The invention discloses a method for manufacturing pigment glass, which is suitable for small-batch pigment processing, has high production efficiency, almost no raw material waste and greatly enriches the color and the process of a glass product; in order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a method of making a frit glass, comprising the steps of: firstly, melting a transparent glass raw material, picking the molten transparent glass by using one end of a blowing rod, and forming a glass vesicle; the actions can be carried out for a plurality of times according to the actual size requirement of the glass bulb; secondly, uniformly laying pigment powder or pigment particles on a plane, and wrapping the plane with the molten glass bubbles formed in the first step; when in binding, the blowing rod is uniformly rotated to fully bind the pigment on the surface of the glass small bubble; thirdly, tempering the part which is bonded with the pigment until the pigment is in a molten state; and fourthly, transferring the molten glass material mixed with the pigment in the third step to a mould for blow molding.

Background
The traditional colored glass product is generally prepared by preparing a jar of glass pigment with corresponding color and then preparing the required colored glass product through various processes. According to the product requirements, the colored powder or the pigment particles are wrapped in the third step, and the melted glass bubbles are extended into the transparent glass material pool again for secondary material picking to manufacture the colored interlayer.
And in the third step, tempering is to bake the glass bubbles with the bonded pigments by using a spray gun.

1. A method of making a frit glass, comprising the steps of:

secondly, uniformly laying pigment powder or pigment particles on a plane, and wrapping the plane with the molten glass bubbles formed in the first step; when in binding, the blowing rod is uniformly rotated to fully bind the pigment on the surface of the glass small bubble;
thirdly, tempering the part where the pigment is bonded until the pigment is in a molten state;
and fourthly, transferring the molten glass material coated with the pigment in the third step to a mould for blow molding.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the molten glass bubbles stained with the colorant powder or the colorant particles in the third step are again extruded into the clear glass frit pool to be secondarily culled, thereby manufacturing the colored interlayer.

6. The method of claim 1, wherein the pigment powder and pigment particles are either manufactured by waste colored glass processing or are produced specifically according to actual needs.
7. The method for producing a frit glass according to claim 1, wherein the surface of the glass bubbles is coated with the colorant by manually rotating the blowing rod while coating the colorant powder or the colorant particles.
8. The method for producing a frit glass according to claim 1, wherein the blow pin is erected according to actual needs so that the bottom surface of the glass bubbles at the lower end of the blow pin is coated with the colorant.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the tempering time of the glass bubbles with the binding colorant is 10 to 15 seconds.
