Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of decorative accessories, in particular to an automatic production method of a resin accessory.
Background
The current conventional practice for the production of resin products is to manually scrape the silicone molds (740 mm × 740mm in size) one by one, by the procedures:
the first step is as follows: weighing A, B two kinds of glue according to a certain proportion, and stirring uniformly;
the second step is that: manually placing a mold on the table;
the third step: pouring the prepared AB glue into a mold;
the fourth step: spreading the glue on a mold by using a sponge scraper, and forcibly scraping the mould back and forth to extrude bubbles in the glue;
the fifth step: scraping the redundant glue off the die by a scraper blade, and finally scraping;
and a sixth step: the scraped mould is manually lifted to a baking frame plate, the whole procedure can be finished within 50 seconds at the fastest speed, 50 layers of baking frames are required, one baking frame needs 42 minutes to be made, the other baking frame is pushed into an oven after being fully made, the temperature of the oven is opened to 100 ℃, baking is carried out for 2 hours, the product is pushed out and cooled after being baked, the mould is manually taken down from the frame plate after being cooled, a layer of glue residue can be left on the plate, the glue residue on the plate needs to be manually shoveled one by one, and the plate is shoveled for later use. After the mold is cooled, the mold is placed in a self-made demolding machine, a product is demolded, the demolding machine can only be placed to 15-20 molds at a time, and the product can be stirred from the mold only by stirring and kneading for 3 minutes. The product can not be completely separated from the mold, the product is adhered to the front and the back of the mold, the product is shaken up by the mold which is operated by people one by one, the silica gel mold which is shaken up is cleaned up by transparent adhesive tape one by one for standby, so that the time spent by one mold product from front to back is as long as 43 minutes, meanwhile, a large amount of manual follow-up is needed, the power of an oven is 25 kilowatts, one mold is scraped, kneaded, torn and pulled, and is baked at high temperature for a long time, the service life of the mold is greatly shortened, one mold can be scrapped for only 25 times, one mold is 42 yuan, each mold product is 2.8 thousands, the cost is very high when the product is spread out, in the process, the product can be delivered in a day after a large amount of molds are used (about 6000) in normal production, meanwhile, a large number of ovens and baking frames are needed, which deviates from the national advocated energy-saving and emission-reducing guidelines.
At present, the commonly used resin material is glue formed by thermally curing A, B components, commonly called AB glue, and the glue needs a long time for forming in a mold, so that the production time and the cost are greatly wasted, and the production efficiency is reduced. At present, the resin products seen by people have a problem of yellowing which is difficult to overcome, the resin products can slowly turn yellow after 3-6 months, and the yellowing is accelerated especially when the resin products are exposed to high temperature or sun. The brightness of the like products is presented by the glossiness of the products, so the products are not glittering enough and the colors are not vivid enough.

step six, cleaning the die;
and seventhly, returning to the first step, and circularly repeating the process.
Furthermore, the manufacturing method of the die is to connect the traditional small dies one by one into a whole die belt by using a large-scale rubber injection molding machine under a special steel die structure.
Furthermore, the die belt has 106 small dies, the width of the die belt is 900mm, and the length of the die belt is 95.4 m.
Furthermore, the curing material is light curing glue, and can be instantly cured and molded only in a light environment.
Further, the scraper is an electric sponge scraper.
The method further comprises a process of coating a layer of glitter powder on the surface of the resin accessory, wherein 1/64 glitter powder with well-prepared color is poured into a mold, the glitter powder can uniformly sink into the bottom of the mold under a set temperature control system, and finally the glitter powder and a product are solidified and molded together.

The method changes the method of the traditional mould, and a large-scale rubber injection molding machine is used for connecting the traditional small moulds into an integral mould belt under the structure of a special steel mould. A mold strip of 106 small molds, varying in width from 740mm to 900mm wide, was 95.4 meters long and increased in product count from 2.8 to 3.84 thousand.
The steps are repeated in a cycle of using 26.5 minutes. Firstly, a first procedure is carried out, a layer of pearly-luster gold powder with 800 meshes is sprayed, then the pearly-luster gold powder enters an electrostatic spray gun in a second procedure to spray 1/96 glitter powder, the glitter powder is uniformly spread on the surface, then the glitter powder enters a UV spraying surface in a third procedure, and a fourth procedure is carried out through an ultraviolet lamp to be dried. The product presents countless light spots which are clearly contrasted with the pearly layer, so that the product is more magnificent and stands out in the product sea full of enamels, the product solves the yellowing problem of the prior resin, can not turn yellow for 3 to 5 years, and is brighter and more vivid in color compared with the prior resin fittings.
In the production process, the glitter powder with well-made colors can be poured into a mold, under a set temperature control system, the glitter powder can uniformly sink to the bottom of the mold and finally be solidified and molded together with a product, in the whole process, the shape and the effect can be synthesized at one time, and the surface of the molded resin product can present a layer of uniform glitter powder effect.

step one, gluing, namely controlling the glue discharging amount by using a computer, uniformly stirring and discharging the glue, and uniformly beating the glue on a mold;
defoaming, namely, a scraper is used to abut against a die, and a motor is driven to rotate and extrude at a certain speed to discharge bubbles;
thirdly, leveling, namely leveling the glue at one time by using an adjustable scraper;
step four, curing, so that the product is cured and formed;
step five, demoulding the product, loosening the product from the back of the mould, and knocking the product down;
step six, cleaning the die;
step seven, returning to the first step, and circularly repeating the process;
the automatic production method also comprises an automatic spraying process, wherein the spraying process comprises four working procedures, namely, a first working procedure is carried out firstly, a layer of pearly-luster gold powder is sprayed, then the pearly-luster gold powder enters a second working procedure electrostatic spray gun to spray 1/96 glitter powder, the glitter powder is uniformly scattered on the surface, then the glitter powder enters a third working procedure UV spraying surface, and the fourth working procedure is dried by an ultraviolet lamp.
