种直饮水蝶阀,其特征在于:蝶板表面喷涂环氧树脂,设计成上、下阀杆从两端装入,端部为盲孔结构。
4.权利要求3所述的一种直饮水蝶阀,其特征在于:加长轴套直接延伸到蝶板内;在轴套进入蝶板孔口附近设有O型圈密封;在轴套与阀体孔口附近设有O型圈密封。
5.权利要求4所述的一种直饮水蝶阀,其特征在于:定位销选用不锈钢材质,在定位销孔口处倒角,设置O型圈密封。
6.权利要求5所述的一种直饮水蝶阀,其特征在于:在压圈采用不锈钢材质,在压圈和蝶板配合的凸台处设有O型圈密封;螺钉选用不锈钢材质,螺钉头部下平面设有橡胶垫片密封。
7.权利要求6所述的一种直饮水蝶阀,其特征在于:紧顶螺钉选用不锈钢材质,螺纹上缠绕生胶带密封。
