The preparation method of the mildew-proof sterilization component comprises the following steps: adding the mildew-proof bactericide, the volatile agent and the aromatic into a container according to the weight percentage, and stirring for 1-3min to obtain the mildew-proof bactericide.
As a preferred technical scheme, the number of the upper through holes 3 is 0-10; the number of the lower through holes (7) is 0-10, and the sum of the number of the upper through holes (3) and the number of the lower through holes (8) is more than or equal to 1. 2. Detailed Description
Example 1
The embodiment 1 of the invention provides a long-term-use efficient mildew-proof bag, which comprises a high-barrier packaging material and a mildew-proof composite material, wherein the mildew-proof composite material is packaged by the high-barrier packaging material, and an upper through hole 3 and a lower through hole 8 are reserved during packaging.
The high-barrier packaging material is of a 4-layer structure and is prepared by film coating, compounding and hot pressing, and the high-barrier packaging material comprises an inner layer 4, a first intermediate layer 5, a second intermediate layer 6 and a surface layer 7.
The inner layer 4 is made of polyethylene film.
The material aluminium foil paper of first intermediate level 5, the thickness of aluminium foil paper is 0.02mm.
The second intermediate layer 6 is made of paper.
The surface layer 7 is made of a biaxially oriented polyethylene film.
The mildew-proof composite material comprises a mildew-proof sterilization component and a mildew-proof sterilization carrier.
The mildew-proof sterilization component is added to the mildew-proof sterilization carrier in a dropping mode through a peristaltic pump.
The addition content of the mildew-proof sterilization component is 200% of the weight of the mildew-proof sterilization carrier.
The mildew-proof sterilization carrier is non-woven fabric.
The mildew-proof sterilizing component is 100 percent of mildew-proof sterilizing agent in percentage by weight;
the mildew-proof bactericide is mustard oil;
the number of the upper through holes 3 is 1; the number of the lower through holes 8 is 1. The upper through hole 3 and the lower through hole 8 are communicated with the connected mildew-proof bag.
The length of upper portion through-hole 3 is 4mm, the length of lower part through-hole 8 is 4mm.
The mould proof bag is connected with the mould proof bag through a point broken line 9, the point broken length 10 of the point broken line 9 is 10mm, and the connection length 11 is 2mm.
The single length of the mildew-proof bag is 5cm, and the single width of the mildew-proof bag is 5cm.
Example 2
The embodiment 2 of the invention provides a long-term-use efficient mildew-proof bag, which comprises a high-barrier packaging material and a mildew-proof composite material, wherein the mildew-proof composite material is packaged by the high-barrier packaging material, and an upper through hole 3 and a lower through hole 8 are reserved during packaging.
The high-barrier packaging material is prepared by a 4-layer structure through film coating, compounding and hot pressing, and comprises an inner layer 4, a first intermediate layer 5, a second intermediate layer 6 and a surface layer 7.
The inner layer 4 is made of a polyethylene film.
The material aluminium foil paper of first intermediate level 5, the thickness of aluminium foil paper is 0.02mm.
The second intermediate layer 6 is made of paper.
The surface layer 7 is made of a biaxially oriented polyethylene film.
The mildew-proof composite material comprises a mildew-proof sterilization component and a mildew-proof sterilization carrier.
The mildew-proof sterilization component is added to the mildew-proof sterilization carrier in a dropping mode through a peristaltic pump.
The addition content of the mildew-proof sterilization component is 250% of the weight of the mildew-proof sterilization carrier.
The mildew-proof sterilization carrier is non-woven fabric.
The mildew-proof sterilizing component comprises 90 percent of mildew-proof sterilizing agent and 10 percent of aromatic agent according to weight percentage; the mildew-proof bactericide is mustard oil; the aromatic is water-soluble essence.
The preparation method of the mildew-proof sterilization component comprises the following steps: adding the mildew-proof bactericide and the aromatic into a container according to the weight percentage, and stirring for 2min to obtain the mildew-proof bactericide.
The number of the upper through holes 3 is 1; the number of the lower through holes 8 is 1. The upper through hole 3 and the lower through hole 8 are communicated with the connected mildew-proof bag.
The length of upper portion through-hole 3 is 4mm, the length of lower part through-hole 8 is 4mm.
The mould proof bag is connected with the mould proof bag through a point broken line 9, the point broken length 10 of the point broken line 9 is 10mm, and the connection length 11 is 2mm.

The mildew-proof sterilization carrier is non-woven fabric.
The mildew-proof sterilizing component comprises 75% of mildew-proof sterilizing agent, 20% of volatile agent and 5% of aromatic agent by weight percentage.
The mildew-proof bactericide is mustard oil; the volatile agent is ethanol, and the mass concentration of the ethanol is 75%; the aromatic is water-soluble essence;
the preparation method of the mildew-proof sterilization component comprises the following steps: adding the mildew-proof bactericide, the volatile agent and the aromatic into a container according to the weight percentage, and stirring for 2min to obtain the product.
The number of the upper through holes 3 is 1; the number of the lower through holes 8 is 1. The upper through hole 3 and the lower through hole 8 are communicated with the connected mildew-proof bag.
The length of upper portion through-hole 3 is 4mm, the length of lower part through-hole 8 is 4mm.

Claims (10)
1. The efficient mildew-proof bag capable of being used for a long time is characterized by consisting of a high-barrier packaging material and a mildew-proof composite material.
2. The efficient mildew-proof bag capable of being used for a long time according to claim 1, wherein the high-barrier packaging material is formed by compounding 2-5 layers of adhesive or is prepared by film coating, compounding and hot pressing.
3. The efficient mildew-proof bag capable of being used for a long time according to claim 2, wherein the mildew-proof composite material comprises a mildew-proof sterilization component and a mildew-proof sterilization carrier.
4. The efficient mildew-proof bag capable of being used for a long time according to claim 3, wherein the mildew-proof sterilization component is added to the mildew-proof sterilization carrier through one or more of spraying, dripping, rolling and soaking.
5. The efficient mildew-proof bag capable of being used for a long time according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the mildew-proof sterilization composition is added on the mildew-proof sterilization carrier in a dropping mode through a dosage pump or a peristaltic pump.
6. The efficient mildew-proof bag capable of being used for a long time according to any one of claims 3-5, wherein the addition content of the mildew-proof sterilization component is 100% -300% of the weight of the mildew-proof sterilization carrier.
7. The efficient mildew-proof bag capable of being used for a long time according to any one of claims 3-6, wherein the mildew-proof and sterilization component comprises one or a combination of a mildew-proof bactericide, a volatile agent and an aromatic.
8. The efficient mildew-proof bag capable of being used for a long time according to claim 7, wherein the mildew-proof and sterilization components comprise 50-100% of mildew-proof and sterilization agent, 0-50% of volatile agent and the balance of aromatic agent to 100% in percentage by weight.
9. The high-efficiency mildew-proof bag for long-term use according to claim 8, wherein the mildew-proof bactericide is selected from one or more of mustard oil, mustard essential oil, geraniol, citronella oil, linalool, PCMX, DCMX and the like.
10. Use of the efficient mildew-proof bag according to any one of claims 1-9, for long-term use, for mildew-proof of shoes, clothing, bags, sofa products.
