1. Safety realizing device based on molecular flash decomposition medical waste innocent treatment process, which is characterized by comprising:
the device comprises a device main body (1), wherein the top of the device main body (1) is hinged with a box cover (3);
the first collecting box (13), the first collecting box (13) is connected to the inner wall of the device main body (1) in a sliding way, and the bottom of the first collecting box (13) is provided with evenly distributed filtering holes (14);
the second collecting box (16), the second collecting box (16) is connected to the inner wall of the device main body (1) in a sliding way, and the second collecting box (16) is positioned below the first collecting box (13);
one end of the first bracket (2) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the box cover (3), the other end of the first bracket (2) is detachably provided with a second bracket (11), and one end of the second bracket (11) is rotatably provided with a squeezing wheel (9);
the outer edge of the first pressing plate (10) is adhered with a first annular crease part (8), the outer edge of the first annular crease part (8) is adhered to the inner wall of the device main body (1), and the position of the first pressing plate (10) is matched with the extrusion wheel (9);
the outer edge of the second pressing plate (19) is adhered with a second annular crease (18), the outer edge of the second annular crease (18) is adhered to the inner wall of the first collecting box (13), and the position of the second pressing plate (19) is matched with that of the first pressing plate (10);
and a partition board assembly, wherein a loading and unloading port matched with the first collecting box (13) and the second collecting box (16) is formed in one side of the device main body (1), a socket is formed in the top of the device main body (1), the socket is positioned right above the loading and unloading port, and the partition board assembly is detachably arranged in the socket, so that the loading and unloading port is plugged.

the two ends of the spring (23) are respectively fixed on the outer wall of one side of the first bracket (2) and the outer wall of one end of the fixed pin (24);
