Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a seat of a foldable walking tool, in particular to a backrest folding structure for the foldable walking tool.
Background
Chinese patent publication No. CN200942835Y discloses a folding scooter, which comprises a cushion and a backrest, wherein a foldable frame is arranged at the lower side of the cushion, and the backrest is hinged at the rear end of the cushion. In order to reduce the production cost, the cushion and the backrest are made of plastics, and the backrest is light and is not provided with a locking mechanism or a safety mechanism at the hinged part of the backrest and the cushion, so that the backrest is very easy to turn over and fold on the cushion under the action of wind, and is inconvenient to use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a backrest folding structure which is not easy to fold by mistake under the action of external force, is convenient to use and has lower cost.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a backrest folding structure comprises a first member and a second member which are arranged at the rotary fixing position of a backrest and a seat plate, wherein one of the first member and the second member is fixed with the backrest, the other of the first member and the second member is fixed with the seat plate, the first member is fixed with one end of a movable part, the other end of the movable part extends towards the second member, the end surface of the second member is provided with a first pushing surface which is used for contacting with the first member, the first pushing surface is an inclined surface, the plane of the first pushing surface is inclined relative to the rotary fixing axis of the rotary fixing position, or the first pushing surface is an arc surface, and an opening formed by the arc surface is arranged forwards or backwards; when the backrest and the seat plate are folded, the first component is positioned on the side of the second component, and the movable part is contacted with the side surface of the second component; when the backrest and the seat plate are unfolded, the movable part is positioned right in front of or right behind the first pushing surface of the second component.
When a user folds the backrest, the backrest is stressed to turn so as to enable the movable part at the first component to be in contact with the second component, at the moment, the first pushing surface of the second component is in contact with the first contact surface firstly, because the first pushing surface is an arc surface or an inclined surface, one end of the movable part close to the second component is not fixed with the first component, the end part of the movable part can move laterally, along with the continuous movement of the second component, the movable part can move to the side of the second component, and therefore the front side or the rear side of the second component is free of barriers, and the whole folding of the backrest is achieved. The backrest is turned by pushing or squeezing the movable part away at first and providing larger force to the backrest, so that the backrest is prevented from being easily blown by wind due to lighter backrest and is not easy to fold due to external force; the folding of the backrest can be realized only by overcoming the resistance provided by the movable part, and the user only needs to turn over the backrest, so that the backrest can be folded very conveniently; the invention only adds the first component and the second component, and has less parts and lower cost. Wherein, the first part and the movable part can be made of plastic and integrally formed.
Preferably, the end face of the movable portion, which is used for contacting with the first pushing face, is a first contact face, the movable portion is provided with a linkage protrusion extending towards the side, the end face of the linkage protrusion, which is used for contacting with the first pushing face, is a second contact face, the second contact face is far away from the first pushing face of the second component compared with the first contact face, and when the backrest and the seat plate are folded, the side face of the linkage protrusion of the movable portion contacts with the side face of the second component.
When the user turns the backrest, the first pushing surface of the second component contacts with the first contact surface firstly, after the movable part is pushed to move towards the side, the first pushing surface of the second component contacts with the second contact surface again, and the movable part moves to the side of the second component completely along with the continuous turning of the backrest. The backrest turnover device has the advantages that the linkage bulges are arranged to play a certain buffering role, so that safety accidents caused by too fast turnover of the backrest when a user turns the backrest with a large force are avoided; meanwhile, the end part of the movable part can be prevented from being excessively displaced at one time, so that the service life of the movable part is prolonged.
Preferably, the first contact surface is an inclined surface, and a plane on which the first contact surface is located is inclined with respect to a rotation fixing axis of the rotation fixing place. The first contact surface is an inclined surface, so that the force required by the end part of the movable part to move towards the side is reduced, and the phenomenon of blocking in the process of folding the backrest is avoided.
Preferably, the second contact surface is an inclined surface, and an inclination angle of the second contact surface is larger than an inclination angle of the first contact surface. Namely, the included angle formed between the second contact surface and the first pushing surface is larger than the included angle formed between the first contact surface and the first pushing surface. Above-mentioned setting is so that the first promotion face of second part is changeed and is removed to the bellied side of linkage from the preceding rear side of second contact surface, can play certain buffering effect in, has great card pause when avoiding the back to fold the action, can improve use comfort and stability.
Preferably, the second member further includes a second pushing surface for contacting a second contact surface, the second pushing surface is closer to the first contact surface than the first pushing surface, and a third contact surface for contacting a side surface of the movable portion is connected between the second pushing surface and the first pushing surface. The second pushing surface is matched with the second contact surface, and the third contact surface is matched with the movable part and the side surface of the linkage protrusion, so that the area of the lateral contact surface of the second component and the movable part is increased, the movable part is conveniently pushed to move towards the lateral side, and the stability of the seat provided by the invention is improved when the seat is used.
Preferably, the movable portion is arc-shaped, and an arc opening formed by the movable portion faces the rotation fixing position and takes the rotation fixing axis as the center of the arc opening. When the backrest is folded, the second component can be always contacted with the movable part because the movable part is arc-shaped, thereby improving the stability of the folding backrest when in use.
Preferably, the movable portion is formed with a bent portion at a position away from the end portion, and the opening direction of the bent portion is opposite to the moving direction of the movable portion pushed by the second member. The arrangement is such that the movable portion is not deflected by taking the joint of the movable portion and the first member as a center after being subjected to thrust, and can be deflected at the bent portion.
Preferably, the end of the movable part is provided with a relief groove with a lateral opening, and the opening direction of the relief groove is the same as the moving direction of the movable part pushed by the second component. The above arrangement makes the end of the movable part lighter and also facilitates the moulding of the first and second contact surfaces, facilitating the first part to be made of plastic.
Preferably, the backrest or the seat plate is provided with a plurality of limiting grooves, the first part is provided with a plurality of limiting protrusions extending into the limiting grooves, and the width of each limiting protrusion is smaller than that of each limiting groove. Through setting up spacing groove and spacing arch to confirm first part setting position, guarantee the effective contact of second part and movable part.
Preferably, the first member is provided with a protection portion located right in front of or right behind an end portion of the movable portion, the protection portion is closer to the second member than the movable portion, and a gap is provided between the protection portion and the movable portion. The protection part is arranged to protect the second component and the movable part to a certain degree so as to prevent foreign matters from entering between the first component and the second component.
The invention has the advantages that the backrest is not easy to be folded by mistake under the action of external force, the use is convenient, and the cost is lower.
